- Sonja (7/5): - Die Unterkunft bzw. das Hotel selbst war grundsätzlich schön, allerdings waren wir vom Service leider sehr enttäuscht. Dass für das Parken zusätzlich 34 $ pro Tag verrechnet werden, haben wir bei der Buchung leider übersehen – trotzdem hätten wir uns vor Ort zumindest eine freundliche Erklärung zum Ablauf gewünscht. Beim Check-in bekamen wir keinerlei Informationen darüber, wo sich was befindet oder wie das Parken funktioniert. Leider war das Personal insgesamt sehr unfreundlich und auf jede Frage kamen nur sehr kurze, wenig hilfreiche Antworten. Gerade in den USA sind wir normalerweise einen deutlich freundlicheren Umgang gewohnt und in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie hätten wir das überhaupt nicht erwartet. Das macht leider keinen guten Eindruck und passt nicht zum Namen des Hotels.

- John (4/5): Failed to meet my expectations of the Hilton brand. - I liked the bar on the first floor and the Universal Studios ticket agent in the lobby The room smelled kind of bad, strange stains on the bedspread, mold above the mirror in the bathroom, useless shower curtain in the bathroom, one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on, my shoulder still hurts. Parking was a nightmare because they were paving the main road in front of the hotel and the entire non-valet parking complement of the hotel was jammed into one parking lot. When I arrived there was a guy smoking pot in the designated smoking area, which turned me right off and I almost left.

- Voyager288487 (10/5): Convenient stay - Perfect, I've been there tons of times and I keep going back because it's super convenient, right next to a bunch of restaurants, and there's even a Walgreens nearby. Plus, they have a free shuttle to Universal, a nice pool, and food at the hotel. Oh, and there's an outlet mall just an 8-minute drive away!

Her easy-going personality and eagerness to help made me feel welcome and excited to enjoy my stay. Morgan is the reason why I explored a few new locations, which were GREAT recs! - Assad (8/5): Generally a good experience - Free cookie provided by reception! Reception were thorough at providing necessary information at check-in. There is an onsite restaurant (which surprisingly many similar sized hotels don’t seem to have) saving one from having to go off-site to eat dinner. Decent breakfast buffet. Room was cool and comfortable. There is a shop on the ground floor where u can buy drinks, snacks and souvenirs. The walls in the shower / bath area of the bathroom had not been cleaned properly since the previous guest, as there was someone else’s long hair plastered on the wall!

He was so warm, kind, and attentive throughout our entire breakfast. You can genuinely tell he cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment we sat down, and his positive energy truly made our morning feel special. Excellent service, great attitude, and such a kind soul. The beds were super comfortable, it was quiet, the staff was so helpful and responsive, and we had a fabulous view of the pool! We appreciated the shuttle to the parks each day. The TV could use an upgrade (too bright and washed out), but most of our trip was spent doing other activities. We also had a wonderful conversation with Isaac from guest services. We truly enjoyed our stay!!
- Q6516VUjacksonr (2/5): The hotel itself was fine, but a bad experience with security - After prom, my friends and I were hanging out in our room with music playing at a reasonable volume. A younger security guard politely asked us to quiet down, and we immediately complied and started heading back to our rooms. However, an older guard named Luis then arrived and aggressively yelled profanity at us, threatening arrest even though we were already leaving. One of my friends was removed from the property with police over what should have been a simple resolved situation. The older guard unnecessarily escalated the situation with hostility and threats. It left us feeling unwelcome after spending a lot of money for a celebratory night. Management should focus on better de-escalation training for their security staff. Please work on this issue. This should’ve never happened!

NÃO TINHA NINGUÉM PARA ATENDER, E NÃO SABÍAMOS COMO PROCEDER, APENAS ENTRAMOS. FUI ABORDADA COM O PRATO NA MÃO DIZENDO QUE NÃO PODIA COMEÇAR A COMER SEM DAR O NOME, PORÉM, NÃO TINHA NINGUÉM NA RECEPÇÃO POR MUITO TEMPO. DEPOIS FUI SENTAR NA MESA, E LEVEI UMA BRONCA DIZENDO QUE EU NÃO PODIA ESCOLHER ONDE SENTAR, SEM EDUCAÇÃO ALGUMA DA PARTE DOS ATENDENTES. ENFIM...... FUNCIONÁRIOS PÉSSIMOS SEM NENHUMA CORDIALIDADE.

- Benin da Rosa (10/5): Comfortable hotel closely located to Universal Parks - The hotel was extremely well located and made it to easy to get to Universal Parks (Studios and IOA). The staff was super friendly and the warm complimentary cookies were such a nice touch. The bathroom floors could have been cleaner, but overall the hotel met my expectations and I would recommend it.

Rooms set up nice but not very clean or updated Staff who were walking around talking about points were extremely rude and pushy, said we were running late for our uber and he rudely said “well I guess you are missing out on free points but whatever you want to do” extremely rude and sarcastic

- charrazad (10/5): - Un hôtel exceptionnel. J'ai déjà été dans la même chaine en Californie mais rien à voir. Celui de Orlando a tout d'un Grand... voir presque d'un Hilton tout court. De plus, nous sommes arrivés le matin à 8h00 pour aller au Parcs Universal (a 10 mn à pieds) et la chambre était prête au lieu de poser juste nos bagages et de revenir le soir on eu la chambre de suite sans demander ni payer plus... et tout à disposition, pour les parcs, la navette, location de voiture, glacier etc... et la literie parfaite Petit déjeuner parfait avec de la vaisselle et non du carton, nous étions très contents de cette expérience. Tout était parfait

- lmarine123 (7/5): - Rooms are very spacious, location is PHENOMENAL and convenient, literally 5-10min uber to Universal, Staff is INCREDIBLE. They care about you and want to do their best to make you enjoy your stay. #1 Pillows are not super comfortable but nothing too horrible, #2 some rooms are connected to other rooms and they do NOT isolate sound at all... our neightbours were incredibly loud and disturbing waking us up at 1am, we could even see the light coming from their room through the bottom slot
