• Dieter (8/5): Angenehm aber anstrengend 😥 - Beste Lage in Prag. Genug Platz. Sehr ruhig und entspannt. Alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird! Die Treppen zum 3. Stock sind ein Horror. Eng und schwer zu gehen. Das sollte in die Beschreibung, damit man weiß was auf einen zukommt. Der Herd hat nicht funktioniert 😫

Second toilet make it very convenient for family. Kitchen equipped with everything you need to do own cooking. Enough space to easy stay with 5 people.

• GOKCHEN (9/5): We love the room and the property owners were so helpful. Everything you can ask for was at the room. - Location was great. Everything about the house was perfect. We received an immediate response to the messages we sent to the owner. You should tell them approximately when you can check out, because of the next reservation we needed to check out and we had to walk around with our suitcases until the flight time.

• Şermet (8/5): - Tesisin konumu çok çok iyi. Herhangi bir ulaşım aracı kullanmanıza gerek yok. Şehrin merkezindesiniz. Yataklar rahat ve konforlu. Mutfakta hemen hemen her şey var. Tarihi bir binada kalıyorsunuz. Bizim dairemiz çatı katında olduğu için ve asansör olmadığı için zorlandık. Bizim gibi çocuklu aileler tekrar düşünmeli. Bina tarihi olduğu için asansör yok. Merdivenler ahşap ve biraz dik ve dar. Temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. İki tane büyük örümcek vardı ama artık yok.
• Rickard (1/5): Dåligt!!!! - Ligger i centrum Fruktansvärt smutsigt och dessutom vägglöss. AC:n fungerar, men det går inte att sova med den på eftersom den låter som en flygplansmotor. Vi hade två fläktar, varav bara en fungerade – den andra var halvtrasig. Vi kontaktade personalen och bad om en ny fläkt, men hon ville först ha en video och själv avgöra om vi verkligen behövde en. Vi fick aldrig någon ny fläkt. Två vuxna och tre barn fick alltså dela på en fläkt som knappt fungerade. Lägenheten luktade curry och svett. Dessutom ligger boendet tre trappor upp utan hiss. Har du barnvagn eller problem med knän rekommenderar jag starkt att undvika det här stället – trapporna är branta, osäkra och det känns nästan som att klättra i berg. Som tur var stannade vi bara en natt eftersom vi skulle vidare på semester – har du möjlighet, boka aldrig detta ställe. I övrigt är Prag en mysig stad.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Hyggelig lejlighed med central beliggenhed - Rigtig hyggelig lejlighed med perfekt placering i Old Town. Vigtigt at være opmærksom på, at man skal op ad stejle trapper for at komme til lejligheden. Det går ikke at være gangbesværet. Man belønnes med mulighed for åbne vinduer og frisk luft, når man har besteget trapperne. Vi lavede ikke mad i køkkenet, så funktionaliteten af det kan vi ikke udtale os om. Rigtig fin kommunikation med værterne både før og under opholdet. God instruktionsvideo til indcheckning. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

• Wisbey (10/5): A very comfortable, interesting, and modern apartment! - The location was wonderful! It was modern, spacious & clean with lots of storage. There was a fantastic cafe right next door out the front door, which was nice. It was so convenient to everything. We would stay here again. The stairs leading up to the apartment were not a problem for my family at all, but they are steep and be mindful of that if you are planning to stay here. And bring your own coffee/tea/ soap for the shower.
• Jill (9/5): Fabulous Location - The location was amazing, so close to the centre, so everything was walkable. As has been mentioned many times before, the stairs were very steep and narrow and there were 53 of them to get to the apartment (we were in apt 3). The accommodation was spotless,and everything you would need (apart from salt & pepper) was provided. The beds were comfortable, and the linen good quality.It was good value for money. I would imagine apt 3 would be very difficult with small children or anyone with slight mobility issues. We managed it though, but getting luggage downstairs was a challenge!. The curtains don't close completely which let a lot of light in very early in the morning. Which is unfortunate, so maybe black out blinds, or wider thicker curtains would improve your quality & length of sleep.
• Natalie (5/5): Stairway to Heaven.. - Apartments 3 (sleep 6 people). We can't complain about the location it was fantastic and well located for everything we wanted to see and do. The check in details were very clear and easy to find. The kitchen was well equipped for making own meals.The fridge was by far the best we experienced in our 4 weeks traveling through Europe. The apartment was clean. It would of been handy to know the 3 flights of extreme steep narrow steps and the apartment door opening mid way on the staircase. This might be ok for a short stay but if you like us had been traveling for weeks and had large suitcase this was a complete nightmare and extremely dangerous (hence my title for this review). If you are young, no injuries and have minimal luggage then this would not be an issue for you. Bathroom is very small but manageable. the apartment sleeps 6 people but there is on dining table just a breakfast bat which has 3 stools (of which 2 were broken). this was also the most expensive apartment we booked during our trip and felt is was more for young backpackers rather then a family or older people. this review is more for people to take into consideration when booking apartment 3 (Sleeps 6), so they have a clear picture of what they are booking.

• Elizabeth (6/5): - Few downsides. Decided to book this property to be centrally located on our first trip to Prague, having now been, being so close to the main square is more of a hinderance but I suppose this is by preference. Arrived to a bare kitchen; no salt and pepper, no tea, coffee or water. Wouldn't say suitable for even light cooking. The apartment has one separate toilet which had the foulest smell of drains that I have ever experienced and with little bugs that came out at night non of us could stand being in there. On one night we were locked out due to the door lock becoming stuck but thankfully this was just before the company closing time and someone turned up within 30min, getting the door open and temporarily sorted within 1h15. They returned the following day to fix the door so we had to carry a few more things with us as to not delay our trip. Despite being a late night this wasn't too much of a problem, however, if you bare this in mind denying our request for a 20min later checkout was a bit harsh. We waited for our airport taxi in the rain. Aside from these points the apartment was fair- nice shower pressure, comfortable beds and a constant supply of heating. Wouldn't stay again as location is not worth the compromises!
• Anat (9/5): Recommended. Location is superb, size, beds, hitting. Exceeded our expectation - Location is truly great, Apartment is very big, light and warm. (We were 5) Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is well equipped. Great shower pressure. Host was very communicative, answered quickly to our questions. Check-in was easy. It is nice when there are basic ingredients in the kitchen, there was no coffee, tea, sugar , salt ect. Toilet had a little bit of an odor from time to time.

• Andreas (8/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend! Check in super einfach. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, der sollte im Rudolfinum Parkhaus parken (8 Min. Fussweg)- vorher das Gepäck direkt vor der Tür ausladen. Die Ausstattung war super und in der Küche alles vorhanden! Die Betten waren gut- leider hatten wir direkt vor der Tür eine kleine Baustelle und es wurde bis Samstag (tägl. ab 7:00 Uhr gearbeitet). Die Toilette hatte (wahrscheinlich altbaubedingt) leider einen unangenehmen Geruch. (Düfte etc. halten nur für den Toilettengang). Bei den beiden angemerkten Punkte handelt es sich für eine Momentaufnahme für Anf. November 2024.
• Abdullah (1/5): Careful of the steep stairs and their customer service is rude. - Location was great The stairs were very steep and difficult for people to climb up. If you have elderly or people with health issues as we did, it’s impossible to go up. My family didn’t manage to leave the apartment once they went inside. The listing said they have AC. Which is totally false. They only have a cooler in the living room which also didn’t work. It was completely suffocating inside the bedroom and we couldn’t sleep all night. Lastly, be careful with your belongings. I left my running shoes inside the secured area at the hallway. After 30 minutes I returned to find the shoes disappeared. Contacted their customer service who was not very helpful and instead started blaming me for leaving the shoes there. I found it astonishing that shoes can just disappear in thin air when there are no one else staying there other than their own guests.

• Randa (8/5): Very Cozy apartment! - The location is excellent, the apartment #2 was very cozy. Fully equipped, more than expected. Toooo many hard to climb stairs !! Bathroom very small!
• Michelle (8/5): Worth the steps! - This is a charming European apartment! Yes, the steps leading you to this apartment are challenging (all 54 of them) but the apartment is spacious and quaint. The owners have thought of everything. They have even thought of compiling a binder with important information. It is a quiet apartment close to many must see sights in Prague. The cafe right next to it was our favourite breakfast spot. Delicious! If you have strong legs and good stamina, don’t hesitate to seek these accommodations.
• Edward (8/5): - It was a good apartment with one caveat - one had to climb all the way to a 3rd floor by a steep staircase which can be really dangerous. No elevator. So keep this in mind.

• Arnela (7/5): Good - The place is nice and clean and near the center, bathroom very clean and always hot water in the shower. eally didn't like the stairs, it was very difficult to carry suitcases, i think that it's something that you need to tell people in advance. Also we saw diffrent pictures and we thought we will be on a lower floor but the keys and codes only worked for a higer level apprtment, very dissapointing.

• Margo (5/5): Not what we expected- good location but needs work. - The location of the apartment was the best thing about it. First I feel like it was false advertising when they listed 40+ photos of apartments so you really dont know what you’re getting. Of course we ended up with the apartment on the 3rd floor where the stairs were quite dangerous. We managed it but I noticed the bathroom is not even pictured in the listing because it’s small cramped and the shower is the size of a shoebox. The doors kept coming off the track. The kitchen cabinets need handles. The frig is very small, the living room furniture was very uncomfortable, just because there’s a tv- doesn’t mean there is actual tv to watch and the Netflix login he provided was an invalid email. The mirrors in the bathroom are dumb and useless, nowhere in bathroom to put toiletries, nowhere in bedroom to place luggage, nowhere for women to put makeup on at….all around uncomfortable and not up to standard and I’ve stayed at many vrbo’s but never one as bad.
• Jackson (4/5): We love Prague, but will stay somewhere else next time!! - The location. We tried to contact the owner, who NEVER replied to us. He only texted to ask when we were leaving. We only had 2 towels and hand towels but had to use the hand towels for the leaking hot water heater. Also,the fan was broken and made a lot of noise. The 3 flights of stairs were incredibly steep. This should have been disclosed ahead of time. The photo used did not look anything like where we stayed. And for the money, so many others in our group had great airbnb's compared to ours. We were VERY disappointed and will never recommend this place!!!
• Marina (8/5): - We really liked apartment because it has plenty of room, very close to Old Square, restaurants. We couldn't figure out how the microwave worked but we didn't use it anyway. The coffee and tea were provided and it was a big plus for us. Overall we were very pleased.
