The rooms are very clean, fresh and comfortable beds, nice bed linen. The staff is responsive and kind. Close to the Spice Bazaar and any public transport, as well as most museums and the most famous sights of Istanbul.
Leila (10/5): Comfortable and central location - Perfect stay at Mercure Sirkeci everything was excellent the staff were very kind and helpful and the service was top the room was perfect very clean and comfortable I really appreciated the complimentary tea coffee and water it was such a nice touch the location is also perfect everything is close by including the tram and boat stations it is very easy and quick to reach the Asian side as well because the station is nearby special thanks to Sercan who was extremely friendly kind and helpful overall everything was absolutely top I highly recommend this hotel Nothing negative to stay everything was beyond our expectation

L’accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux, les chambres propres et confortables, et le personnel très attentionné. L’emplacement est parfait, tout est facilement accessible. Arssamen (7/5): Top Lage, aber bei dem Überangebot an Unterlünften in Istanbul leider vom Preis-Leistungsverhätniss unbefriedigend. - Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt. Das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und gut. Das Frühstückspersonal ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, vieles im Zimmer/Bad wäre renovierungsbedürftig. In der zweiten Nacht gingen um 03:00 Nachts sehr laute Lüftungsgeräusche los. Der noch in der Nacht herbeigezogene Hotelmitarbeiter hörte angeblich nichts. Dieser Mangel wurde aber am nächsten Tag erfreulicherweise behoben. Besuch auf den Zimmern ist verboten, auch wenn Freunde einen für ein paar Minuten mit auf das Zimmer wollen, ist es ein Problem. Ich verstehe prinzipiell die Regelung, aber man kann alles auch übertreiben.

Eric (8/5): Mis à part, quelques tout petits désagréments, je recommande l'hôtel et son personnel Parfait séjour - Tout le personnel de service du petit-déjeuner est sensationnel et très efficace. Le personnel de chambre pour le ménage est aussi très bien. L'hôtel est beau, confortable, calme et il est situé parfaitement entre le quartier de Sultanahmet et celui de Beyoglu. tout autour il y a beaucoup de restaurant typiquement turcs Les conseil d'un seul des réceptionnistes qui étaient erronés (jours d'ouverture du Kapali Carsi, bons restaurants, etc.) La porte du placard de la chambre était défectueux et malgré nos demandes il n'a pas été réparé durant notre séjour.

I’ve stayed in several hotels in Istanbul before, but I have never experienced such helpful and kind people anywhere else. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone—even though I have quite high standards, this hotel met all of my expectations. I would only have one comment: the bathroom could use some renovation.

Hannan (3/5): - Very hard to access. Breakfast was ok. Not much choice and on two occasions the coffee machine was not working. My daughter was not allowed to visit me in my room. So I was forced to book her another room. The rooms were very tight and the door handle for the bathroom was broken. Nobody fixed it. Not really value for money.

Daniela Dobrin (10/5): Perfect location, surprising tranquility, and excellent service in the heart of the city - The hotel is very well located on a pedestrian street where it is quiet compared to the traffic chaos on the city's streets. There are a few rooms on the 5th floor that have a superb view. We were lucky to get one of these rooms. The rooms are clean and airy, the breakfast is varied, and the hotel staff is very friendly and helps you with any information you need. It is close to the attractions in the old town, and the T1 tram and train, which are very nearby, take you to the other important attractions. Everything was fine.

Andando a 10 min de toda la zona de Sultanahmet (topkapi, hagia sophia, mezquita azul, cisterna, bazares, ...) y a 2 min de la parada del Tram1 que te lleva por toda la zona turística. Incluso puedes ir andando tranquilamente y cruzar el puente de Galata pero sino el tram te lleva al final (son 4 paradas) junto al estadio del Besitkas y el palacio de dolmabahce y desde allí puedes subir con el funicular a Taksim para luego recorrer andando Beyoglu y Karakoy. También estás a 5 minutos de la salida del ferry a usküdur en el otro lado del bósforo. Servicio amable y desayuno bastante completo. Si no te quieres complicar la vida está muy bien: dulce, salado y platos locales y estandar internacional. La habitación daba a un edificio en ruinas en una calle muy estrecha. Hay una serie de habitaciones que sí dan a una calle más ancha pero la nuestra era pequeña y daba a este edificio.

Reham (9/5): - الفندق نظيف جدا والمبنى له تاريخ اعجبني جدا .موقعه ممتاز قريب من كل شي بقاله صيدليه مطاعم كلها تبعد 3 او 5 دقايق مشي ومافيه مرتفعات الكريق ممهد. الطاقم ممتاز ومتعاون ومحترف .الافطار بسيط بس كويس.التكييف ممتاز. الغرف تعتبر واسعه بالنسبه لفنادق المنطقه انا حجزت غرف مساحات اوسع وفيه غرف اضيق ماشفتها انتبهو لحجم الغرفه وقت الحجز .. تنبيه بسيط السياره ماتوقف بالظبط قدام مدخل الفندق لانه داخل شارع ضيق توقف بدايه الشارع مسافه خطوات. ماكانت شي مزعج بس حبيت اذكر المعلومه للفائده. الماء في دورات المياه فيه رائحه كلور

Abdullah (5/5): Würde ich nicht bevorzugen, solange die Räumlichkeiten nicht auf den neuesten Standard gebracht wird - Die zentrale Lage Das ist beschädigte Fliesen war so, dass man sich verletzen konnte in der Dusche und die Rollkarten sind sehr sehr klein könnte sein, dass es kleiner als angegeben worden ist weil man hat kommt in deinen Koffer auszupacken. Platz hat. WC Duschanlage ist sehr eng.

Dmitry (9/5): Хороший отель в самом центре Стамбула - Расположение отличное в самом центре Самбула, недалеко от паромов, трамваев и метро. Попросили номер на верхних этажах и посветлее, так как отель расположен в темном переулке. Персонал удовлетворил наш запрос и дал такой номер за что им спасибо! Вид был с одной стороны на заброшенное старинное здание, с другой стороны на шикарное свежеотреставрированное здание почтамта османской империи. Спасибо что разрешили заселиться раньше на полтора часа чем положено. Номер местами уже требует ремонта, видно что не свежий. Занавески были с дырками, уставшие. В лифте было разбито стекло. Не было зубных щеток, из-за чего пришлось спусткаться на ресепшен и просить щетки.

I informed the 2 morning staff (guy and girl) I had to do meeting and would come down to pay after my 12 midday meeting They were informed of this in advance They made me feel like I was going to just leave without paying. So instead of staying 8 days, I cut it short to just 2. They need to be retrained on how to talk to/handle customers. The night staff, kitchen staff and restaurant staff were all wonderful. It's just the 2 days time staff that made me feel like I was dishonest. I checked out next morning Shame really. Great location
