Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The team at Al-Dana went out of their way to ensure that every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Whether it was helping with special tea requests or bananas, assisting with the kids, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, the staff were always attentive and thoughtful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. It’s rare to come across a team that is not only professional but also so cheerful and kind. Their hospitality added so much to our stay and made the whole experience feel special. they even made my kids birthday special. - L1337HXviktorb (10/5): Amazing 5 nights - We stayed for 5 nights.Our most favorurite part was no doubt the skypool on the 21th floor with stunning view and also the gym the a fantastic city view on the 20th. The food was exepcional, we always enjoyed every meal. Our room was clean, the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. If had any question or needed help Dilki and her colleagues were always there to assist us!

Kasun,Oshen, another young lady at the reception, other staff at the breakfast, the chef who makes the omelets stand out for their helpfulness and care. I stayed at the residences and I found the infrastructure quite dated. Light bulbs not working, kettle that boils water with a cinnamon aftertaste (haha). Changed a room once. I stayed for 7 nights. A decent hotel with some delightful staff. Good hearty breakfast. It's at the heart of Sheikh Zayed and close to the DIFC.

- Baljeet636 (8/5): Exceptional Stay with Presidential Suite Upgrade & Iconic Views - I recently stayed at Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. From check-in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. To my surprise, I was upgraded to a Presidential Suite, which completely elevated the stay. The suite was incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt more like a private apartment than a hotel room. luxurious bathroom, and extremely comfortable bedding. But the real highlight? The stunning direct view of Museum of the Future right from the window. Waking up to that futuristic skyline — especially at night when it’s illuminated — was absolutely breathtaking.
- AkshayN012 (10/5): Best stay in Dubai - Highly recommended - The stay at this hotel was exceptional. The hospitality and warmth of the staff members enhances the stay experience. All the staff members are very helpful and supportive. A special shout-out to Mr. Rahmuttulah and Jenish from Conceirge department, they helped us with our luggage safe-keeping post check-out. Also, the housekeeping staff and the reception person who checked us in (both their names I don't know) were too good. The rooms are clean and the bed is what you need after a much tiring day. The room size is good and the location is convinient, right opposite to the Museum of Future. 5 Mins walk to Emirates Tower Metro Station. Taxis are also easily available. Plenty of options to eat in and around the hotel. I will highly recommend Millenium Plaza Downtown for stay in Dubai.
- RELBALLAOUI (8/5): Wonderful stay in a smart city - Last year, I spent 15 days here at this hotel, and I am back this time for a period of 9 days, I am touched by the quality of the welcome that Miss HADYA had reserved for me, she is so helpful and excellent, also, I would like to mention SHUMAIL who makes an excellent service, and who ensures the comfort of my stay at the Swite that I occupy, thank you HADYA and SHUMAIL, they are very pleasant and sociable, I think of staying at Millenium plaza downtown Hotel on my next trip with my little family, during the school holidays. - PAviation (2/5): Worst hotel I have stayed in in Dubai - Location was good for the expo meaning we could walk instead of getting a cab. The rooms are very tired though and not in a good state of repair. My first room had mould on the wall, dirty wall in the wardrobe, scratched taps and rusty shower curtain rail. When I complained I was moved to a second room which was slightly better but still had mould on the wall and a very tired looking bathroom with cracked wall tiles. The flooring is like a laminate floor from the 80's which is damaged and dirty. I have read other reveiws saying how clean this hotel is and I am baffled as to what those people saw. I will add photos from my stay in Feb 2026!
- MatttyC (10/5): Solo leisure trip to Dubai - The hotel is typical of a well used centrally located hotel in that the furnishings are a little tired which does not reflect the official 5* rating. However, the hotel is clean, has a good breakfast choice, good gym, a pool with sunbeds, steam room with sauna and the on site Harvesters Bar was great with a long happy hour on selected drinks. The location is a perfect downtown setting with a main red line metro station 4 minutes walk away and a decent selection of restaurants around the vicinity if you are prepared to walk for 10 minutes from the hotel as a radius point. The staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back again.
- H8068XXpaulb (2/5): Not a Five Star Hotel - Staff are lovely and friendly the food is very good but the hotel is falling to bits. The laminate flooring in our room was shocking and lifting. When you went to the toilet through the night the noises made by the floor woke my wife up and vice verser. Chunks out of the woodwork the bathroom door was dropping to bits. The corridors smelt of damp and we had an issue with our booking the reception could have done better. Five Stars when it opened but I would give it Two Stars.

The breakfast was amazing high quality. To the hotel manager Form now I want to say a word to the hotel manager there is amazing man at the resection that from the starting point of our arrival to the check out time really helps us professionally and friendly and make that staying for us as one of our greatest memories in our life , his name is Mr Sajed and I never forget that man , the hotel should be proud of him and let the other staff to learn how a man could be professional and kind. - Hawraa_Lawati (2/5): Very disappointing experience not recommended at ALL - My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, nothing met basic expectations. The air conditioning in the first room was not working at all, forcing us to request a room change. The second room’s AC was slightly better, but still far below acceptable standards and nowhere near what one would expect from a hotel in Dubai. The duty manager, Sajid (an Egyptian gentleman), was one of the worst managers I have ever dealt with. He instructed us to leave our luggage, assuring us that it would be shifted to the new room while we were out. When we returned, nothing had been moved. Instead of doing his job, he simply left a note for the night duty manager, showing complete irresponsibility and lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, the second duty manager Ram on 26 December was even worse than Sajid. He did not even bother to come and speak to us, despite the ongoing issues. This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable. The entire hotel atmosphere makes you feel unwelcome. There is no hospitality, no accountability, and no effort to resolve problems. Other than the location, everything about this hotel is bad—service, management, comfort, and overall experience. Honestly, I feel that this hotel damages Dubai’s reputation as a tourism destination. I strongly believe the authorities should take action, as places like this negatively impact the image of Dubai’s hospitality industry. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Metro station at walking distance. Hotel atmosphere is very lively inside and outside. Rooms are big neat and clean with all necessary amenities. Tariff is very competitive. Any call given to reception was addressed very quickly. Enjoyed the breakfast Indian dishes were available. Would just suggest to add “Masala Tea” in the menu , many don’t know that its very popular in India and is fast catching up worldwide. The omelette cooking person was very fast polite and quick in preparing what ever who ever ordered. Excellent hospitality Millenium Hotel and Team. Mr Raman at reception listened to my feedback in very positive manner maintaining the professional approach.

No modern recharging ports or power supply at bedside nightstands, issues with hot water and plumbing and dilapidated furnishings. It’s one of the most beat up and rundown hotel rooms I’ve stayed in at this class of hotel. The price is below others in the category for a reason. On a positive note, in room dining was quick and good quality and front desk staff were friendly. Too bad there’s zero reinvestment from the owner.

The cafe was our favorite place to eat- food and drink. The only thing that was disappointing was the room smelled like smoke. You can still smoke in a lot of places in Dubai so this might be common. The staff was amazing and I would stay there again solely because of this. Lastly, the location was central to get to everything we wanted to see. Dubai traffic makes traveling more challenging. Plan ahead!

Services are very poor, the food was lousy, and the Roomsathrooms were very dirty. Imagine even the towels in the bathroom was dirty and torn out, with thread lines coming out of it. Prices of the food was very expensive for no reason and my experience with the check in and check out was horrendous. Therefore, I shall never recommend such hotels in the future.

When I called them about it the next day, the guys told me I should have asked the housekeeping giy for it, and that they can't give me a bill post facto 4. I had to make repeated calls and visits to the Concierge 5. Repeated promises were made to me about getting the bill delivered to me within minutes, but nothing! 6. Finally, after two days of trying, I was told that all receipts get sent to Finance daily. So, they can't give me any copy. They said (on a Friday night) that they will email it to me by Monday. I am quite sure that too isn't going to happen.

Despite the high occupancy, the reception team did their best to assist us. As a travel agency manager, this hotel will now be my first recommendation to all my clients. I would also like to thank Raman, Giri, and the Egyptian manager whose name I couldn’t catch. Everyone was extremely polite and attentive. The rooms, surroundings, and overall cleanliness were excellent. The location is right in the center, easy to access, with a fantastic view. The restaurants and bars are more than sufficient, and the main restaurant is always open. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We stayed here for a week on half board which I would 100% recommend as someone with Crohn’s disease. Particularly the amazing service given from Philip and Sue Myat part of the serving team at the Al Dana restaurant where we had a buffet breakfast and Dinner. A lot of tasty food options and super helpful staff. The facilities were always clean, housekeeping were brilliant and there’s a great pool located on the 3rd floor with perfect views of the museum of the future. There’s a metro station located a 3 minute walk within 2 stops your at the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. If you’ve never been to Dubai before this is a great place to stay due to its amazing location.

The reception staff were not welcoming, and it took an excessively long time for them to assign us a room with an awful view. The room lacked basic amenities; there were no slippers or toothbrushes. The shampoo quality was very poor, and the water pressure while bathing was too low..breakfast area small and almost every day busy .. can’t find something delicious but it was ok… furniture and room facilities it’s like you are in nineteen century and everything dated.. pool was ok but old and disappointing …our last day bellman was so rude , he argued with us and said, "I have to teach you that when you request luggage pickup, you shouldn't put the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your door." I told him it was a mistake, but the man kept nagging . It was a very bad experience for me and my daughter you have a lot of better options to choose hotels in Dubai.

- selinapil (6/5): Mixed feelings on this one - Ok not sure where to start, I arrived, was allocated a disability room, I do not hv a disability, I feel as I was solo they would give me the worst room. I got my room changed the next day to a normal room the concierge desk I found to be unhelpful and tbh rude. The lifts are the slowest to arrive, I wish they had stairs to use. Breakfast well what can I say, never known a 5 star hotel to say no to a simple request. On the menu it says you can order hash browns as I don't eat eggs or meat i was limited so I asked for hash browns and was told no. I would understand if they did not do them but they are on the menu!!! Location wise was great. Cleanliness was great. Staff little bit rude, the security people top of escalator and rude, maybe training in a greeting or a smile would benefit them. Guys at the entrance are really good, rest of staff could learn from them.
