• Karyna (9/5): Уютный,просторный дом - Уютный ,просторный ,теплый дом.Расположен не в центре,но сравнительно не долго добираться в центр:15 мин пешком или 2 мин на машине до электрички,17 мин езды ,легкая пересадка в метро на том же билете(1,5 евро на 100 мин) и 2 остановки до Колизея. Веранда,мангал Не хватало микроволновки

• Zohar (9/5): Worth a repeat stay - The villa is beautiful and spacious. Great space for socialising with big bedrooms. Decorated beautifully. Outside central Rome but with easy access from the nearest metro station. You would find it difficult without a car.

Greetings from Belarus! - Upon arrival at the villa, the owner provided photo instructions for contactless check-in and accommodation due to our delayed flight. This was a huge plus, as we didn’t have to wait or meet anyone, saving us time. The process was simple and easy to understand. The house was clean, comfortable, and pleasant to stay in. The rooms had clean, snow-white sheets and a set of towels for everyone. There were plenty of dishes, along with enough spices, sugar, tea, coffee, and everything needed for cooking. The courtyard is beautiful and green, with a terrace and garden furniture. The cutest bonus is the presence of 9 turtles, which create an unforgettable atmosphere. We fed them, watched them, and enjoyed their company. The villa’s decoration deserves special mention: it features lots of interesting books, musical instruments, and various curiosities you could explore for hours, like in a museum. The location is excellent — just a 10–15 minute walk to the store and the metro station. Nearby, there’s a small park and many similarly beautiful houses. It’s quiet, peaceful, and cozy.
• Stevan (8/5): Enjoyable, spacious and quiet accomodation relatively close to the center of City of Rome. - A very nice location out of center. A quiet and well-kept neighborhood. Easy to get to the center of Rome. House is very comfy and spacious with interesting and unique decorations. The whole house should be cleaned of dust from time to time. No other complaints.

• Elina (7/5): Good - Kind, friendly host. Big house, everything you need for cooking. Lots of dishes. Comfortable beds. Parking at the door. Close to train, 20 min to the center of Rome. Passes every 20 minutes. Air conditioners can be used to heat bedrooms. Deep cleaning required. A little dusty and dirty.

• Anatolii (10/5): We will definitely come again! - Very beautiful villa! Very clean and cozy! Thank you Simone for being flexible about moving in and out! It is very inconvenient to get to Fiumicino Airport. But this is not a minus of the villa, it’s a minus of transport in this part of Italy. For people coming by car, this villa is an ideal option!

• Stoia (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice house! Amazing back garden with turtles! Even if we had only 1 night there, its fully equiped with all necesary Big + for the garden that also has a grill in the back ! Big bathroom Big bedrooms Not as clean as i would have wanted, but not bad !
• Nikita (9/5): Superb - The villa is serene and very comfortable. Its a beautiful place to stay in and refresh. The host was really nice and was always available in case we had any questions. The location is far from the city but closer to the beach. The local transport was suggested by the host and we were able to reach the city centre in 20 mins. Wi-fi was not available because of some road repairs. The frequency of the public transport is low.

• Dan (10/5): Perfect Vila in Rome's outskirks - The Vila is awesome. It's one of the most beautiful houses I've ever stayed in (and I stayed in so many on Booking and AirBnb). It's perfect for a family with children or for a group (4-6 people). It's fully equipped with everything you need and you can also find toiletries and some other things that aren't worth buying for 2-3 days (olive oil, sugar etc). You can't go wrong with this property; the owner is professional and eager to help. 10/10 If you don't have a car you have to walk 20 minutes to the train station. However, the neighborhood is a very good one. You can go outside in the middle of the night without any problems.
