The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with everything needed for the stay. The hosts were very friendly and always available. Special thanks for the early check-in — it was very convenient after our flight. Check-in was easy and smooth. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Rome, we would happily stay here again!

• Bozinovski (10/5): Couldn't recommend Valery more - Comfortable apartment, with all that you need, right next to the Metro station and regular buses. Valerio is a magnificent host - helped us with everything we needed, had a great chat on local recommendations, and left us enough coffee capsules for the whole week (which were really good!). And you are right behind Vatican's doorstep. Nothing, really.

• Vytautas (10/5): An awesome apartment close to the metro - Location is close to the metro station, trains and buses. The Vatican is super close but so is everything else traveling by metro alone. Has all the necessary kitchen items. The double-sink setup is great for couples. Warm shower water with good water pressure. Friendly, understandable and responsive owner. Big bed. Blinds to completely block out the light from the outside at night. Nice little balcony. Wasn't an issue for me but you'll hear the street outside at night well. Rome has a lot of sirens and loud motorcycles. Would deffinitely recommend ear muffs or ear plugs for sensitive sleepers. Just comes with the territory. Not the owner's fault.
• Esther (8/5): Volveré ❤️❤️ - El alojamiento está bien, es pequeño pero con espacio, tiene lo justo para pasar unos días estupendos. El metro con la línea A (sitios turísticos), está a 2 min. andando del apartamento. Hay varios supermercados por la parte delantera del edificio y por la trasera , a 5 min. Andando También hay algún que otro restaurante que está bastante bien y un pub/bar para tomar el aperitivo de la tarde. El anfitrión es atento y te ayuda en lo que necesites. Vino a hacernos el cheking fuera del horario, desde aquí Gracias. El apartamento tiene secador de pelo, plancha , microondas, cafetera… calefacción, A/A….y utensilios de cocina para poder cocinar si es necesario. Como crítica constructiva diré que estaría bien tener una bayeta para cuando se recoge la cocina y por si se derrama algo poder limpiarlo bien. La ducha no traga bien
• IRYNA (9/5): - Все було просто супер! Розташування ідеальне— дуже зручно добиратися, поруч автобуси, метро, пішки до Ватикану, пару раз ходили пішки в центр міста. Самі апартаменти повністю обладнані: є все для комфортного проживання, продумано до дрібниць. Як пишуть інші відвідувачі, тихо в апартаментах, тож прокидаєшся повністю відпочившим! Окремо хочу відзначити гостинність господаря — дуже приємна, уважна людина, яка завжди була на зв’язку. Особливо вдячна за можливість залишити речі після виїзду — це було дуже зручно і допомогло нам спланувати день без зайвого стресу. це дуже важливий момент для туристів. І ще раз дуже дякую Valerio, бо завдяки такому комфорному проживанню, враження про саме місто Рим ще кращі. Однозначно рекомендую ці апартаменти!

• Cristina (10/5): Definitely recommend the place, very good quality-price, would return - Very close to the metro station and nearby had a supermarket and good places to eat. The room was cosy, always hot water and we had AC for heating, clean and comfortable, also very spacious. The communication was easy and Valerio was really nice and accommodating and he was so gentle to let us have an early check in as the room was ready (we previously agreed to let our luggage early morning at the house before normal check in hour). It was close to the Vatican (15 min walk) and with metro we did 20-25 min max to the city center (train station, Colosseum etc). The area is really ok, chill and it was really easy to rest after a day of walking, it was quiet. We had enough towels, enough coffee and even an extra blanket. Nothing to say here

• Fernando (9/5): CÓMODAS VACACIONES EN ROMA - El apartamento muy cómodo, un barrio tranquilo para dormir, pero con todas las dotaciones cerca (supermercados, restaurantes, bares, tiendas). Situado a dos minutos del metro, que te pone en 10 minutos en cualquier punto de la ciudad. Quiero hacer una referencia especial al colchón, extra grande y muy cómodo, me dieron ganas de comprarlo… :)) Me encantó todo. Nada negativo, de verdad.

• Estefanía (9/5): - Hemos pasado muy buenos días en el apartamento de Valerio. La ubicación perfecta a poca distancia de una parada de metro para llegar al centro de Roma. El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y cerca también del Vaticano. Valerio nos recibió a la llegada y fue muy amable. Por poner alguna pega, los raíles de las puertas de la ducha estaban algo oxidados y no cerraban bien, pero nada importante.

Definitely want to come back a - Great location, clean, pleasantly surprised by the coffee machine, stove, availability of necessary utensils and cooking accessories. Noisy neighbors who came later than 23 hours and forgot about the silence. But of course this is not the fault of the hospitality house.

Half an hour walk to the Vatican Museum. Valerio was an excellent host, our train was delayed coming from Naples and Valerio was very flexible and understanding with check in. Very comfortable studio. Highly recommended this property.

• Diane (10/5): Lovely stay, would come again! - Lovely studio, host was super helpful and there to greet us. Even let us leave our bags and come collect it later past check out time. Would recommend it! The commute to the city part wasn’t too bad as there are loads of transport options around. The roads are a bit dark and quiet at night but nothing that scared us to travel back to the studio. Would have been nice to have someone clean the room but no big deal. Windows and wall are thin so beware of loud noises which doesn’t really happen much.

• Maryna (9/5): Great choice - A very nice room, spacious and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very nice and helpful. The location is 2 metro stations away from Vatican, very convenient. There's also a train station and bus stops within 3 min walk. The shower wire is too short, it was uncomfortable to wash the kid, for example. Instead of duvet there were just 2 sheets, so the blanket kept jumping out. Not enough light in the bathroom to put makeup.

• Isabel (9/5): Very worthy - It's very close to the train station (3min walking) to a mall, (8min walking) and 13min walking from the Vatican museum entrance. The place was very clean and smelled beautiful. There was Coffee, salt, oil, sugar and amenities. Nice Towels and bedsheets. Very comfy bed and pillows, The bed is very big!! The price was a bit much but Rome is expensive, so in comparison with other places it is actually fine. The parking is impossible at times.
• Ale (9/5): Very good place for a city breake in Rome - Apartment was quite big, has both heating and AC, bed was comfy, near Vatican museum, close to the public transport which made it easy for us to reach to any part of the city. Place look exactly like in the picture. Very thin walls, you could hear the neighbors and the outside noice. However was not a big issue for us as there were not so many tourists when we stayed there, to it didn’t get too noisy. It didn’t had a duvet cover but 2 sheets instead (one under the blanket and one on top of the blanket), which was not very comfortable during the sleep.
