Nathan (10/5): Lovely hotel lovely staff and a great onsen on the roof. - The onsen on the roof was fabulous especially at night to see all the city lights. the breakfast was nice to have both the choice of a traditional breakfast as well as the cereal station. The rooms are small so if you have big suitases it is a bit of a squeeze

Marquebreucq (8/5): Joli hôtel typique - Nous avons apprécié notre séjour, le personnel était serviable et poli. La chambre était un peu petite, nous avions une très jolie vue de notre chambre, dommage que les vitres n'étaient pas très propres, ça gâchait un peu la beauté de la vue. Le onsen était agréable. Le petit déjeuner était bon, mais trop typique pour des Occidentaux, et mis à part yaourt et cornflakes, pas de pain si jamais nous voulions autre chose. Je trouve ça dommage. La propreté des vitres qui gâche une si belle vue. Un peu trop loin des commodités.

Close enough to step into shinjuku and experience tokyo for what it has to offer, but the ambiance immediately slows you down from the hectic city atmosphere. Jennifer (10/5): Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier und würden immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Außerordentliches Frühstück !! - Sehr schönes Hotel und nettes Personal. Auf Wünsche wird bestmöglich eingegangen. Besonders schön ist das Onsen auf dem Dach. Zusätzlich gab es abends beim Onsen Aufenthalt, ein kleines Event mit Matcha und Eis. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sehr stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt Waschmaschinen, Trockner und wasserspender auf mehreren Etagen.

This is why I like Japan, everything are compact but it didn't lose out the quality by its size. The onsen was awesome, it has both outdoor and indoor pool. It is very convenient as there is a 7-11 opposite the hotel, just that the hotel location is a bit further from the metro station.

I also liked the location (close enough to the stations) but be prepared to walk! Loved the Onsen and the view from the top floor!! Breathtaking. I almost fell asleep looking at it. I was surprised that the room was quite small - but it is Tokyo so completely understandable.

The rooms have centrally controlled air con and so our room was really quite warm. We didn’t spend too much time in it so it didn’t matter for us but it was very warm at night.

Wie in den Bildern der Unterkunft sichtbar, haben die Zimmer in den unteren Stockwerken blickdichte Fenster.

Ignacio (6/5): Zona privilegia, instalaciones regulares - La ubicación era privilegiada, muy cerca de zona céntrica pero lo suficientemente alejada para estar tranquilo. Muchos días limpiaban la habitación y seguía habiendo polvo en muchos sitios. El Onsen está siempre lleno porque no hay un sistema de reserva, así que no es ningún lugar de relajación. Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas por lo que no puedes airear en ningún momento, algo antihigiénico y poco recomendable pues el aire no se renueva.

Rachel (9/5): Excellent, would stay again! - Lovely little tucked away spot in Shinjuku, the staff are excellent - helpful and very hospitable. The rooms although small are clean, the bed is very comfortable. The highlight is the incredible onsen on the 18th floor - a treat after a long day’s walk! Be prepared for the size of the room, no storage space - as a solo traveller it was fine but would imagine hard for families.
Peter (10/5): Great value, great style. - Loved the minimalist warm aesthetic: not easy to find in Japan at this price point, especially in Tokyo. The rooftop Onsen ( traditional separate men and women), with skyline views was sensational. The compact room sizes were a small price to pay but they were very functional. Maybe a bar would have been nice before going out. It’s a 10min walk from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku but that’s a good thing: nice area!

Katerina (10/5): Very nice hotel, amazing view from the open air onsen area - Very good hotel! Very new and modern and of course like everything in Japan - super clean! The onsen is amazing! The view wow! The location is great and it’s very quiet although near everything in the area. If you like walking you can also walk to Shibuya - around an hour of walk. Very comfortable and easy check in and out. /

Erica (8/5): - Malgré une chambre très petite, la vue était très belle, le onsen très agréable. Le personnel a été sympa et serviable. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Très simple, pas assez de choix, un plateau imposé qui n'était pas très qualitatif.

Stanislas (7/5): Sympa mais mal dormi. - Onsen Les lits et les chambres sont vraiment petites et les matelas ne sont pas assez bons. On a fait 4 hôtels à Tokyo. Celui-ci avait le moins bon rapport qualité prix. Le store est collé au lit donc on se le prend dans la figure.
Haleh (7/5): A cool spot in Shinjuku - This is close to a traditional Japanese hotel with most of the amenities of regular hotels. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is really cool. The hallways and lobby were warm and humid.

Alyona (8/5): Один раз прикольно, второй вряд ли вернулась бы из-за того что сложно дышать - Номер и онсен очень хорошие, все красиво и комфортно, персонал чудесный. Хорошее качество в мелочах вроде классных подушек и приятных штучках для умывания. Внизу классный ресторан с завтраками (плата отдельная за него) и ужинами с местной фермерской едой. Вид очень красивый. Система кондиционирования во всем здании оч плохая и особо не регулируется, носоглотка моментально стала сухой и это никак нельзя поправить, тк окна не открываются. У меня был номер большой по площади и там стоял увлажнитель, но толку от него не было. Ну и может что нет шкафов, но вроде это типикал для Японии. В остальном прикольная гостиница.

Samantha (10/5): Thank you. We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed everything about Yuen. The property was nicely fitted out with a nice - A beautiful spot and very close to Shinjuku. I really loved the Onsen and the view at night was spectacular. Room was very small for two people.

ANDREA (9/5): Excelente opção para quem gosta de se hospedar em lugar tranquilo, com conforto e ótimo atendimento - O atendimento é excelente. Café da manhã maravilhoso e a experiência do ONSEN vale muito a pena Uma observação é que para mim o colchão é mole demais e o travesseiro baixo demais. Esperava algo mais duro considerando ser um Ryokan e a tradição de tatames.
