- Itshak (7/5): - מרכז הענינים ככר טיימס. הכל זמין וקרוב קבלנו חדר קטנטן. אין מקום למזוודות. בקומה 5 חדר 539 וחדר 541 צמודים למנועי המזגנים של המלון. רעש בלתי נסבל. לא ניתן לישון. לא היתה ארוחת בוקר כפי שהובטח אלא לחמניה עם ביצה לא אכילה. ואו קרואסון או פירות. קפה או מיץ דלוחים. תור משתרך ואין מקום ישיבה. בתוספת תשלום משמעותי ניתן לקבל יותר. לאשתי לא היתה ארוחת בוקר כי אין להם פתרון לחולה צליאק שאסור לו גלוטן. במסעדה שלהם בקשתי פרוסת לחם ללא גלוטן בקשו 10.85 דולר לפרוסה. בקיצור אל תפרסמו כולל ארוחת בוקר כי זה מטעה מאד. המלון יפה ונקי והיו בדרך כלל אנשים נחמדים...

Best elevator system in the city! 6 fast elevators , never waited! Very few amenities in the room. Real glasses would have been nice. Real soap, a table to put things on, more light switches. One light switch for all lights , extremely bright!

The aircon unit lights up the hole room at night, in the 5 days we were there the TV needed to be fixed and the bathroom door had to be repaired as door latch wouldn't open. Note they would have someone there with in 5 minutes when there was a problem.

O quarto não funcionava o aquecimento e nem o exautor do banheiro. A maçaneta da porta do benheiro estava quebrada. A vista do quarto era para alguns equipamentos no telhado que faziam muito barulho. No quarto não tinha máquina de café, mesa e cadeira. Não tinha reposição da agua e do café

Having activities in the lobby was fun. When I had a problem with my first room (noise from the electric closet next door) they switched me to a nicer room right away. The first room was tiny and didn't have a coffeemaker. The second was better.

- Christopher (7/5): This was my 4th stay with The Hotel Edison in (10) and always recommend my associates but am very disappointed and dishe - The location and Hotel with its history and decor are why I only stayed here when in the city. An old moldy pipe with lead paint in bathroom vent to breathe in and a toilet that backed up repeatedly. Moved to another room that was charged over $400! In new room the HVAC air conditioning unit broke on first night and they never came to fix it. Night clerk was rude. I have severe sinusitis and rhinitis and have had (4) sinus surgeries so these problems disrupted my breathing and headaches as well as disrupting my sleep. Dave and Arliquette(can’t remember her name exactly) were extremely helpful on 5/1726 evening shift and genuinely cared enough to assist me! They saved the experience with my Sons and my vacation.

L'hôtel est top le personnel gentil, les chambres sont propres, la maintenance réactif lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre clim. Le bruit ! Notre chambre donner face au réseau de clim de notre hôtel et des autre hôtels, nous avions vu sur des énorme tuyaux d'aération qui faisait un bruit non stop jour et nuit c'était horrible.

Hierzu kann das Hotel aber nichts, da es die Lage am Times Square einfach so gibt. - Als wir das Gepäck deponiert haben, bis wir abgefolgen sind, wurde uns noch 1 Dollar pro Gepäckstück verrechnet. Sie mussten nichts machen, nur annehmen und deponieren und diese Gebühr fand ich lächerlich, zumal wir bereits tausende von Franken bezahlt hatten.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient for traveling with a child. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere felt lively and safe. The area can be noisy at night because of Times Square crowds and traffic. Elevators were sometimes busy during peak hours.

Bathroom had a shower that had no divider so the whole room was a shower and everything was wet after no place for dry clothes toiletries not enough towel to dry floor had to use 1 of there bathrobes for the floor asked for more towels said they would bring them never did. Room had no place to put any foods or drinks worse room we ever had and there was 4 of us made reservations months ahead and have stayed there many times so I know there are much nicer rooms!!

Et on avait choisi petit déjeuner compris mais en réalité on a reçu des bons et c’était à l’emporter, si on voulait s’asseoir on devait payer 6,5$ par personne et le choix était restreint. Un peu l’arnaque quand même.

I liked that there was a bar, and a little speak easy downstairs The room had some flooding and I could still tell. - christopher (9/5): Great trip! Highly recommend - We love the location of the hotel and the decor. We love that it had many food options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our first room had a broken toilet and they handle the situation very well. Within 15 minutes they had me in another room. Never had to wait for an elevator. All was good. The only thing we would ask is that there was another lamp by the bedside. The only option was all the overhead lights that were too bright or a very dim bed light.
