- Teresa (3/5): Not as photos shown. Booked Martini Suites but given room in Porporo suites up the road. - Breakfast was standard fare for Italy. I liked leaving and not having to return. Milan was worthy of a visit. Keep your wits about you. We had no issues but witnessed the usual shady characters as in all major cities. The Duomo is impressive. Firstly we booked Martini suites online in a rush, didn't review. We , eventually found it in an unappealing location opposite blocks of residential flats. Grubby area. We couldn't gain access through locked security gates so walked up to adjoining hotel and spoke with receptionist who said we were in correct location the Porpora suites, (?) Anyway our room was horrible, and 'balcony' overlooked a yard with bins and a guy drilling light fitting into wall. There were no dark curtains in the room, just opaque veil type curtains attached to windows. We could hear everything in corridor outside, and adjoing room conversations. On leaving the room for breakfast at 9.40 am next morning the couple in the room adjacent were continuing the making of their adult movie and we could all hear it! Breakfast was strange set-up almost in a corridor with staff standing next to tables chatting away while we were trying to eat. Breakfast was usual cereal, juices, pastries, coffee. Appeared to be a hotel used by companies to accommodate those on business in the area. A number of young men in suits sitting alone at breakfast among some middle aged couples. The guy who was drilling the light fitting the yard below our room left it in test mode! (husband is an electrician) so we had our room lit up by a full scale security light every minute throughout the night) and no blinds to block it. Receptionist was informed by husband next morning but she didn't appear interested. Overall the room was overpriced for what it was. The hotel and area outside gave a grimy, grubby feel. There was also major construction going on nearby, very noisy. I felt it was somewhat seedy accomodation and would advise to chose hotel closer to centre and pay the extra , you are worth it! I will next time!

Ma asteptam ca macar in a 3 zi sa fie altceva, dar nu, am mancat 3 zile aceeasi mancare.

До центру (Duomo) 30 хвилин на міському транспорті (автобусна зупинка поряд, але 15 хвилин пішки до станції метро – легко та швидко). Персонал привітний та ввічливий -

- Veronica (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend it - I’m not exactly sure what other rooms they had, but we were given a bad one. The pictures speak for themselves. The room couldn’t be fully locked because the bathroom was located in a sort of hallway, so when we left, we had to lock both the room and the bathroom, while that hallway remained open. It seemed like it was the only room on the entire floor that didn’t have a proper locking system for that door. There was terrible noise, even from the street, and in the evening the people sitting on the terrace were talking very loudly. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. The bathroom is very poorly positioned, and in the shower you barely had space to move. The bathroom door was right in front of the shower. We had to leave earlier because we had a train to catch, and the breakfast included in the stay couldn’t be served earlier than 7:30, so we were given a takeaway bag the night before. It was irrelevant—in the bag there was even honey, sugar, and mustard, which I don’t know what they were supposed to be used for, considering we only received 2 biscuits, 2 slices of bread, and a juice box. Basically, there was no real breakfast. However, during the morning shift, we found friendlier staff who offered us 2 cappuccinos and 2 mini chocolate croissants. Breakfast could have been served earlier, since by 6:40 they were already setting up the food and we could have had something. Overall, I do not recommend this place. From the outside it looks amazing, but we were given a very poor room. I would not return.

- Ewa (10/5): Jeśli miałabym znowu pojechać do Mediolanu, bez wątpienia, wybrałabym znowu ten hotel. - Hotel kameralny, z przyjazną atmosferą, w bardzo ładnej odrestaurowanej kamienicy, z pięknym ogólnodostępnym tarasem oraz smacznymi śniadaniami. Pokój codziennie był posprzątany, a ręczniki wymienione. Okolica bezpieczna. Po drodze do metra znajduje się mały niepozorny bar La Cantina, prowadzony przez urokliwego Włocha w wieku emerytalnym, serwującego najlepszy aperol spritz w całym Mediolanie. 😊 Pobyt w tym hotelu zaliczam do jednego z najbardziej udanych jeśli chodzi o Włochy. Zdecydowanie polecam 👍 Nie przypominam sobie nic takiego 😊

Also the garden was beautiful with an old Olive tree and a Japanese Maple tree! Breakfast was plentiful and enough, with the staff being so gracious! Bathroom was a bit hot with and could not have a full ventilation of clean air flow. One of the receptionists yelled not to walk the garden which was out of place as we took a picture of the olive tree.

El personal es encantador (Diana, te hago un guiño) y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; además, nos permitieron hacer el check-in mucho antes de la hora prevista, lo cual fue un gran detalle. Las estancias están recientemente renovadas, con una decoración excelente y un ambiente muy agradable. El desayuno tipo buffet es fantástico, muy variado y de gran calidad. La ubicación también es muy buena. Sin duda, repetiríamos la experiencia.

Es una casa antigua rehabilitada como hotel. Aunque las paredes son gruesas, las puertas no aíslan adecuadamente el ruido. Durante nuestra estancia coincidimos con varias familias con niños y, debido a la falta de insonorización, el sonido se percibía claramente en la habitación, como si la actividad estuviera dentro de la misma. Es el único aspecto negativo que destacaría.

So like at 2am I could hear them working and whistling , which made sleeping very difficult, and the check out is at 10:00!!! I would not recommend. Also , breakfast.. very poor , only sweet things, no healthy options.. for the price i expected much more..

- Jugveer (6/5): Confusing as ended up in Porporo hotel, not Martini Suite. Nice and new but needs finishing - Recently renovated so all the facilities were brand new (Porporo Hotel). Not sure about Martini Suite. Staff were very nice. Apart from at night when we had trouble knowing how to turn the main light off and security on desk was useless. Breakfast was lovely Was very confusing as we booked Martini Suite but ended up in the hotel next door, which is very new but some finishing touches left. Main room light didnt have a switch so to sleep we had to take electricity card out and couldnt charge phone. One bathroom missing window blind. Wifi didnt reach our room.

- Angéla (9/5): Aranyos kis szállás - Nagyon szép volt Az ajtók nem hangszigeteltek, későn is hangosak voltak a folyosón a vendégek és hajnalban ismét hangosak voltak illetve a szomszédban az építkezés nagyon hangos. Szóval bár jó az ágy és az ágynemű nagyon keveset tudtunk aludni

- Izabela (9/5): Polecam, cena adekwatna do jakości. Nowe budynki i zadabane pokoje. - Bardzo miła obsługa, pokoje czyste i dobrze wyposażone, Panie sprzątały codziennie. Wszystko nowe, winda w budynku. Nie otrzymaliśmy apartamentów które zamówiliśmy zapowiada trwającego remontu. Ale Pani zaproponowała nam dogodną i uczciwą rekompensatę.
- Davide (10/5): Ottima struttura - Lo staff gentilissimo, la camera ampia e pulitissima, la colazione buonissima e molto ricca. Struttura perfetta per chi arriva in auto, si trova in una via secondaria dove è facile trovare parcheggio. La stazione piu vicina della metropolitana è a 7-800 metri, un po scomoda da raggiungere a piedi.

- Martin (9/5): - Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist klimatisiert, wir hätten aber eher eine Heizung gebraucht, da es ein paar kalte Dezember Tage waren. Der Raum, den wir hatten war sehr gross und das Bad auch sehr schön. Die Schallisolierung zum Flur war in unserem Zimmer sehr mässig. Man hört Leute auf der Treppe und auch wenn das Licht im Flur angeht, wurde es immer deutlich heller.

- Giacomo (4/5): - La posizione vicina a Città Studi Premessa: ero con dei colleghi e abbiamo preso tre camere separate. Il problema principale è il meccanismo di attivazione delle luci con la tessera, che non ha funzionato in alcuna camera. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto alla reception: la receptionist è venuta gentilmente a provare a risolvere; in due casi, ci siamo riusciti premendo a caso combinazioni di interruttori; in una camera, invece, per tutta la durata del soggiorno il mio collega è rimasto senza corrente. Per di più, nel corridoio ci sono deviatore che fanno capo a ciascuna camera, per cui chiunque può accendere e spegnere le luci delle camere altrui. Inoltre, le camere sono spoglie: in una, manca addirittura il comodino e l'abatjour è poggiato in terra. La scrivania è piccola e mancano prese lì vicino per poter lavorare con un laptop. Il bagno è spazioso, ma organizzato malamente: la doccia è minuscola, senza appoggi per i saponi. Infine, l'hotel è pieno di lavori in corso e alcune camere sono separate da reception e sala delle colazoini: per raggiungerle, bisogna uscire in strada, cosa che trovo molto scomoda. Inoltre, nessuno ci ha avvisato che è pieno di lavori in corso. Sono rimasto molto deluso.
