- UMUT (2/5): Overall our stay in Milan was overshadowed by the quality of service and accomodation and we were really surprised to le - - 1. The reviews don’t really highlight that the hotel is located pretty far from center even though the subway is close. And doesn’t feel very safe during evening time. 2. The sound isolation is terrible and you can hear everything that is going on in other rooms and the hall 3. The front desk wasn’t particularly helpful or friendly and moreover they always tried to persuade us to buy their “special transfer to the airport” for 140€ by exaggerating taxi prices (we later checked the taxi apps and the difference between their words and real data was huge). Thank god, we chose special shuttle instead.

Camerele mari, spatioase, apa plata si minerala in minibar free. Nu mi-au placut deloc prosoapele. Foarte invechite, unele chiar gaurite. Temperatura in camera scazuta, 20 grade celsius si nu am putut sa o reglam din camera, a trebuit sa insistam la receptie si in prima noapte nu am rezolvat nimic.

- maria (8/5): Estáncia de una noche. - Había aparcamiento gratuito en toda la calle y una boca de metro muy cerca del hotel. Es un hotel moderno y a la vez tranquilo Me hubiera gustado tener mas almohadas o las que había fueran más compactas y no tan finas como eran.

- Mujanovic (9/5): - Very pleasant stay! The reception staff were super friendly – we even received a room upgrade and always got help whenever we had questions. The room was modern, clean, and very nicely furnished. The location is also great, with the metro just a short walk away. I would definitely book this hotel again.

I didn't like that they do not have kettles for tea or coffee. And my personal preference is to have a proper wardrobe, not only hangers that expose your clothes to everyone, maybe way to modern for my taste, but this did not affect my review anyway.

- Farhad (3/5): Het is geen 4 sterren hotel het is 1 sterren hotel - De kamers van het viersterrenhotel waren niet volledig uitgerust voor vier personen. Bovendien probeerde men bij aankomst opnieuw kosten in rekening te brengen voor het ontbijt, terwijl dit reeds was inbegrepen in onze boeking.

- Timo (8/5): - Die Lage war super. Es ist gut erschlossen mit der U3 U-Bahn welche bei fast allen Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbei fährt. Somit ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Zudem erhielten wir ein Gratis Upgrade in ein besseres Zimmer. Leider war es sehr hellhörig. In einem Nebenzimmer war eine Familie mit Kinder welche man sehr laut hörte. Von aussen ist es ruhig aber innen ist es sehr hellhörig. Uns hat es nicht besonders gestört, da wir einen guten Schlaf haben aber ich denke, das könnte manche stören.

- Krasimir (10/5): Great stay - Our stay at J24 Hotel Milano in Italy was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the girl at the reception was very kind and helped me with the request I had. The guy from Sri Lanka working at the bar was also extremely friendly, as well as his colleague. Special thanks as well to the staff member working the night shift on the day of our departure, who kindly called a taxi for us. I would also like to mention the housekeeping staff, who cleaned our room every day with great professionalism the room was always in perfect condition. The hotel was also in a very convenient location, with the metro nearby, and at the same time it was quiet and peaceful. Thanks to the entire team, our stay was even more enjoyable, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again when we visit Milan in the future.

- Andre (7/5): Ich weiss es nicht … Ich würde dieses Hotel kein zweites Mal buchen - Bett Matratzen, Frühstück war OK Die Bettwäsche roch etwas muffig – sie war zwar sauber, wirkte aber nicht wirklich frisch, als hätte schon einmal jemand darin geschlafen. Eines der Handtücher im Bett roch unangenehm, fast wie nach Hunden. Im Bereich Bettwäsche und frische Handtücher besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf. Die Teppiche: Falls diese vorhanden sind, sollten sie gründlich gereinigt werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass man nach dem Duschen mit nackten Füßen darüber läuft und anschließend die Füße erneut waschen muss. In diesem Fall wäre es besser, ganz auf Teppiche zu verzichten.

- Pabo (9/5): Hotel con personalità e oltre le aspettative - La stanza era molto grande e spaziosa, pulita. La colazione era completa, soddisfacente, in una grande sala. Mi è molto piaciuto il fatto che l'hotel avesse una sua personalità, un suo stile marcato ma senza eccedere. In generale, tutto ha funzionato al meglio, mi sono trovato davvero bene, complimenti alla Direzione e allo Staff. Avrei preferito trovare le pantofole monouso, stavolta mi sarebbero servite. Ma per come è andato il soggiorno questa non è una critica, è un appunto personale. Non ho segnalazioni da fare su cosa potrebbe non essere andato.
