Room was nice but I absolutely can’t stand and will not ever stay at hotels that charge me $20 to park in the lot they made for me to park in for when I stay there. Are you out of your mind? Lol Trillion dollar Disney already charging me $35 to park which is a bit much but now hotels charging almost just as much? I hope lots of people read this and find a hotel that doesn’t charge for parking and also charge for breakfast when that should be complimentary at some hotels still I’m sure Paying for breakfast and parking

- Lance (8/5): All in all, it was a good stay for my purpose. - The room was normal size and everything seemed to be in working order. There was free parking and the location was easy to find. Disney Spring is 1 mile away which makes it walking distance. The remote to the room needed more batteries because it did not work properly all the time. Also, I wished that they had a service elevator for the staff to use
- Jennifer (9/5): Upscale feel with reasonable price - I've stayed here multiple times. Bus stop outside of hotel that goes to Disney Springs. No resort fee. Starbucks in walking distance. Will continue to stay here if the rate is good. Front desk people are always super helpful and accommodating for storing luggage before/after check in/out. Breakfast is not included, but I was aware of this.

Arrived at the property and they had cancelled our room and we were told we had to go to a different hotel. The booking and management staff clearly need to stop advertising once full instead of cancelling previous bookings

- Jose (5/5): - Easy to find and parking was great and it always smelled clean Some parts of the room are starting to look dated, in my room the 3 lights over the sink were all at varying levels of brightness, the dresser would randomly creak and lastly I checked out and thought to hit the buffet but it looked like it was closed since there weren’t any attendants (admittedly that’s on me but it also looked like it was already closed and this was at 10am)
- Perry (7/5): - Staff was very friendly and the location was great. Bar and lounge didnt open until 4pm even on weekends. I had to ck out at 1pm and sit there for 2hrs waiting for flight. It would be nice if I could eat and drink at hotel instead of taking my business elsewhere. The hotel would really benefit on having food and drinks for guest at all times.

- Cruiser55757997659 (2/5): Terrible experience - I planned a vacation for spring break with my children and senior parent. We took a really late flight only to arrive at 0100 and find out this hotel had overbooked and they had no room available for us. We were already tired and to arrive and be told there was no room was totally unacceptable considering I had already prepaid for our room. They had us pack our stuff back into the car and called another hotel that could take us. We had to check out early the next day and come back to see if they would even have another room for us. This threw our plans way off. This is the first time something like this has happened and I travel a lot. They said the manager would check on us the next day and she never did. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever.

- Nastassia (3/5): Not recommend - Not much Lady in reception wasn't friendly or helpful. I didn't get the room I booked, because it was unavailable (what a surprise!). Instead I got another room, I asked if price remains the same, she said yes. And later when I checked my bank account, I was charged $50 more. Also she charged me for breakfast I specifically asked NOT to add. AC in room is sooo loud, had to turn it off to get some sleep. There is only blackout curtains in the room, so if you want to let some sunlight in, you will be seen from the street. Floor in the room was very dusty.

- daniela_manique (2/5): Issue Encountered During Check‑In - Dear Will White, General Manager, I arrived today for my stay from January 28th to January 31st, and I was assisted by a lady named Karla. She informed me that she could not find my reservation. I showed her several messages from Hotels.com, but she only looked at her computer screen and told me that it didn’t matter what I had — it was not in her system. There was no goodwill or willingness to help. Her attitude felt mechanical. I then called Hotels.com, who contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation. The Brazilian gentleman at the reception was very kind and asked for my passport in order to try to assist me. Within a few minutes, he found the reservation, at the same moment the “team upstairs” called Karla to confirm it. I asked Karla to speak with the manager, but she said she was the only person I could talk to. I felt mistreated, and it was certainly not a pleasant arrival experience. Thank you for your attention.

- EduardoHSoares (10/5): Great surprise in Lake Buena Vista - I am always skeptical about hotels in the Lake Buena Vista location, as it can be real good or real bad. Delta did not disappoint me, and it falls under the real good ones. Well located, ample parking, very respectful staff (Nicole is a star), clean rooms with internet tv, good gym and decent breakfast buffet. I recommend this hotel for families, business and couples.

Personally I travel quite a lot with work and this really was NOT up up scratch. The hot food sat there for 1 hour untouched and uncovered and even the fruit had flies on it and bits missing which looked like it has been nibbled. Didn't dare try anything except the coffee.

Probably will not return as paying for parking is pretty crazy - It’s convenient, the quietness, and nice staff I thinks it’s crazy $20/day for parking at a hotel I paid to stay at. I understand that it’s near Disney but how do you not offer free parking to your specific guests Also I called and asked what time the pool/jacuzzi open and the representative at the desk stated it’s already open. My fiancé and I then got dressed and headed down from the 7th floor to the pool. Outside we hear talking behind us, it’s facility personnel (like maintenance) explaining to us that the pool isn’t open yet. They unlocked the gates for us, however. Those are my only two things. Other than that we didn’t interact with anyone

- Claudia E (8/5): Vacaciones en Orlando, parques y compras - Me gustó su ubicación porque en cerca de todo. Aproximadamente a 10min de Disney World y 15 de Universal. Súper cerca de Disney Spring. Tienes varios lugares cerca para comer, prácticamente puedes caminar. Deben mejorar un poquito la limpieza de las habitaciones, sobre todo el baño no me gustó mucho la tina.

- Charlot (7/5): Decent amenities, good location. - Good location, lots of places to eat and close to the Disney parks as well as the Universal parks. Clean room and comfortable beds. The listing mentioned a free shuttle to the Disney parks, however they apparently don’t offer that anymore. We had to Uber everywhere which added a lot of costs. The refrigerator in the room also made a lot of noise, and there was no way to turn it off since the plug was behind furniture which we couldn’t move.

The staff was friendly checking us in... we had plans so from room to outings.... bo other interactions. I don't like that some hotels charge for parking... mines was waived, but I think it's stupid and greedy of hotels to charge guest for parking....I mean, it's their property.....

La chambre est très spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. C’est une question de malchance sûrement mais le personnel n’a pas été très accueillant et j’ai été réveillée très tôt par le bruit de travaux…
