• Nur Aliana (9/5): overall, great stay! - the place is in the heart of the city. you can see the view of the city at the night from the window, it’s so beautiful, with all the lights from the buildings. i love my stay, it’s peaceful and the security is top notch. the room is clean, and were decorated with minimal and modern enterior. the TV is the least thing i like in the room. perhaps it was an old tv, it keeps switching off at times. so, it kinda distracting us when we watched the tv.

• Elmi (7/5): Overall ok and value for money. - The property is fully furnished, and the location is ideal for me. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and Netflix was only working on the first day.

На фото ремонт выглядит намного свежее, чем в реальности, вид из окна на мусор, встречались с тараканами два раза за 5 дней проживания, очень слышно соседей за стенкой, ночью несколько раз не давали спать, в ванной доносился запах сигарет

• Ajay (9/5): Overall good experience - Facilities, property size. Location is good but little outside of the main city. Slight complicated checkin process. For a moment, we felt sacmmed. We were asked to pay the deposit money before reaching at the properties. The reception is not we defined for the apartment. The reception is a commom one for the whiole building hosting 100s of properties, Many of grab drivers refuse the ride, or they take the highway route (and you will be charged toll fee without prior intimation). 6 out of 10 grab drivers may not pickup from the location.

Generalnie polecam. Jedyna irytująca rzecz to podczas zakupu na booking zostało doliczone do mojej ceny wyjściowej ok 25% do pierwotnej kwoty ! Jakby mi się nie śpieszyło z zakwaterowaniem to raczej nie kupiłbym tej oferty w takiej cenie bo w niższej cenie były również wysoko oceniane podobne oferty na booking.

I refused to touch the couch, the chair, even the walls. Everything dirty. I found hair on the bed sheets. They changed the sheets that night and next day they provided another room. If you expect a 4star hotel cleanliness, it is not. The new room has also some bad walls and the kitchen table was stained.

• Morgenthaler (9/5): Très très bien - Extrêmement propre et rangé. J'ai rarement vu ça ici. Tout est quasi neuf. Le propriétaire est très réactif et aimable même si tout se fait par message. La sécurité est sympa elle aussi et donne un coup de main si besoin à l'arrivée. C'est un peu excentré et cet appartement n'a pas de vue.

• GIZEM (1/5): accommodation with cockroaches!!!! - nothing I'm a traveler traveling throughout Asia. I had to end my trip early because I caught an infection while staying at this hotel! I had to buy a $1,000 plane ticket and return early. The smell you get when you enter this building gives the impression there are dead people inside. It smells disgusting. The house smells too, but they've installed air fresheners. Because it's a residence, it doesn't get good air, and even if it does, the whole city has a strong odor. The first time I walked in, I noticed the towel they'd placed on my bed was dirty. After I started staying there, I started getting sicker and weaker every hour. I started experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, weakness, and a stuffy nose. AND ONE NIGHT I SAW A COCKROACH CLIMBING IN MY BED. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I caught an infection on the second night of my stay, and my doctor told me I needed to return to my country immediately and get antibiotics in a clean environment. Staying here is like killing yourself.

It's a little noisy because it's being decorated upstairs.Generally speaking, there is no big problem.It's just that there is a little traffic jam in this area, So I ordered grab food.

• Pavel (1/5): - Очень плохая шумоизоляция, с 7 утра начинается грохот со всех сторон, слышно абсолютно все, особенно соседа сверху, который зачем-то постоянно двигает мебель и что-то роняет на пол, каждые 5 минут. Вот что можно двигать с самого утра каждые 5 минут и зачем??? Будильник можете не заводить, так как сосед вас разбудит) И так же слышно всё, что происходит в общем коридоре. После 7 утра спать невозможно. В комнате хозяин не предоставляет бутылки с водой!!! В перый раз такое наблюдаю. И после 9 вечера нет возможности нигде поблизости купить в воду. В автоматическом аппарате Family mart вода закончилась. В ближайшем 7-eleven вода в продаже закончилась! Закупайте воду заранее, чтобы избежать таких проблем. Так же, в аппартаментах не предоставляются зубные щетки с пастой. В комнате неприятный запах. Вода в раковине и при использовании душа - плохо и очень долго смывается. Горячей воды нету, установлен нагревательный прибор, но вода чуть теплая. Освещение в комнате дискомфортное, намешан холодный и теплый свет, который отключить нельзя, один выключатель на все лампочки. Эта комната не стоит таких денег, которых требует хозяин. Считаю, что это грабеж. Требуешь большие деньги - приведи комнату в порядок! По сути, никаких плюсов не обнаружено. Это самое худшее жилье в Куала-Лумпуре за такие большие деньги. Еще хозяин потребовал депозит 200RM перевести на карту, я сказал, что карты у меня нету, он ответил, что значит депозит не нужен) позднее заселение в 16.00, нет стойки регистрации, надо пройти квест по отправленным картинкам, чтобы заселиться. Как же надоел сосед сверху, это невыносимо. Кстати даже в 23.00 сосед сверху не перестает двигать мебель. Очень интересно, что же у него в голове…зачем рано утром и поздно вечером двигать мебель?! Зачем?!?!? Абсолютно все

• Mohd Arshad (8/5): Good, value for money - For the price, it was really a good deal..the unit is really clean and comfortable, and the unit location is really convenient. They mention that to reserve the parking just need to add extra rm10, but when i tried to reserve, it was already full. They should have mention that early reservation is needed. However, they have public parking spaces at the building.
