James (6/5): A decent stay but I suspect there are better options for a similar price - The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good quality and reasonably varied. The air con doesn’t work, which isn’t great in a city like Istanbul, you can’t really have the windows open because of the noise of the traffic outside (Turkish drivers love their horn, particularly after the football), so you will be awake until around 02:00 then woken by the call to prayer around 05:00. The outside noise is not the fault of the hotel, the broken air conditioning is.

EFTHALIA THALEIA (8/5): - The staff was very kind and always assisting me in keeping my ice pack, everyday, at the reception fridge. The communication in english could be better. I didn't understand why my debit card was automatically rejected in the first place, because later on I could pay with the same desk at the front desk, but then I was charged 30€ more, due to exchange rate difference.

Nicholas (8/5): Very good conference hotel hidden from the crowds. - Great location and perfect conference hotel. Easy access to public transport - metro, buses and the airport train. Large quiet room with an executive feel. Food at the in-house restaurant was very good. Staff friendly and professional. Slightly disappointing breakfast - more of a 4 rather than 5 star offering and vibe. Whilst the gym and spa existed they had somewhat of a tired feeling. Be warned in advance that use of the swimming pool has to be booked in advance (never experienced that before!).

We requested a change of the room since the one they allocated us was for smoking, and we prefered a non-smoking room. The room was cleaned every day, and also a complement from the hotel - bottles of water were left every day on the table, which was much appreciated. There were no things that we didn't like. Perhaps, a few things to improve, but nothing major.

peneloper422 (10/5): Dedeman Hotel Istanbul - My experience at this hotel extremely good. The room is clean and tidy. Fadime, the cleaner, is very friendly and does a wonderful job. Room service is excellent, the food is prepared well. The gym is well equipped with everything you need for full body strength training, cardio and pilates. There's also a boxing ring and laned swimming pool. The gym however is in the midst of some renovation work though was open yesterday. There are staff available for advice and help too. The reception and concierge staff have been extremely helpful with their information and have also helped me with ordering taxis and informing the drivers on my behalf.

The location is convenient, and the parking service is good. The staff are professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming. A reliable option for business stays.
160burcus (10/5): Excellent stay - My overall experience was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly. . We stayed 11th floor, it is quite, ideally sized for 2 people, the view was also good, room was clean. Hotel is so close to metro which connetcs to Istanbul airport, so we can easly walk and find the hotel. Also we loved breakfast,a lot of fresh turkish breakfast things around, even a soup, it was perfect, I ate the most delicious omlette :) She also has a wonderful smile that makes everyone feel welcome. I would like to especially thank Ms. Ebru at front- desk customer rrelations. She does her job with real passion and she does the bestShe truly made our experience at the hotel even better. The main drawbacks were the limited internet access in the room and the food, which was a bit subpar. Overall, it was still a decent stay.

Emremin (8/5): MÜKEMMEL FİYAT VE KONUM - Otelin konumu (iş merkezlerine, Zorlu Center, Ak Merkez gibi avmlere ulaşımı rahat) ve personeli çok iyi. Upgrade ile verilen oda (1018) çok büyük ve güzel dekore edilmişti. Ücretli vale hizmetli otopark mevcut. Rezervasyon yaparken gelen upgrade teklifini mutlaka kabul edin, çünkü otelin bazı odaları yenilenmemiş. Yenilenmemiş odalar da temiz ve yeterli büyüklükte ama dekorasyon çok eski ve bu nedenle 5 yıldızlı otel hissiyatı vermiyor. Ama fiyat açısından düşününce bu durum da kabul edilebilir bir husus.

Iva (5/5): Doable with room for improvement - Most staff were professional and nice, except for one guy at a reception. Good breakfast. Overall, the stay at this hotel was exhausting. The hotel was very busy and too loud. Elevators were too slow and crowded taking a long time. Too much noise in the hallways at night and coming from other rooms - the walls are paper thin. The door lock mechanism didn’t work properly. The card key stopped working and had to be re-activated daily. The room smelled like cigarettes. The cigarette smoke was entering the room through the AC vents. It was overpowering and disgusting. They tried to cover up the smell by placing perfume pumps in the rooms (unbeknownst to me) which made my sinuses and throat burn and my entire face flare up. I asked the staff to remove it and they did the next day. However the cigarette smoke was a constant.

D (6/5): Goed. Maar beleid moet veranderen. - Wij komen hier al jaren! Het is een goede hotel, maar er zijn aantal dingen achteruitgegaan. Ze hebben op het laatste moment onze kamer veranderd, waarbij zelf niet hadden om gevraagd. Onze kamer stonk naar riool geur, gevraagd of we kamer konden veranderen helaas geen plek op de 10 etage. Waar mensen werken kunnen fouten/vergissingen voorbij komen. Bv. Kamer schoonmaken alles netjes maar geen bekertjes neerleggen. Bv. geen voldoende wc-papier, niet voldoende water dat soort dingen. Maar het ergste is dat er groep mensen ieder keer voor de deur staan en gaan roken. Echt VIES!!! Binnenkomst van het terrein moet goed ruiken ipv. rook. Ze kunnen echt iets aan het beleid doen. Bij heelveel hotels voor de deur mag je niet gaan roken. Je kan door groep mensen niet eens voorbij lopen. Hotel beleid kan daar echt wel iets aan doen. Zie bovengenoemd

Ottima posizione non lontano dalla metro nuovissima che porta direttamente in aeroporto, stazioni dei taxi disponibile a pochi metri
