• GEORGIOS (7/5): Decent and in a good area in LA but be aware of the additional parking costs - The hotel is located in a nice lively area in West Hollywood. You can find nice restaurants and bars in short driving distance. The room itself was spacious enough for two people and the price for the accommodation only was fine for the number of days we stayed. The staff was polite and helpful. We found the additional charge of 70$ per day for valet parking service very expensive. When it comes to cleaning, it's hotel policy to request it upfront in the reception - I would expect the service itself is standard day to day thing. Also with the price we paid it would be nice to have breakfast included, which was not the case.

• Ludivine (2/5): Horrible - Location is the only good thing about the hotel I've been staying in a lot of hotels in LA and in the US and this was one of the worst. And I've been staying in this hotel one week after being back from a road trip in Arizona where I slept in motels so this was supposed to be the nicest hotel of my trip. Usually in LA I stay in the London, which is more expensive and this time I wanted to spend less money so I booked this one instead (supposedly 4 stars instead of 5 of the London) because I wanted to be in West Hollywood. First: NO CLEANING THE WHOLE WEEK. You need to request cleaning 24h in advance. Which obviously I couldn't do bc I didn't know when I'd be in the room. I had to take out trash myself. You can't open the window. So it was really not nice. I'm a mom of 2 and I usually enjoy not having mental load of taking care of the cleaning during holidays. Coffee only from 7 to 11. Even in Motel 6 motels they offer it from 5am. I wake up super early and can't function without coffee. The first day at 6 I asked if I could at least buy one at the bar, but the guy was super rude and told me to walk to Starbucks - which I did, in my pyjama. Staff is really rude and not nice, which is unusual for LA where people are the nicest. Lots of things not working. My toilet broke. Half of the lights weren't working. I tried the QR code for room service but wasn't working so couldn't order. Gym was ridiculous for an American hotel. No water at the gym. Again I was in cheap motels in Arizona the week before and they had better gyms. Toilets in common parts are disgusting. The toilets next to the gym were horrible - no paper, poop everywhere, disgusting. This is CLEARLY not a 4 star hotel or a boutique hotel. This is a motel with a good marketing team.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar was really nice and they had some great musicians performing on some of the evenings I was there. I really enjoyed my stay.

The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe was warm, relaxed, and refreshingly different from the typical hotel chains. We were only there for one night, but really enjoyed the open-concept lobby, bar, and pizza spot, it created a fun, social atmosphere that made the space feel alive and unique. We were a little disappointed not to catch anyone jamming in the music room, but maybe next time (or with a more musically inclined crowd!). The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathrooms were especially spacious, a nice bonus. Overall, a great experience with a lot of personality. We would definitely stay again!

It was terrible . Luckily next door Andaz West Hollywood is available so I walked in and stay there. Andaz offer best service there.

• 977kinsleyg (10/5): Very fun experience - Me and my partner stayed for the weekend and we had a really great time! The hotel was nice and we really liked the theme vibes. The pool was fun and we had a great time lounging around and using the inside bar for drinks/any snacks. Hotel staff were really friendly the whole time and helpful when we arrived and was willing to hear about what we had planned and giving helpful recommendations. Only thing was that we thought that the comforter/blanket provided for the beds were a little thin but it was hot anyways so it wasn't too bad of an issue.

When we finally got the room, we called the front desk multiple times for information. No ANSWER. This staff is very careless, and they always use the excuse that they are helping a guest . I would never stay there again, you must train your crew to know how to open and cplse the door and how to move things around. The hotel lobby and bar is super cool too! Really happy with my stay!

I had to wait outside with my bags for a while both at check in and when picking up the car, which wasn’t great, especially in the heat. For the price, it felt a bit inconvenient. Honestly, parking right in front of the hotel would’ve been easier and cheaper. That said, the staff and the hotel were great!

• brianmI6571BD (10/5): Great Weekend Getaway - I extended my work trip to the area and decided to stay at Hotel Ziggy to be close to both WEHO and other activities I had planned in the area for the weekend. The staff were above and beyond nice and helpful! The 3PM happier hour margaritas was an amazing touch that I enjoyed several times during my stay. Perfectly located even with the LA marathon happening during my weekend stay. The pool area was clean, quiet, and a perfect place to chill after several late nights out.

• Roberts (7/5): - Pleasant location, being such a sprawling city difficult to be well located for everything. Funky style. Nice pool and a great shower. Fairly loud at times due to events. For the price I would expect daily replenishment of towels and the bed being made. No facilities for making hot drinks in the room
• mrcX1821NW (8/5): Awesome - The hotel arrival was efficient and friendly, whilst the room wasn't ready it was possible for them to hold our bags so we could head out to explore. Check-in was easy and the information was ok. We arrived on a Wednesday evening which was music night, a brilliant experience, 7 bands, up and coming artists performing. Only downside was the early closing time for the bar, 11am on the Wednesday but earlier on other nights. The pool area is funky and open between 7am-10pm for swimming, nice heated pool The hotel provides free coffee in reception each morning, nice touch. So in summary, a great stay, great funky even for exploring West Hollywood, easy walk to the Walk of Fame, Rodeo Drive and other attractions. If I was to score the venue out of 10 see the following Length of stay Wednesday - Saturday Cleanliness - 8 Vibe - 9 Location - 9 Value - 9 Rooms - 10 Pool - 10 Staff - 6 ( no issue but lacked engagement) Access to attractions - 8 Noise level - 9 (increased over a weekend) So overall rating 8/10 but no real negatives, just my personal thoughts.

His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made such a difference. Allan absolutely made my stay that much more enjoyable. I loved my room — it was comfortable and perfectly set up for a relaxing long stay. You can tell the hotel really cares about creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. I genuinely loved everything about my stay and can’t wait to come back.
