All the bookings with 3 rooms or above (group bookings), cancelation or amendment must be received 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise, one night room rental penalty per room will be charged for late cancelation or amendment. For all nonrefundable bookings, they cannot be canceled or amended once the bookings are made.
In addition, the name on the credit card must match the guest’s name for checking in. The credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in for verification. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to deny the booking and collect the payment from the guest (in cash or another new credit card) in order to activate the booking again and hotel shall refund the previous collected payment.

I ordered a coffee and carried a tiny cookie in my pocket. Even after I told him that I was a hotel guest, the employee insisted that I stop eating it. It sucks and is disrespectful.

- 文鈺 (8/5): 地點好住起來舒適，吃的地方多，附近也不怕沒地方逛 - 1. 附近交通很方便，樓下的公車站可到達的地方比想像中還多，到附近的灣仔、銅鑼灣、會展等地鐵站都在十分鐘出頭 2. 搭港島的叮叮車很方便且價格便宜，適合慢慢瀏灠街景風光 3. 地點位於灣仔跟銅鑼灣中間位置很好，附近多商店也有超市，三餸飯、麵店、茶餐廳都不缺，甚至往時代廣場的路上還有傳統市場，銅鑼灣站還有 24 小時的 Donki 可以隨時逛 4. 打掃房間服務的阿姨態度很好，一樓的工作人員也會視時機幫按電梯 5. 房間比起一般的住宿旅店大上很多，下雨天時待在房間也不會覺得太壓迫 6. 木質的房間看上去比照片上來得陳舊，看上去有一定的歷史，但維持得夠乾淨整潔住起來很舒服 1. 10月份特定的日子房價漲得很兇，不過很多酒店都這樣應該是慣例了，這對長期住宿的旅客是一大硬傷 .... 只好住深圳去了

- 文鈺 (5/5): - 一樣還是喜歡它的位置非常好 .... 雖然是商務旅行但週遭吃喝玩樂之處皆在數百公尺之內方便之極，尤其是 24 小時一整棟 Donki 跟鵝頸熟食街市推薦必逛必吃 1. 本次遇上香港史上最大颱風導致班機取消兩天須延後入住，預訂的是不可取消退費的住宿方案，酒店完全未詢問客戶入住狀況就算了，甚至敝人已主動在前一天 9/22 發訊息及email 去皆未獲得回應，最後還是連繫上 booking 客服後透過其居中聯絡得到酒店回覆不會逕行取消訂單保留至兩天後再入住的回覆，弟在 Booking 上還從沒遇過跟酒店/住宿方聯繫的訊息未在半天內得到回覆的，更何況這是還是跟客戶權益極為相關的重大氣候問題 .... 如果要說是颱風影響酒店人力導致無法做出相應服務，那請恕直言貴酒店也就沒相應資格售販該類不可取消退費的商品 2. 這次分配的房間溼氣有點重且有不名氣味在床頭保險箱附近，跟之前的乾爽程度不可相提並論 3. 馬桶外部靠地磚上有極大片土黃色污漬未清理到或是已無法清除，因有入浴廉擋住入住兩三天後才發現 4. 這次分配的房間無手持式蓮蓬頭，僅靠頭上的花灑要清理身下部位非常不便

- YAYUN (3/5): I wouldn’t go back to stay… - The place is close to shops, cafe, and good restaurants, and not too far from the MTR. It was very very dated, and no amenities provided at all. And it’s the middle of winter when we stayed there but we couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room at all, and no additional bed linen could be provided.

- Patsy and Mosa (7/5): - Spacious, Very Good Bed, Nice and Clean. Good Location, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. No Microwave provided; it is not suitable for long-term stays. There is only one electrical plug by the table. Unfortunately, there is no small table in the corner with 3 electrical plugs. Due to poor ventilation, the small refrigerator isn't cooling at all. Why did the designer add a door to cover it? This wastes a lot of energy to maintain the refrigerator's cooling effect. I hope the management will take these issues seriously.

Old rooms, toilet stank all the time (breather pipe?) noise was insane, WiFi was shocking, couldn’t work. Plastic policy is contradictory. Not a place I’d run to go back to or rush back. Over valued

This property should be for I think demolition the building and the hotel privacy itself is so old. It smells like moldy old building The hotel is very old. Very small room smells like mold everywhere that will make you feel sick note that moles are very toxic to human health and it’s very overpriced.
- 蔡 (6/5): - 飯店周圍很熱鬧方便，地鐵站走到飯店大約需要10分鐘(會經過一個傳統市場)，家庭房有整修過空間很舒適明亮(因為修繕有通知換房間)，現場還升級房間非常感謝，工作人員們也都很親切 不是家庭房的房間，就比較老舊+空間很小，因為使用悠久所以會有使用過的痕跡，房間內都可以看到灰塵，清潔度也沒那麼好有點可惜，馬桶的沖排水也不順暢都要壓很久，第一次住酒店馬桶搭配藍色潔廁塊

We booked the studio apartment for our family of 4 and there were 2 large beds enough for 4 adults. The room was renovated, not the best quality, but for the price and location it was great value. Good for a short stay. Clean and very spacious. Toilet and bathroom layout was a bit restrictive.

- SAZALY (4/5): - I have been a guest many years visited more than 6 times No facility, floor carpet, furniture and old no change since the day i supported the hotel. Staff not welcoming with no reception counter and limited waiting area. Sitting at their cafeteria is not allowed even with our bags due to limited space at their small lobby. Very unwelcoming feeling with no guest or customer service provided and worst not a smile during the 5day stay. This hotel require serious makeever and service oriented priority !

- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid - The room was ok, the bed was comfy, but the room did feel incredibly dated. Normally these things wouldn't be a problem for me, however, I saw roaches on two separate occasions in my room, and when I called reception they didn't seem to care. Furthermore, after the hours of darkness, a large number of suspicious individuals, I believe to be prostitites, were around the hotel, and guessing from the noises, using it as a base of operations. I will not stay here again and can't recommend it

Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima e dopo il check in check out. L'hotel ha i suoi anni. Le stanze non particolarmente ampie ed accoglienti. Non ci sono spazi comuni se non in un bar interno all'albergo dove ci si può sistemare.
