- Fernando (2/5): Disappointed - It was a big disappointment. One of the reasons to choose the hotel was the location as we were visiting family and the hotel was close to our family. Pictures looked fine, but the reality was really bad. Rooms were dirty, breakfast was bad.

- Ernesto (2/5): Worst hotel ever - I stayed 3+3+10 nights. Comments from employee “ in this hotel they improve/repair anything, because all the owner cares is to make more money”, another one “There was an upset customer, so we gave him the room assigned to you”. First 6 nights I paid for a double room & the other 10 for a deluxe room and they gave me the same type of room. I will give this hotel 2 1/2 stars at the most. Weak internet, very basic breakfast, awful windows - not sound proof and you could feel the cold air going through all day, no sleepers, nor robes in the room; no coffee machine in the room. They don't offer room service; TV channels only in Spanish. Check in is at 03:00 pm, but I didn’t get my room until 06:00 pm. Twice my room was not clean and it was 05:30 pm. Twice between 06:00 - 08:00 pm there was no employee at the front desk for around 20 minutes, which meant that anyone could walk into the hotel (big security gap). The elevator is old and tiny, most people have to take the stairs up to 9 floors. There are plenty of options in Buenos Aires, this is the worst!

La habitación (201) agradecéis una pequeña mantencion (en la puerta, el doble cierre no funcionaba, la ventana debería ser de doble panel, en invierno se siente el frío )

- M. (8/5): - Everything was quite fine for the purpose of my stay. At first I was given a very noisy room, which was immediately changed for a much quiet one on an upper floor. Thank you Enzo. Sheets and towels definitely need an upgrade.
- Daniel (6/5): Boa localização - Hotel antigo , boa localização , o primeiro andar virado para a rua é muito barulhento, melhor nos andares mais altos. Elevador pequeno e antigo . Da para ir a pé para a Recoleta , restaurantes, supermercado, shoppings e a feirinha do fim de semana. Cafe da manhã era razoável , repetitivo, mas variado. O suco de laranja não era natural.

- Elva (4/5): Hotel de 3 estrellas y está como Boutique - Uno de los colchones muy malo, almohadas fatales, toallas con pedazos transparentes y no las cambiaban, solo dejaban 1 rollo de papel del baño y éramos 4, no tenía amenidades, como agua, café, crema corporal, etc… los AC no funcionaban y un control sin tapada y se caía la pila (no lo cambiaron ) nos dieron una habitación con olor a pintura fresca y tuvimos que decir que nos cambien, no tenían aparato para tomar la presión (primeros auxilios ) el elevador en varias ocasiones no funcionaba. Un hotel caro para lo que ofrecen, lo único bueno es la ubicación. Las fotos estas muy bonitas para lo que es.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not great - The elevators are small, old and slow. We were on the 8th floor and sometimes we had to go up and down the stairs because the elevator never came. The room is OK. The wifi is bad. The TVs cannot connect to the internet and they don't have a clue how to fix it. I asked for an iron and a board the they I checked in, 3 days later I got it after 4 calls to the front desk and also in person.

Como pontos negativos achei o elevador pouco seguro, mas usei a escada tranquilamente, e no meu quarto o ar condicionado não atendia, pois estava muito frio. Contudo, eu ficaria novamente no Suma, pois tive uma ótima estada.

Quanto ao quarto, fiquei no 803 , bem de frente ao elevador, que achei barulhento, principalmente no andar de cima do quarto em que estava hospedada (quartos do oitavo andar são com dois pisos, tendo cama embaixo e em cima). Banheiro apresentou uma das toalhas com um rasgo/buraco enorme, bem inacreditável p um hotel tido por 4 estrelas. Banheiro tb não tem local p pendurar toalhas, nada. Café da manhã era bom, mas como fiquei 5 dias, acabei achando repetitivo.

- Abraham (6/5): - The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with a lot of good restaurants nearby and close to the city center. The part we did not like was the noise that you can hear in the rooms, especially from the elevator. Unfortunately, we could not sleep very well.

- Thomas (4/5): - Disappointing. The front of the property is beautiful and a great location however it papers over the literal cracks in the property. Our room was a good size but the duvet had no cover, was dirty. Bed was comfortable enough but pillows were hard. The door handle was falling off, the toilet made an almighty grunting noise and was not constructed properly. The safe didn’t work and the walls were falling off
