- Qi Wen (5/5): - We book a 3 bed apartment on "booking.com" to accommodate 3 guest in this two-bedroom apartment, however, only two bed were provided, the information provided by "Mansfield" through the platform was misleading. One of our guests have to find a accommodation in somewhere else in last minutes.
- Kaikaavous (7/5): - Great central location within walking distance of Times Square. Good communication via the booking.com app answering questions quickly. Check in was easily done with clear instructions and codes for doors. A bonus was being able to leave bags before check in and after checking out. The room felt a little run down and uncared for.

Tenía todo lo necesario, al menos mi habitación: neverita, microondas, heater (importante para una caribeña), blower…etc. Pero lo más que me encantó fue el matre/colchón muy bueno y si hoyo que maten tu espalda luego de un día de caminata. Ubicación - espectacular, cerca de todo.

It came only in the morning. Also, the drain was very slow running, both the tub and the sink. Very old building, limited space.

- William (8/5): Great location and layout.walkable to lots of things. Staff was very responsive when we asked to have the extra bed rem - Location and having 2 separate bedrooms. Elevator was broken for a day
- Aliaksandr (7/5): - Located right in the heart of Manhattan The suite was listed as a two-room. In reality, it was one large room divided into two areas.
- McMahon (7/5): Great for one night stays. - The proximity was perfect. Close to everything else, easy to get too. It was perfect for the one night we were using it, we weren’t spending any time in the apartment so it suited our need. No staff was around at all.

- Domonkos (8/5): Perfect place to sleep and shower in the middle of Manhattan - Perfect location, tidy building, clean room. The shower tap was broken and the drain was blocked. But as soon as we reported it to the owner, he had it repaired. The room was small, but it met our needs: we only used it for sleeping and showering.

Il a beaucoup de charme avec sa décoration art déco. Les lits sont confortables. Les chambres sont bien équipées avec un micro-onde et un réfrigérateur. La cuisine commune et la machine à laver sont très pratiques. L’équipe d’accueil est très sympathique et réactive. La chambre est petite mais c’est le cas partout à New York

Very tired room, outlet blew a fuse so bedside light and outlet didn’t work, no way to regulate heat so had to keep window open and heard sirens and trucks during the nighttime hours.

Wooden doors in the toilet are ugly. The smell of towels is unpleasant. Very uncomfortable mattress. My back hurt. There was not enough hot water for everyone.

- Fanny (3/5): Poor - The location was good, as it was conveniently located to my work, which was the purpose of my trip It felt more like a hostile than a hotel. The sheets and the towels did not feel clean. There were no blinds or curtains on one of the windows. Everything in the bathroom was rusty. The front door looked like it had been broken into in the past, which did not make me feel very safe. There was no receptionist or front desk agent, nor was there any security, which I was not aware of until That day. In general, I would not recommend it.

Our host Alex has been incredible, he wasn't phisically present but asked every day by whatsapp how was going and was ready to help if any issues occured Just a little bit of noise from the street during the night but It's normal for New York city
