• Norio (8/5): - スタッフは、いつも親切で印象が良いです。 何年もお世話になっている施設で、コンビニや業務用スーパーも近くにあり、便利な場所です。 今回の宿泊中にエレベーターが故障して使用できない日があった。 祝日と重なり復旧に１日あととなった。 部屋の鍵が内側と外側で開閉できる部屋で、内側の時に鍵が閉まらないことが多かった。 ドアがいびつで少しずらして閉まる状態だった。

• Aki8a (9/5): Enjoyable, friendly hotel owners and staff - The owners were very humble and polite, you can see them if U train at the Gym in the evening Some of the staffs were also very helpful and polite, though some staffs either speak little English or are very shy The building and lift are abit old The building has a number of lifts leading to different rooms, mine is abit narrow, though it can fot 2 to 3 of me, the stairs were even narrower for my corner, almost feel can experience the Cu Chin Tunnel and save the trip, 😂

The location was very convenient, making everything easily accessible. Honestly, everything was perfect from start to finish. I 100% recommend this hotel without any hesitation!

• Vach (1/5): - Gym was really big and good, but also dirty. Dirtiest hotel i've been in Vietnam. The floor was sticky, ants everywhere, stink in every room. Everything old. In front of the hotel is ,,special massage" saloon. We can't stay there even one night and bought another hotel.

• Patricia Gail (10/5): Quiet, very helpful staff, but understand the location before you get there. - This place is not easy to find. The airport taxi put me out on the road and pointed. I walked around forever trying to find it. If you intend to use GPS, I hope yours works better than mine. If you intend to stay, here are a few things to know: 1. The taxi cannot take you to the front of the property. When they drop you off at the "gate" (which is an arch), go through the arch straight up the street. Take the first alley way to the right. The hotel is about 3/4 of the way down on the left directly across from an arched doorway. 2. Before you book, check out the area. I was a bit surprised when I arrived. I am a woman traveling alone. There were only men staying in the hotel. The first day I was not sure about staying there. However, once I adjusted to the location, I felt safe. I did not problems while I was there. 3. I walk everywhere, so I walked to the post office, cathedral, pink church, all the big sights. Communication from the hotel prior to my arrival.

• Vladimir (8/5): - The staff were very hospitable and ready to help. The guy at the reception kindly agreed to print out our Cambodia e-visas, there was no need to look for a printing bureau. A lot of kitchen utensils - easy to cook. The location was very convenient: everything within a walking distance. Each night it was very difficult to sleep as nearby outside crouds of people were very noisy (shouting, singing) until the morning.

Na dole, po wyjściu 10 metrów w lewo, najlepsze bun cha jakie jedliśmy w Wietnamie. Jedynym mankamentem (choć dla niektórych to może być zaleta) jest lokalizacja. Hotel znajduje się w samym sercu imprezowej dzielnicy Sjagonu znanej z "masaży". Także wieczorem w drodze do hotelu można zostać obmacanym przez panie, które tam stoją. Jednocześnie jest wszędzie blisko.

The receptionists are a charm and a huge reason why my stay here was enjoyable. Some of the amenities within the rooms can benefit from renovations.

Very good value for money, we can highly recommend and we'll be certainly back. As always in Southeast Asia, lighting is a bit dim, rooms are rather dark and no reading lamps provided. But even judged by this criterium, this property shines (literally) compared to others.

The bed was delightfully hard and I slept really well each night, and the bathtub was amazing for a soak after long days of exploring. The location is also great! It could have been cleaner and the bathtub taps were difficult to use.

• Holmefjord (9/5): Good service, good location and amazing gym. - This hotel has the best gym setup I’ve seen in any hotel. They even have a dedicated area with climbing walls. It’s right in the center, within walking distance of all major attractions in District 1. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. This is a great place to stay, and I would definitely visit again. There can be some outside noise during late hours.

Also I really appreciated the great gym. Best gym of any hotel I’ve stayed at. The room was a bit tired. Needed fresh paint. Also like any accommodation around this location it was noisy at night with all the bars nearby. I got used to it.
