• Vanesa (6/5): - Lo grande y espaciosa q es y las camas eran cómodas No funcionaba bien la caldera, tampoco funcionaba la presión del agua, fallaba el aparato d la puerta de poner la clave paea entrar y casi nos quedamos en la calle. Escribimos y todavía seguimos eaperando respuesta.
• Kenza (4/5): Très déçu - L’emplacement est top, proche du métro/bus et des supermarchés et environ à 10min à pieds de plusieurs grandes chaînes (McDo, Joe and the juice, Nando’s, starbuck, dunkin donuts..) Le mobilier est à refaire, plusieurs problèmes : les volets ne ferment pas correctement, il n’y a aucun chauffage, les prises sont cramées donc difficile de mettre un radiateur ou chauffage appoint dans la chambre, la wifi ne fonctionne pas et l’hôte ne répond pas.. n’y a booking n’y au particulier. Pas très cool
• Jasmine (5/5): - The property was clean and as pictured and was close enough to the centre There were no instructions left on how to get in and because of this we ended up stuck outside until I called the owner at early hours of the morning. I also had to chase to get my security deposit back.

• Karen (4/5): Urine, Grease and Difficult Access - Good location. Although staff was not responsive to multiple messages, I am definitely grateful for their team member Owen who texted back and forth with me while I stood for half an hour in the rain outside the front door, trying various codes he provided until I could get inside. Comfortable beds. Clean sheets and towels. From extra registration steps to poor cleaning and neglectful maintenance, this location was an embarrassment for me as I hosted colleagues for a seminar. After booking on Booking.com, there was a required extra step to register on the venue's separate website, submit a picture of my passport, and additionally a picture of me holding my passport, as well as pay an extra £300 security deposit before I was sent access instructions. Access instructions were incomplete and incorrect. After finally getting inside, we found urine in the toilet that did not flush well, and a broiler pan with grease and meat scraps in the oven - cleaners not doing basic things. The exterior handle fell off the bathroom door, and interior handle then would not open - I was locked inside and had to knock and call for a colleague in the house to let me out - if I had been alone there, I would have been stuck until the cleaners came after the booking. Several lights that would not turn on. No tea towel in the kitchen. No rubbish bin in the downstairs bathroom. In a lodging advertised for 8, barely enough toilet paper on hand for 3 people for 2 nights. The lodging is above a violin shop, which is lovely to notice when walking in, but not as charming when hearing violin playing through floor / walls. Overall quite disappointed - this venue has so much potential, but its difficult access, inadequate cleaning and neglectful maintenance prevent me from recommending it to anyone.
• cassie (7/5): Central location, good size apartment - Central location and a fair size for a family or group Needs a deep clean, and some maintenance such as taps that leak and drip. Mattresses are old and could be replaced.
• Pakron (10/5): Very good - The host is kind, replying and very helpful. I have to say that this accommodation is spacious, clean, good location. It has everything, facilities, including a kitchen, cooking, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom, two large rooms, four bedrooms, including the perfect atmosphere roof. I like the accommodation here very much and would like to recommend everyone to decide. Renting accommodation here You will be as impressed as we do.
• Wei (3/5): 差，非常差 - 地理位置还可以，周围是学校比较安静与安全 公寓发来信息需要提供担保，线上办理入住，但是在我们填完信息与担保后，也没有发来公寓的钥匙领取方式和密码，打电话没人接，booking也没有客服提供帮助，打了一个小时的电话才有人接通说3点才能提供入住信息，在这期间线上办理入住也没有提示是否成功，使人非常困惑。好不容易熬到三点发来入住密码，进到房间，非常非常脏，整个房间是臭的，睡觉的被子有污渍，掀开后整片整片的脏污，根本没办法使用。然后洗澡的水压很小，只要有其他人在用水，洗澡的水一下子会变冷甚至停水，使得洗澡非常不方便。公寓价格偏高，完全不符合这个价格。

• Alfred (1/5): Out dated property, pictures do not reflect condition of the property! - The location was spot on hence why I booked in the first place I had to call the host to request access details, as none were sent prior to arrival. I was told this was because they hadn’t approved something, which meant the automated instructions were not triggered. We arrived 30 minutes before check-in as agreed, but the cleaner was still inside the property and said they needed another hour to finish. Even after that hour, the property was not ready or in an acceptable state. The condition of the property did not match the pictures shown on the Booking.com listing, it was poorly maintained and did not feel clean or welcoming. Evidence attached. The apartment was extremely hot, and the fans provided were ineffective, just blowing warm air. This was especially distressing as we had a 1-year-old baby with us. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the house that made it feel uninhabitable. Due to the above issues, my family and I were forced to leave and book a hotel 40 minutes away, as everything closer was fully booked, this completely disrupted our plans and added significant extra cost. The host offered a minimal 10% refund, which in no way reflects the stress, inconvenience, and additional expenses we incurred.

• Roberto (1/5): Very disappointed in the facilities but the location was good. - The location was good. The washrooms were not clean did not drain, the host provided two rolls of toilet paper one roll of paper towels and one tea towel in the kitchen. There were no garbage bags to clean up the entrance there was mail all over the entrance, and a ripped up carpet folded over that you can trip on. We left and went to stay at a hotel the last two nights.

Cons: - Smell of wet wood - leakage of water inside the flat when it rains. - shower water heat cannot be adjusted, hot water only in one of the bathrooms.

• Madhu (6/5): It was okay - The location was good We faced a lot of issues with the water heating system, the place was smaller than expected and just very conjusted in general
• Dominik (5/5): Passable - The location was great, and communication was good too. The deposit was received back quickly. First, upon our arrival, we received the wrong pin code for entering the property, and the provided phone number was unreachable from our phone. Fortunately, we had a friend with a UK number who was able to call and get the correct pin code. There was dirt in the showers and mold around them. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. This place has good potential but needs much more maintenance.
• Andrew (7/5): Ok for the price, as long as it’s not raining during your stay. - The good: Enough space for 8 adults to stay comfortably with a nice open kitchen and living room plan. It's hard to find a place for a large group in London like this, especially for the price. The place was well cleaned too. The bad: In a word, water. It rained while we were here and there was water dripping from the ceiling and walls in a few places. We worried about this being a safety hazard, either from electrical fire (it was dripping through a light fixture) and the high probability there is mold behind the walls. Also, showering was challenging because the water would either instantly go cold or shut off completely on its own. The water pressure was weak too. One other minor complaint was there were no hooks for jackets, coats, or towels anywhere.
• Masrieh (9/5): Convenient and comfortable - Very spacious and comfortable yet not fancy, just cozy. Price was reasonable relative to its location. Not much to complain about. The couch in the living room was broken from multiple sides.

• Francesco (9/5): Perfect apartment in Marylebone, close to the city centre - - Big apartment (there are 4 double bedrooms. Keep in mind the apartment is divided in all the three floors of the building) - very good location, in Marylebone: quite and close to the city center/markets/public transportation - found no problem with the heating: owner has installed a simple remote control for managing the right temperature - kitchen was supplied with all the basic stuff - easy check in In addition to this, booking photos are quite similar to the real apartment - there are some lights and lampshades broken. Could be easily fixed

• Louise (8/5): Our stay was comfortable and the roof terrace was a nice surprise. - Location was good and we were just a few minutes from the center of London. Apartment was large and split over 3 floors which meant that our teenage children had some privacy. Wifi worked well and the roof terrace was a nice bonus. We would have liked to have known more info on the local area. Maybe a list of nearby places to eat.

• Peter (6/5): Good location, needs updating. - This property is located near a train station which made it very convenient. However, this property is very dated and needed a lot of updating. The 1st bathroom was very small so we didn't use it to shower.The doorknob in the 1st bedroom was broken that it will trap guests inside. The doorknob in the main entrance was also broken that we used the mailbox hole to close the door when we left the property. The next door neighbor was having construction so it was a bit loud during the day.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location close to Marylebone station and plenty of amenities nearby. Communication was quick to come back and very accommodating to requests. Place was well equipped and cleanliness was excellent. Would recommend.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - This property was lovely and clean, with a VERY well-equipped kitchen and including soap and shower gel in the bathrooms, and a deck on the roof. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. It's in a good location in a nice neighborhood with an underground station, restaurants, and a small grocery store all located within an easy walk. The front door, which opened directly onto the street, used a code for security. Note that it is an older house with lots of stairs, including a long flight of stairs from the front door up to the kitchen and living room and some random small steps up into rooms which require some caution. One bedroom and one of the bathrooms are up yet another small flight of steps; the remainder of the bedrooms are up a longer flight of stairs.
