• Luana (10/5): - The apartment was amazing, central and just a 3 minutes away from a bus stop to take you to the old town. The host was very helpful and accommodating to every question we had. Would recommend this for sure!
• Karin (10/5): top - We hebben echt een geweldig verblijf gehad! De locatie is perfect: alles zit om de hoek, van gezellige restaurantjes en terrasjes tot een supermarkt. De buurt is levendig en prettig, en je kunt overal makkelijk steps of fietsen huren om de omgeving te verkennen. Het appartement zelf was heel mooi, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Je merkt dat er echt aandacht is besteed aan het verblijf. Daarnaast was de gastvrouw ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het verblijf extra prettig maakte. Kortom: een top locatie en absoluut een aanrader!
• Adrian (4/5): Wir lieben München und werden wiederkommen. In diesem Apartment nie wieder! - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Viele ausgezeichnete Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit Luxus hat das Appartement gar nichts aber rein gar nichts zu tun. Die Einrichtung ist veraltet. Die Betten so was von unbequem, pseudo-african Style. IKEA ist im Vergleich ein Luxus-Erlebnis. Nur ein Bad bei einer Wohnung von 80m2 ist Nachkriegsstandard. Unsere Erwartungshaltung war, auch wegen der Bewertung in booking.com (9.1) entsprechend hoch, umso grösser war die Entäuschng. Wir reisen wirklich sehr viel, jedoch noch nie in all den Jahren war die Diskrepanz zwischen Versprochenem und der Realität derart groß.
• Allison (7/5): Well designed property in a good location with restaurants around it but very poor value for money - It is very comfortable and very well designed Very poor shower with hardly any pressure The boiler kept cutting out which we sorted ourselves Buyer beware with this property - we were a family of 3 with one of us being a teenager - this is a 2 bed property - I hadn't supplied the age of the teenager and when I did I was told it would cost me €250 more despite there being 2 bedrooms- basically an under occupancy supplement-I was then asked to pay this in cash! I also had to pay €50 cash for someone to bring the key to us because we checked in during the evening - they could easily have a lock box as many rental properties do
• victor (9/5): - Nous avons séjourné dans un bel appartement joliment décoré et bien équipé dans un beau quartier avec des commodités à proximité immédiate, ainsi que des transports. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Tanja qui s’est montrée arrangeante. (J’ai mis un petit bémol concernant le prix mais celui ci correspond à la période touristique de l’ Oktoberfest.)

• Tania Sharafi (10/5): - Sehr nette Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und stylisch eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, was bei Ferienwohnungen eher selten ist. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, und werden sicherlich erneut kommen. Alles bestens, wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Tommy came to open and gave us the keys to the apartment he was friendly, welcoming, and explained everything about the apartment. Tommy also gave us recommendations to restaurants, Christmas markets, grocery stores etc. We will definitely stay here again!

• Jay (10/5): Fantastic Stay. - Great design. Great location. Very friendly welcome. Plenty of space. Very well equipped. We had a lovely stay and will be back again. Only slight issue, it was a bit cold and we couldn't the heating to come on, I think it was on a timer. Duvets were also a bit small. But lovely stay overall.

• Aza (10/5): Tastefully decorated apartment in a good neighborhood - Tastefully decorated apartment, you can tell a lot of thought & love was put into this apartment. Superb location with a supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, bus stops within walking distance. Easy access to Marienplatz with just 1 bus. Comfortable beds enough for our family of 5. The kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and everything that you need to cook your own meals. A Nespresso coffee maker with capsules were also thoughtfully provided. Everything listed in the description was available. We appreciate that the host was very responsive when contacted about some minor issues/questions. Perfect stay to end our 3-week tour of Germany. Can’t think of anything other than the internet was a bit erratic on some days, but Tanja was quick to respond with instructions on how to reset it.
• Evelyn (8/5): Neat tidy apartment with convenient location - Location was convenient with either bus or taxi ride. Apartment was well decorated and the rooms were nicely fitted. The only issue (maybe for me only) was that the double bed was not as clean, i felt itchy so i had to lay a towel over it.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Très bel appartement moderne, fonctionnel et lumineux dans un quartier calme. Deux lignes de bus à proximité vous emmènent en centre ville sinon compter 25 à 30 minutes à pieds. Commerces (boulangerie et supermarché) à proximité. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Tout était au top !
