- Mirka (1/5): AVOID! - location The property was easy to find, but that was the only positive aspect about it. From the moment we arrived, the experience was deeply disappointing. The staircase leading to the apartment was extremely dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in decades. Our immediate reaction was that we had arrived at the wrong address, as the apartment bore no resemblance whatsoever to the photos advertised on the website. Although it is clear from the photos on booking.com that the apartment may once have been designed to look attractive, it has since been stripped to the bare minimum. The bathroom was completely unacceptable. A strong, overwhelming sewer smell was present at all times, making the space unusable. The bathroom itself was very small , with broken tiles, peeling walls, missing grout in the shower cubicle, sharp edges, and visible discoloration. These conditions not only made it unpleasant, but posed a clear health and safety risk. Even basic necessities such as towels were not provided. We contacted the proprietors to raise our concerns and were dismissively told that this was “what we paid for.” They suggested sending someone the following day to investigate the smell and asked when it would be convenient for us. We did not travel to Prague to wait around for maintenance personnel — we came to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere. As a result, we decided not to stay at the property and booked a hotel instead. Be aware that you not getting what you paid for and the photos are misleading I wish I have read reviews beforehand. Overall, the property was grossly misrepresented and cannot be recommended.

It's old, everything breaks constantly (water, heating etc), and the support is just awful - To be fair I will say that it’s kinda beautiful and light, with high ceilings, and location is good too. Keep out! Don’t rely on this option as your vacation stay. It does not match the photos really, is much older Hot water was not working when we came, and broke down again after a couple days. It was VERY cold inside in early November, the windows don’t work properly, in one of them there was a glass missing. After 2 days wi-fi and half of the plugs just went off. And the cherry on the pie is their support - they speak like an AI and even dare to gaslight you, by telling things like «i can see your flat is warm enough on my online-thermometer, temperature is a very subjective thing». But keep in mind all the bad sides, and just KEEP OUT.

- Alberto (9/5): An incredible apartment with everything we needed to visit in a proper way Prague. - The service was better than expected, the location was very optimal for us to visit what we wanted to visit, the host helped me on the phone to enter for the first time on the building after a little problem. We found noone to introduce us the apartment when we first arrived. We only got one pair of keys, which for a group of 5 is maybe less than what was expected.

Location and value for money Though we stayed at exactly the room i booked i didn’t realize that the pictures i was seeing from the original search didn’t match what i ended up booking. That was my fault although i do think it was a but misleading. The beds were too noisy and ideally if you know a couple is staying it would be nice to have sort of a double bed instead of all singles. Some electrical outlets weren’t working.

- Maham (2/5): - I have used EXPEDIA 100s of times for everything from Airlines, Hotels, Cars...and so on. I was never disappointed like i was for this stay. I am now convinced EXPEDIA has no oversight or control over false advertisement of vendors on their web site. The place is a complete disaster. We booked for 7 days and we had to leave after one night due to unhabitable conditions to another hotel in Prague.

Short walk to the castle and Charles bridge for the tourist stuff. Head south for the local restaurant, groceries stores and mall. Very spacious. Great layout for family with all the beds in one room. Didn't mind the stairs. Great view from the apartment. Won't mind to have sugar salt, and pepper in the apartment for breakfast prep in the morning. The TV wasn't working. I think the battery in the remote has died. OK furnishings.

The apartment's rooms were suitable for families, equipped with the necessary amenities. Noises were the biggest problem there: 1.You could hear people going up or down the stairs at any time, regardless of the floor they were on and they could also hear you talking in the apartment. 2.One night, a group of youths were loudly talking in their apartment and then proceeded to the parking area, talking loudly at 11:30, even though quiet hours were supposed to be from 6 am to 8 pm. 3. On the same night, we had a really unpleasant situation when a drunk person was knocking on my door and the door of the apartment in front of us. We told him that we were tourists, but he continued knocking loudly on the wall of our apartment, which was a big door from the outside. After waiting for almost an hour for him to stop, we decided to call the police.

Easy walk to all attractions and great local food places. The hosts respond immediately and were very good at resolving issues (we only had one). The hot water tank runs out, meaning four of us couldn't take a hot shower straight one after another. Space showers out and it works perfectly.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good location, 5th floor climb, likely bed bugs - Firstly, this is on the 5th floor which wasn't clear at booking - no elevator - so climbing 5 flights of stairs will get you to Apt. 503. Carrying a toddler and stroller up and down was a workout, luckily we are healthy and in good enough shape to do this 1-2x every day. Second, they will not provide a fan to keep you cool, even in August, even after I asked. The beds have no top sheet and the comforter is much too heavy to stay comfortable in the middle of summer. I woke up hot every morning. The toilet and sink for the bathroom are across the apartment from each other so washing your hands happens in a totally different room. Odd. The shower drain smelled like a sewer the first two days which was quite unpleasant. Lastly, I am fairly certain either the ripped, stained couch had bed bugs or the beds in the bedroom, because I found myself itchy after putting on my pajamas and feeling bites the 4th night. I was so paranoid I brought bed bugs home, I did 4 loads of laundry upon arriving home. The place is clean and spacious for the bedroom and main room and the two tram stops right outside is great for getting to/from different parts of the city. Super convenient location. We appreciated the highchair, cot, and little potty for our toddler to use.

While the location was nice and right next to a tram stop, the tiny (and I mean tiny) bathroom was a nonstarter for my 3 teenagers. The beds were incredibly hard and the apartment was right over a bar that was always loud until around 2:30am. If you looking for something a step up from a hostel, or care more about fun late nights than comfort, you will like this place.

Also, the value was amazing for all that we got with the property. Overall, it was a great experience. Although it wasn't directly a part of the booking, I feel like the parking could have been better. It was very difficult to get into the parking lot, especially with a large vehicle.
