On the third day, I cleaned 3 rooms, but one room wasn't cleaned the whole stay!! I had a bad experience staying at this hotel. Never again.

Ålund (8/5): Ett bra boende för bilburna resenärer - Jättebra frukost, men när vi var sena blev vi något stressade av personalen i frukostmatsalen under veckodagarna. På lördagen var det annorlunda. Spa-avdelningen besökte vi inte. Hotellets läge visade sig vara helt okej när vi väl hade tagit till oss att vi bor på landet och inte i stan. Det blev bättre när vi lärt sig förbindelsen till stan: mitt framför hotellet går buss 149, 190 och 191 till Berg am Laim (2 hållplatser). Därifrån går spårvagn 19 till Marienplatz (ca 6 hållplatser). Båda går ofta och man upplever inte att det tar särskilt lång tid att ta sig till och från själva hjärtat av München. Att ha bilen stående i hotellets väl tilltagna garage är en trygghet och ett stort plus. Självklart bekvämare att bo mitt inne i stan om man vill se sig omkring och vill äta och dricka gott. Men centralt belägna hotell med garage är dyra och en garageplats går inte alltid att reservera. Utanför centrum tillkommer helt klart reskostnader, man får helt enkelt se vad man får för pengarna. Redan från 2 personer lönar sig ett Tageskarte för € 19,70 med fria resor inom M-zonen med buss, spårvagn, S- och U-bahn för samtliga i gruppen fram till kl 6 nästa morgon.

738brittanif (8/5): A little far from the action - Had to take a tram and bus to get here, a little far from city center. Hotel was clean but if I had to guess I would say this was a hostel at some point??? Just gave me the hostel vibe. If coming in warm weather be sure to realize No AC. We were here in April it was warm in late afternoon but cooled down enough with the windows open we slept ok. I would not recommend if in Munich for a short period (we were only here about 24 hours) due to distance from center of city.

sbo (9/5): Sehr gut gelegenes Businesshotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Gute, saubere, geräumige, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Zimmer. Bushaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt (15-20 Minuten Fahrt) direkt vor der Tür. Etwas laut nachts, da Zimmer Richtung Vorhof ausgerichtet sind, wo Taxi, Busfahrer und Raucher gerne mal nach Mitternacht einen Schnack machen.

Richard F. (7/5): - Dostupnosť izieb, tichá izba, pestré raňajky Nedostal som takú izbu, akú som rezervoval. Chcel som izbu s 2 oddelenými posteľami, namiesto toho som dostal izbu s dvojitou posteľou, na ktorej boli odsunuté od seba matrace na vzdialenosť 15cm. Hluk z chodby bolo počuť veľmi, ale vnútorné dvere na izbe to našťastie utlmili.

Alexandru (10/5): Everything was perfect. - An exceptionally clean and well-maintained place, with genuinely kind and attentive staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is მშვიდ and relaxing, perfect for unwinding, while the rooms are spacious, airy, and thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. A truly inviting stay that I would happily recommend—it absolutely deserves it.

Marius Alexandru (10/5): Perfect! Mulțumesc! - Totul a fost perfect! Personalul a fost super, am putut lăsa mașina în parcare chiar și după check out pentru a putea vizita orașul. Camere mari, pat confortabil, curat. Nota 10!
Juergen (10/5): Gute Unterkunft - sehr gute Unterkunft uber Ostern. wir hatten wegen Veranstaltung einiges Material zu transportieren, daher fiel Bahnfahrt aus. Es war sehr angenehm zu erfahren, dass wegen Feiertag die Nutzung der Tiefgarage gratis war. Restaurant Neptuno ganz in der Nähe war auch empfehlenswert gibt es nichts
Schneider (8/5): - Wir waren für einen kleinen City Trip hier, das Hotel ist mit seinem Preis, Lage und Angebot aufgefallen. Der ÖPNV ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar bis zur City sind es mit der Tram 30 min. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit zuvorkommend und nett. Es sind leider keine Restaurants in der Nähe. Zum Angebot zählt eine Sauna, Dampfbad und Fitness Studio inkl. Das Messegelände ist in der Nähe. Trotzdem voll gut Leider verfügt das Nh Messe über keine Leiihräder, uns wurde zwar ein Fahrrad verleihen genannt doch wir hätten es gut gefunden wenn die Option da gewesen wäre.

refugiumb (10/5): Excellent service mentality - Forgot some clothing at the hotel last week. After mail- and telephone-contact with the hotel I recieved all well taken care of two days later at home. This is rare to find and truly splendid: smooth communication, swift action and at any point of contact on site as well as afterwards with a very friendly hotel-team. Hotel itself is to be recommended, too. I will return.
