- Wilhelmina (9/5): Very convenient location in a comfortable large hotel - Close to the Shinagawa Station, easy to get to the airport and all other major lines. Great breakfast (although buffet breakfast can get very busy early in the morning but there are other options). Spacious and very comfortable. Convenience store at entry to Annex. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in the Annex tower. Unfortunately for this stay I was in a room/floor that was not yet renovated and in a noisier part of the tower.

Our room was very old and dated (we stayed in main tower), which made it appear not the cleanest. For example, the various stains on the chairs, ceiling of bathroom, in between the floor tiles in the bathroom. Also, they had a bidet seat on the toilet that didn't even match the original toilet shape, making it awkward to sit on. Didn't have much toiletries options compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

- Alessia (6/5): Va bene solo se piacciono gli hotel enormi - La posizione è buona perché a due passi dalla stazione di Shinagawa… che però è grandissima. Il check-in automatico ha portato via un sacco di tempo, così come il recupero dei bagagli arrivati da un altro hotel per la lunga fila (un punto ritiro/consegna per tutte le torri). Prezzi della colazione esagerati e non ci sono molte alternative nelle immediate vicinanze (noi abbiamo fatto colazione in stazione…). Camera pulita ma datata, la doccia non aveva neanche il miscelatore. Non c’erano prese vicino ai letti.

- Alison (10/5): - The location of this hotel bought us back! Half our group were flying from Haneda and half from Narita so the location of Shinagawa was perfect for easy (and not overwhelming) access for both airports.
- Christian (8/5): Very enjoyable experience - Really enjoyable experience overall. Good location if you are taking Shinkansen to another city because it’s really close to shinagawa station. Rooms are big, clean, and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Quick and easy check in and out. Older property so you can hear pipes and air conditioning.
- Alison (10/5): - You honestly can't beat the location of this hotel. It is a 2min walk from Shinagawa Station which has access to all the local JR lines but also the Shinkansen lines.

- Dave T-Y (9/5): Great location. Almost great accommodation. - First visit was great, 21st floor and clean spacious room. Hot water and nice bathtub for soaking. Friendly staff and hotel very close to Shinagawa Station. No microwave in the building for guests. No you.tube or netflix apps on tv. Limited free tea and coffee in room.

- Dave T-Y (8/5): Great position, let down by little things. - We stayed here on 2 occasions for a total of 7 nights. Hotel is located very close to Shinagawa Station and the Yamanote line.Easy to navigate, with 7/11 on the 2nd floor and a supermarket on the main street. Staff very friendly Aqua park is brilliant and discount for staying here applies. Free water bottles each day when room cleaned. Fresh towels and washers etc. Bath tub was the biggest we have seen in a hotel room in japan for a while. No microwave on any floor. If you need to heat up food you are out of luck. Limited tea and coffee in room. No apps available, no youtube or netflix as other hotels supplied free. Vending machines , some have alcohol some do not, so you need to go to a different floor if you needed a drink. Ice machine worked on first visit, not on the second visit.... Limited ammenities in room. Reception is on 7th floor and first arrival was a bit confusing. Pillows were so hard but bed was ok.

- Iolani (6/5): Considering the price, u have no complaints. Enjoyed my stay and will be back again. - The convince. It was surrounded by restaurants and shops, a grocery store right down the road and it was right across from the train station. They only gave 1 pillow and it wasn’t comfortable.
- Lenka (9/5): Practical - The position on Yamamoto line is just great. Both for going to several parts os the town or going to the airport Haneda. It’s a bit scary how big is the complex of the Prince hotel towers.
