• Rprsa (9/5): Ubicación inmejorable, muy bien amueblado y muy cómodo - La ubicación es insuperable, el interior del edificio también es una maravilla con todo el mármol en las paredes y escalera. El apartamento es muy amplio, con un armario vestidor digno de una casa de famosos. La chica que nos entregó las llaves fue muy amable y simpática. Por poner una pega, la mampara central de la ducha no estaba y el agua se salía al ducharte, por lo que tuvimos que poner una toalla para que no se mojase el suelo. Y quiero mencionar que el día previo al checkout vino un chico de los que entrega las llaves por confusión y entro en el apartamento con nosotros dentro, justo cuando mi pareja se estaba duchando. Menos mal que la puerta del baño estaba cerrada. Diciendo que el checkout era ese día y no al siguiente. No me lo tomé a mal porque cualquiera se puede confundir, pero a posteriori no me sentó bien ya que no me dió seguridad. El único lunar que le pondría al apartamento junto a la limpieza del conducto por donde sale el agua del wc.

• Heleen (8/5): Heerlijk comfortabel appartement op 8 min loopafstand van de Duomo. - Het was een mooi appartement in een beveiligde omgeving, comfortabel en ruim. Zeer goede communicatie met de host, reageerde snel, was meedenkend en kwam ons erg tegemoet. De locatie, tegenover een parkeergarage waar geregeld een auto alarm af gaat, ook ‘s nachts. Verder maakt de airco best veel lawaai.

Särskilt beröm till Alex som höll kontakt och svarade på mess. Mycket hjälpsam och vänlig kille! Det var inget som var dåligt- vi är supernöjda!

• evrim (9/5): - Dairenin konumu gerçekten mükemmel. Hem her yere yürüme mesafesinde hem de toplu taşımanın dibinde. Tarihi bir binanın içinde, bir kat sadece bu daireler için kullanılıyor. Oda büyüklüğü harika, mutfak güzel. Mutfaktaki bardak adetleri ve ekipman biraz az ancak sadece kahvaltı ettiğimiz için yeterli oldu. Giyinme odası ise, başlı başına ayrı bir oda büyüklüğünde. Girişimizde tuvaletin ışığı bozuktu ancak personel çok ilgiliydi ve yardımcı oldu. Üçüncü günde ampulümüzü değiştirdiler.

• Adrian (7/5): Dziękujemy za pobyt - Bliskość do centrum, piękna kamienica, wielkość apartamentu odpowiednia, zbliżona do zdjęć, bardzo mili gospodarze. Niestety ale apartament nie był czysty (był po prostu brudny), wiele elementów w nim było popsutych np. półki, kanalizacja. Brak odpowiedniej ilości haczyków na ręczniki, brak odpowiedniej ilości kawy, brak deski do prasowania.

• Chiara (7/5): Con qualche accortezza in più, potrebbe diventare un posto ideale per soggiornare a Milano. - La posizione, lo stabile, com'è stato arredato l'appartamento ci è stato fornito un solo kit bagno per due persone, il che è stato un po' scomodo. Inoltre, nel cassetto delle posate c'era un solo cucchiaino da caffè e abbiamo dovuto chiedere il secondo. Anche se sono piccoli dettagli, queste cose non dovrebbero accadere quando si affitta un appartamento per più di una persona. Un altro punto negativo è che, nonostante siano state gentilmente offerte delle capsule per la Nespresso, mancavano le bustine di zucchero, le tovagliette per la colazione, lo strofinaccio per la cucina e un rotolo di scottex. Sono tutti piccoli articoli che fanno la differenza, specialmente quando si soggiorna per due o tre notti.La pulizia dell'appartamento potrebbe essere migliorata. Abbiamo trovato una sedia con delle evidenti impronte nere di scarpe, il che fa pensare che la pulizia non sia stata fatta con la dovuta attenzione. Inoltre, sarebbe utile una manutenzione più frequente. L'appartamento sarebbe davvero perfetto con qualche piccola cura in più: rinfrescare la pittura, pulire l'ecopelle del letto, smacchiare il divano e sistemare il muro rovinato in bagno vicino alla doccia. In generale, sebbene l'appartamento abbia del potenziale, queste piccole mancanze e il livello di manutenzione e pulizia potrebbero essere migliorati per garantire un'esperienza davvero soddisfacente.

Turning on the shower could only do that while in the shower meant getting wet and cold until hot water kicked in . There were no soap holder or holders for shampoo etc had to leave on the shower floor while in the shower.

• Muireann (6/5): Good location, best for a 1-2 night stay - The location is great (very close to the Duomo and to different tram and metro stations) and the space was very nice, with big windows to let in the light. The bed was very comfortable and the building was very secure and safe. The washing machine was a great bonus. I was able to work from here and the WiFi was reliable. There were no cleaning products and no basic cooking supplies other than some coffee pods and tea. It was a little frustrating to realise that I'd have to buy something as basic as a cloth to clean dishes with and olive oil to make a quick supper (the reason that I'd chosen a self catering studio was so that I could do some light cooking while visiting an expensive city over a long weekend). I'd recommend that these are provided for future guests.

• abdullah (8/5): المضيف خلوق جدا ومتعاون - المضيف جوليانو كان لطيف جدا مع اني تاخرت عليه في الاستلام بسبب مشكله حدثت في المطار وبقي ينتظرني من الساعه 3 إلى الساعه 5:30 مساء وعند انتهاء المده صادف ان ابني مريض وطلبت منه تاخير تسليم الشقه إلى ان تتحسن حالة ابني ولم يمانع ابد اشكر مشاعره الطيبه والنبيله وسوف أعود لنفس السكن مره اخرى لا شيء

Lovely decor, comfortable beds and quality bedding, well equipped kitchenette including coffee pod machine, large fridge, air-conditioning. Friendly helpful staff. Well equipped but missing dish washing cloth and tea towel. No tea or sugar supplies. No ice or ice tray in fridge.

After the incident, the hotel staff was not responsible and did not admit that their door was not working well. There was a problem and the hotel staff was not only unreachable but not responsible for what happened,we don’t feel responsible attitude from this apartment.

• Aoife (6/5): Adequate - Location was less than 10 minutes walk from the Duomo square, the local supermarket, the Metro and local coffee shops. Very secure apartment. Communication with the host was extremely difficult which resulted in us being unable to access the apartment for quite a long time on arrival. We appreciated that it was Christmas Eve and were delayed coming from Bergamo but being unable to get through to the host on his mobile was very frustrating. The split level arrangement between the entrance / sitting area and bedroom is treacherous. The sink in the kitchen is partially blocked (and obviously has been for some time) which along with the lack of cleaning items means that it is extremely difficult to wash the crockery and cutlery. Once washed, there is no facility for them to dry hygienically. Given the cost of the apartment, I would have thought that replacing crockery breakages, as they occur- rather than leaving us with a mish mash of crockery and only 1 teaspoon would be benefical to the clients. The bathroom requires refreshing as there is considerable damp at the base of the wall close to the shower, a container to hold soap/shampoo would be useful and it would also have helped if more than one of the lights in the bathroom had worked

The cuttlery and the number of glasses were insufficient. There ia a hole in the celling in one room. We were happy, it didn't rain down. The walls need a repainting.

• Magdalena (2/5): - Came for a week stay in the winter. There was NO HEAT! I slept in my winter coat under 2 blankets for days and it ruined my trip. Property contact noted there is a district law that only allows heat between specific hours (at night). However, not even during those hours were the radiators on at all. Additionally, I spoke to many local residents who claimed this was a lie some properties use to save on heat. The fact the radiators came on for the end of the trip indicates it is fully within their control and doable. This experience ruined my birthday trip. I paid to stay in non hospitable conditions. Expedia did NOTHING to help rectify the matter (move me to another room, connect with property, etc.). I have spent hours to be told the property is telling expedia that the heat as on. DO NOT STAY HERE! Despicable.

• Erjon (7/5): Good - The location was ideal, and the entire building featured a beautiful design. However, I encountered an issue with the check-in process, as it was only available before 9 PM. I asked the property if they had a safe box with a key or if they could provide a digital key code, but neither option was available. My flight was delayed by two hours, and the property person in charge requested an additional 100 euros to provide the keys upon my arrival. I booked a taxi to arrive quickly and ended up paying 100 euros extra to the property to receive the keys outside of the regular check-in time. I believe that nowadays there are many options for giving someone the key at any time. It was quite stressful for me to handle that in your way.

• Graham (8/5): Perfect Location For Duomo Milan - David was really lovely and helpful on our arrival showing us into the apartment, which is really spacious with high ceilings and light. The convenience of the kitchen and facilties was great. The location was amazing, a very short walk to the cathedral and shopping centre. The building itself is very charming and the apartment was luxurious with nice historic features and grand staircase (or lift). The apartment offered everything we needed for our stay including good cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron, massive shower, plenty of space, plenty of mirrors and everything else you'd expect from an apartment. Whilst the decor was beautiful and fixtures were of a high standard they could do with a little tidy up work, few scuffed walls, headboard coming away from the wall, safe didn't seem to work, main shower didn't seem to work (we didn't ask so might just have not figured it out), hairdryer and steamer broken. All seem like easy things to fix, which would make this apartment really amazing.

Rooms were clean and tidy, and I liked the modern touches in the furniture and the finishing. It’s very refreshing. The lady who greeted us and showed us to our rooms was very sweet and professional. She remained in contact with me through whatsApp the whole time and was a great help. The AC was extremely hot in 2 rooms. I contacted the whatsapp number and they were quick to respond. They send technicians to check the AC maybe three times but unfortunately they were still not cooling. The AC in the living room and the other room worked fine.

• Sara (7/5): Well located modern apartment. - Well appointed apartment with a lot of space. Bonus was the washing machine! Scuff marks on the walls detracted slights from the presentation of the apartment. The outlook of the internal courtyard wasn’t very attractive.
