- Aviram (10/5): מלון מעולה! - מלון יפה ומפנק, הצוות שירותי מאוד וכל הזמן מסייע בשמחה במה שאפשר! המיקום היה לנו נוח מאוד, קרוב לאוכל כשר והליכה ברגל לכל מקום! לא נסענו בתחבורה ציבורית בכלל. שדרגנו לחדר עם נוף לנהר ונהננו מהנוף המרגיע כל יום. למטה יש ספא מחומם עם בריכה וסאונה, כל יום הביאו לנו בקבוקי מים כמה שרוצים והבר בחדר היה חופשי (ממלאים רק ביום הראשון, אח"כ רק מים וסודה הם מוסיפים) ממליצים בחום!

- Uwe (5/5): Hätte ich mir gerne erspart,für das Geld - Die super Lage zum Zentrum und die Freundlichkeit des Personals Inventar alt, Fernseher sehr alt.Betten waren wie eine Kuhle und zu weich.Es fehlte ein Rollo,die Vorhänge waren defekt und schmutzig,die Fenster waren schmutzig und die Auslegeware war sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Beim Frühstück fehlte die Vielfalt und das Brot war nicht richtig durch gebacken.Alles in allem kein 5 Sterne!Die Hotelbar glich einer Diskothek.

- Emma (10/5): Great hotel in a great central location - Room was spacious and tidy with all amenities needed. Nice touch with the robe and slippers. Breakfast was plentiful with many many options of hot and cold food. Staff at main reception were very friendly and helpful at all times. Spa & pool was an added bonus also. Location was great with a short walk to the main square. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in 2027 Bathroom whist clean was a little dated and could do with an upgrade. Wifi was not great and cutout all the time in the bedroom.

- Wander64261648916 (10/5): 10/10 HotelZ - Overall really enjoyed our stay at The President, it was my birthday during my time there and the hotel were great with complementary Champagne and fruit in the room, also arrival drinks and free mini bar which got refilled daily with the likes off kit-kats, crisp, coca-cola, orange juice, water. The rooms were very spacious beds were the biggest beds I have ever slept in, bathroom had couples sink and bath and shower; staff were so lovely and always made us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived, 5 star service, also the Spa is 10/10 so relaxing has a large pool, very large sauna and steam and numerous beds to relax on, all the hotel was clean and rooftop bar has amazing views. Only negatives were sadly the room was really hot even with the air-con on. And the hair dryer was really slow the motor was very old. The lobby also has a live piano player daily which is a nice touch. However overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone looking to go to Prague. Furthermore a great location! 10 minute walk from main square.

- 290dusant (10/5): Wonderful stay during marathon - We had a wonderful stay at Hotel President Prague. From the very first moment, the gentleman who welcomed us was absolutely exceptional. He made us feel genuinely welcome right away. He took care of parking and returning our car, which made the whole experience effortless and truly enjoyable. What made this stay even more memorable was his personal approach – during the marathon that was taking place around the hotel, he was outside cheering for runners and even handing out water, which was such a unique and thoughtful touch. The location of the hotel is perfect, and our room with a river view was beautiful. The only downside was that the windows were very dirty, which unfortunately spoiled what would have been a stunning view. Additionally, the hotel phone line appears to be handled by AI and was not functional in the Slovak language. Overall, a great experience thanks to the staff, with a few details that could be improved.

Loved the pool - quiet and relaxing Cons: It’s hot in the larger rooms facing the castle.. you can’t control the air con properly in your room and so it gets very hot. They gave us two fans on complaint but I woke up sweating all 4 nights, which is a shame.

- Ilmira (10/5): - We spent five wonderful days in Prague and stayed at this hotel with my daughter. The location is simply perfect – all the main attractions are within walking distance. Everything was excellent! The breakfasts were varied and delicious, and the room was very clean. There is a piano in the lobby, and in the evenings we enjoyed the magical performance of a wonderful pianist – it created such a special atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the charming and amazing Marketa, who gave my daughter a toy as a farewell gift – she completely won her heart. A special thanks also to Vitek, who was always attentive and took great care of us during breakfast. And Aiya's pancakes are absolutely incredible – real homemade perfection! Next time when we visit Prague, we will definitely stay only at this hotel. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality!

Hotel très confortable. - La localisation, la vue, le confort des chambres et des lits, la piscine avec accès jusqu’à 21h autorisé pour les enfants, le petit déjeuner très complet. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. L’attention et l’écoute de la responsable. Les salles de bain sont un peu petites proportionnellement à la taille des chambres et il manque un service de restauration (encas en chambre suffisants) puisque la cuisine ferme tôt le soir et que les restaurants ferment tôt également en ville. Après en avoir parlé avec une charmante responsable a l’accueil, il m’a été assuré qu’un service de ce type serait mis en place rapidement.

- poachsta (10/5): The perfect stay with stunning views in Prague - Located in the best location in Prague, right in the center and in front of the river which also gives you amazing and stunning views. Nearby is the main shopping district and the Jewish quarter and few minutes walking from the heart of the old city center. The staff are so nice and friendly, always willing to help and give the best advise. Free WiFi is fast and stable. Breakfast is amazing with everything you can dream of for the perfect meal. The rooms are well equipped with safe, bathrobe, slippers, free minibar with waters and few snacks and soft drinks... Shower is nice and water pressure is great, we had one night that the hotel didn't have hot water at all but they fixed it in few hours. The Casablanca SkyBar at the rooftop is amazing with great river view and amazing cocktails. The Thai SPA is also very nice with good treatments and the indoor pool is really good. Sleep quality could be improved with a better bed and pillows but rather then that it's an amazing place to stay at!

- Łukasz (3/5): - Samo centrum Spa jest padnę i gunkcjonalne , chodź obsługa tam jest słaba, czyszczenie sauny parowej w dużej ilości domsetosem, bezpośrednio po otwarciu saun przez Panią z obsługi masakra, bo moze doprowadzić to zatrucia.. sky bar bardzo ładny z miłą obsługą. Hotel absolutnie nie ma rekomendacji na 5 gwiazdek pokój bez pytania przystosowany dla inwalidów , ale z zepsutą splóczką i śmierdząca kanalizacją, przestarzały, oczywiście jak na 5 gwiazdek. Po wymeldowaniu hotel zamówione mi taksówkę, ktora mnie oszukała i przywiozła 5 km więcej , i chodź cena była ustalona na 25 eur , zapłaciłem 32 eur.

- Hana (10/5): - The property is a luxurious hotel in the Prague city center. It is perfect to explore Old Town in Prague and it has stunning views on Prague castle and Vltava River. The rooftop bar is great for a late night drink and the wellness area provides an excellent getaway to relax after busy day. Overall we loved the experience and I would recommend staying in this hotel wholeheartedly.

- Adrienn (8/5): Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Ajánlom másoknak is. - A szálloda szép, a személyzet kifogástalan, reggeli bőséges. Wellness, bár az emeleten szenzációs. Esténként melegvíz hiány volt. Pénteken este 8 h nem lehetett tusolni csak hideg vízzel. A lepedő foltos volt.
- Andi (9/5): Piacevole..... - Posizione perfetta con vista sul fiume e sul castello. Colazione internazionale varia ma la qualità lascia un po' desiderare. La piscina e la SPA stupenda. Condizioni generali della struttura buone. Posizione centrale a due passi dal centro storico. In due minuti a piedi ti trovi sulla strada principale dei grandi marchi. Pulizia dei vetri, visto che la camera con vista lo paghi. Pulizia in generale potrebbe essere migliorata. Le stelle non sempre rispecchiano la realta.
