Munich Hauptbahnhof is right in front of the hotel, and the Lufthansa Express Bus stop to the airport is directly outside as well. That was very practical for getting around. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr praktisch. Der München Hauptbahnhof liegt direkt vor dem Hotel, und die Haltestelle des Lufthansa Express Bus zum Flughafen befindet sich direkt vor der Tür. Für die Anreise und den Transfer zum Flughafen war das sehr bequem. 数ヶ月前の予約の段階でアーリーチェックインの希望をしていたが当日まだ部屋が用意できていないから15時まで待てと言われた。 仕方なく15時まで待ったがまだ部屋が用意できていないから待てと言われ、15:10まで待ったがまだ用意できないと言われた。 ポケットに手を突っ込んだままウンザリした顔で言われたが、15:30の予約済みの電車に乗る予定だったのでこれ以上待てないからとチェックインの手続きだけしてホテルをあとにした。 アーリーチェックインができなかったのは許せても15時になっても部屋が用意できないのはあってはならない事だと思う。 ホテルにしてみれば毎日何百人の客が訪れる数百分の1かもしれないが、私にとって海外旅行はかけがえのない1/1のイベントだ。 それを台無しにしていることを理解して欲しい。 I had requested an early check-in several months before my stay. However, when I arrived, I was told that my room was not ready and that I would need to wait until 3:00 PM. I accepted that and waited until 3:00 PM, but even then I was told the room was still not ready. I waited again until 3:10 PM, and once more I was told that the room could not yet be prepared. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff member, who spoke to me with an exhausted expression and their hands in their pockets. I had a reserved train at 3:30 PM and could not wait any longer, so I completed only the check-in procedure and had to leave the hotel immediately. I can accept that an early check-in request cannot always be accommodated. However, not having the room ready even after the official check-in time is, in my opinion, unacceptable for a hotel. For the hotel, I may have been just one guest among hundreds. But for me, an overseas trip is a once-in-a-lifetime personal experience, not just “one of many.” I hope the hotel understands that experiences like this can seriously damage a guest’s trip.

Das Zimmer war mehr oder weniger eine Absteige. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Wasserdruck in der Toilette viel zu gering. Wurde auch nach Beanstandung nicht besser. Die Toilettenamatur war nicht befestigt. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig unausgewogen -viel zu teuer!

Across the street from Munich Hauptbahnhof and the Lufthansa Express Airport Coach leaves directly from outside the front door of the hotel. I thought the bathroom was poor, the shower curtain does not prevent water from the shower going onto the bathroom floor. The bathroom air vent fell down onto the floor twice! Room size was below my expectations for a Queen Room. Bed was comfortable, but the pillow was not.
