- JIAFANG (10/5): - 這次的住宿體驗整體來說非常滿意，環境整潔舒適，服務人員也都親切貼心，讓人住得很放鬆、很安心。房間的設備與氛圍都讓人感到用心與質感。不過頂樓偶爾會有一些施工聲音，稍微影響到片刻的寧靜，但不影響整體的好印象。整體而言仍是一次很棒的住宿體驗，會讓人想再次入住，也會推薦給身邊的朋友。

- Yan (7/5): Merci au personnel mais non merci à l hotel - Personnel très disponible, accueillant, serviable, taille de la chambre et confort du lit... baignoire et douche très appréciable terrasse pas très propre, travaux a 6h du matin coup de marteaux et 8h perceuse même si prévenu la veille, pas fou pr le prix et le standing supposé. Vitre pas propre , ne peux pas profiter de la vue. On nous a offert des massages qu'on a pas eu le temps d'utiliser...cher pour ce que c est. Pas possible d ouvrirl les rideaux car condensation du a la chaleur de dehors sur les clim et pluie a l'intérieur de la chambre ( C est oas des blagues) Même au 15e étage le bruit de la rue et des klaxons sont très presents

- CHIA JUNG (1/5): - I stayed at Wyndham Garden Hanoi on March 31, and during my stay, a very serious and unacceptable safety incident occurred. At approximately 1:00 a.m., while I was sleeping in my room, an unknown man used a key card to enter my room without authorization. I was suddenly awakened and extremely frightened. This was a major security failure that posed a real threat to my personal safety. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. The staff only assisted with replacing my key card, but they were unable to clearly explain how such a serious mistake could occur. I was told that the issue would be reported to management and that an explanation would be provided before we checked out the next morning. However, when we checked out the following day, the front desk staff appeared to be unaware of the incident and did not provide any explanation or follow up. As we had urgent business to attend to, we had no choice but to leave the hotel without receiving any response, and the matter was left unresolved. As a four star hotel under an international brand, this level of room security management and post incident handling is deeply disappointing. This incident seriously affected my stay and has left me with lasting anxiety and fear about being intruded upon when staying at hotels in the future. I request that the hotel take this matter seriously and provide a clear explanation of how this incident occurred, where responsibility lies, and what corrective and compensatory actions will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.

A special thanks to their front desk staff "Xi" who can speak fluent mandarin and always ready to help in recommendations and translation with the local grab driver during our stay. Always friendly, courteous, and helping the guests have the best experience possible. All areas: front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, etc.. You are always greeted with a smile and can truly relax and know you are in a hotel where the staff actually cares about their guests! I have been multiple times to this hotel and will continue to do so as business brings me to Hanoi. I had the pleasure of meeting two staff I would like to mention by name; Ms. Lien at the Spa. She was very receptive to me talking about the massage and did a wonderful job. Ms. Huang at the front desk. She was able to help with adjusting my reservation, information regarding my Wyndham membership, and all with a pleasant smile that was genuine. There are too many great things to mention! To experience a staff that treats you like an old friend upon meeting you is quite something. - Neal (7/5): A great stay but they could fix a few things - It’s was gorgeous and comfortable. It seemed to be in a fun area. The room was spacious and the bed cozy. The staff were very helpful and a real high light of the trip. The breakfast was more Vietnamese and Korean instead of international. I had to request bacon and I only got 1 plate of it to 8 people. We went back and asked for more but it was undercooked. Finally a staff member came and asked us what the problem was and she cooked the bacon all the way through. I also thought the pool was 4 season. But it was cold. Even indoor. After 20 minutes it was unbearable.

- Zach-Anne (10/5): Outstanding stay, great hotel and the best staff! - We had such a great stay at Wyndham Garden in Hanoi. Every staff member we met was outstanding. I’d like to mention Andy Vu, who helped us get a room early in the morning after our flight came in at 4 am. We were tired after 28 hours of flying and transit, and Andy helped us get the room by 8:30 am. He took time to give us pointers for food and shopping, which was really helpful! He is an incredible manager and we were so very lucky to meet him!! Also wanted to mention Bevis, who was very helpful as well. He escorted us to our room, explained everything, and went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. Every time we saw him, he greeted us with a smile and so very warmly. It was such a pleasure to see his cheerful face! Thao, or Kathy at the front desk, was awesome too. She helped us book a tour and even helped us to order banh mi sandwiches. She was so solicitous about us and made sure we were safe when we travelled outside, and checked in with us regularly to see if we needed help with anything. In the hotel restaurant, Quynh was wonderful too. She is very gentle and sweet. Every time we ate dinner there, she made sure we were well taken care of, and that we had everything we needed. Tuan Anh and Chai were nice too! Tuan was a host one morning at breakfast and he was great! Mia and Dinh were helpful too, so was Dan and Chinh. Viet Anh helped carry our luggage with care to the car when we left. Your staff members are a true asset to the Wyndham group, especially Andy, Bevis, Kathy, and Quynh. They made our stay truly memorable and outstanding. We’re world travelers and have stayed at many hotel chains over 25 years of trips, including top hotels like JW Marriott and Intercontinental, but your staff was one of the best we ever had the fortune to meet. We really appreciate all their hard work and dedication to the hospitality industry, and to your customers. Sending our deepest thanks and fondest regards to each of them!! We will always recommend your hotel to friends or family visiting Hanoi because of the staff.

From the moment we arrived, the FO team extended extraordinary warmth. Xi, who is fluent in both English and Mandarin, went above and beyond by proactively learning a few Cantonese phrases just to greet our mother after discovering we were from Hong Kong. This small but heartfelt gesture left a lasting impression. We were graciously offered a complimentary suite upgrade. Our spacious sanctuary featured floor-to-ceiling windows framing serene city views. The facilities met business-leisure standards, with a compact gym and a functional pool. Thoughtful touches continued throughout our stay: Xi from the FO team prepared a lovely handmade memo for my wife. She also kindly helped us arrange multiple bookings for our itinerary. Good modern accommodation, central, and the food was really good. We spent 4 nights and will certainly go back. The service at the front desk from Xi, Ngoc & Thai made the stay even better. They were all super friendly, helpful and nothing was a problem, they helped us with all requests and always with a smile and a laugh, thank you to all 3 of them. Great experience.

Located away from city centre with less hustle bustle which is suitable for business travellers. Breakfast is sumptuous though with room for improvement. Cost is reasonable and value for money as compared to similar priced tiny hotels in the old quarter of the city.

From the moment I was dropped off to the moment I took off, I felt completely at ease staying at Wyndham Garden as a solo traveler. The hospitality was top-notch—I was genuinely well taken care of by the entire staff. A special thanks to the manager Bach and team members Huy and Dat for making my stay so smooth and enjoyable. Dat especially went above and beyond by giving me a thoughtful tour of the city, which made my experience even more memorable. Huy also was super accommodating in making sure I have everything I needed during my stay here. This might be a 4- star hotel, but the service felt 5-star all the way. My room was cleaned and my towels were changed every single day—everything was spotless. I’ll definitely be coming back!

From the moment I walked in, I felt the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. In particular, Quynh, Chau and Thao are truly excellent staff. They welcomed me with a bright smile, always observing to support promptly. All requests were carefully recorded and served quickly and accurately. Quynh was the first to welcome me, very polite and attentive. Chau was extremely quick, always checking to see if I needed anything else throughout the meal. Thao was extremely cute, introducing dishes very enthusiastically and making me feel like I was dining in a warm, intimate space. - Priya (10/5): - We stayed at Wyndham Garden Hanoi and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dinner at the M1 Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The restaurant staff THAO provided exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail. We also want to acknowledge receptionist XI and duty manager BACH, who have been wonderfully helpful and welcoming throughout our time there. Wyndham Garden Hanoi exceeded our expectations, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!
- S1993JLjeffj (4/5): Bad services - I found the service staff to be quite unprofessional, particularly the waitress on the evening shift. When we arrived, ours was the only table, and there were two female staff members working—one tall and one shorter. They gave me a condescending look and widened their eyes when I asked for assistance with the food. I felt insulted and deeply dissatisfied. The next morning, we came back for breakfast at the restaurant. I brought up the issue with the morning staff, and the waitress on duty was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely listened to our concerns. She even brought us a plate of fruit as a gesture of goodwill, accompanied by a manager from the front desk. Both the morning waitress and the front desk manager made me feel truly welcomed and respected, which I greatly appreciated. It left me wondering why there was such a stark contrast in attitude between the morning and evening shifts.

Dinner at the M1 Lounge restaurant has been a highlight of our stay. The chefs have been incredibly accommodating — CHEF TUNG and CHEF HUONG personally crafted a menu tailored to our dietary requirements, and every dish has been both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The restaurant staff, including CHAU, THAO, and QUYNH, have provided exceptional service with warm hospitality and great attention to detail, making each meal a pleasure. Wyndham Garden Hanoi continues to exceed our expectations, and we’re thoroughly enjoying our stay!
