• Gerald (5/5): - Frühstück Top! Personal beim Frühstück super freundlich. Auch bei der Reception sehr nettes Personal. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8. Stock unterhalb der Roof Top Bar und Restaurant. Leider kam das Personal um 4.10h morgens auf die Idee noch schnell die Tische zu verrücken, wahrscheinlich um sich am nächsten Tag Arbeit zu ersparen. Was sie nicht bedacht hatten, das im Zimmer unterhalb, und wahrscheinlich auch andere Zimmer im 8. Stockwerk, das in voller Lautstärke mitbekommen und aufwachen. Sollte bei einem Hotel mit diesem Standard und Preisniveau nicht passieren. Deshalb auch nur eine durchschnittliche Bewertung.

The restaurant and pool on the rooftop gave us a wonderful experience. The rooftop has a brilliant view of the Acropolis. A bit far from center but its ok.

• Carlos (1/5): Hotel seems like an hobby. Don't pay premium for other peoples non-priority... - Not much, staff ok. Had an early meeting one day, decided to go for breakfast. Since it was not included they had to check the room number (confirming). Instead of just inviting me to enter and have breakfast in the meantime, asked me to stand there and wait... somehow not having breakfast included and wanting to pay 20 euros is something that triggers security checks and defensive postering from the breakfast staff. Guys, a younger non-american client can have early breakfast without any second intentions. Also no option was given to add the bill to the room, although we were staying in a mid-tier one for 5 days. Also, arrived, gave me a 1st floor. I asked to upgrade, it was not granted. I said fine, as it was a Saturday night, and asked can to call the room in the next days as the hotel clears up. Zero calls. Had to insist for waters a couple of times, calling more than once for them to bring (and remind them). Just seems like the hotel is a secondary project for the owners, managers and staff, and it shows. Value for money: one of the worst exp hotel wise I have had. After almost 50 stays in 5 years that is saying something.

Même si quelques gestes ont été proposés, cela n’a malheureusement pas compensé la situation. Les fruits sont restés toute une journée à l’air libre et n’étaient plus vraiment consommables. La bouteille de vin nous l’avons offerte, car nous ne consommons pas d’alcool. Quant au petit-déjeuner proposé, nous ne l’avons pas accepté puisque nous avions déjà réservé un autre hôtel tôt le matin afin de quitter l’établissement. Le manque de respect et de considération a été très décevant. Même si quelques gestes ont été proposés, cela n’a malheureusement pas compensé la situation. Les fruits sont restés toute une journée à l’air libre et n’étaient plus vraiment consommables. La bouteille de vin, nous l’avons offerte car nous ne consommons pas d’alcool. • DESPOINA (9/5): - Υπέροχο το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου , τόσο στην reception, όσο και γενικότερα, πολύ ευγενικό και με άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Επίσης πολύ καλό πρωινό. Θα έπρεπε να έχει καθαριστεί το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου, για να μπορεί να γίνει χρήση του, ιδιαίτερα εφόσον, λόγω εποχής, το επιλέξαμε για να απολαύσουμε την θέα του.
• Dan (7/5): Ok-ish for a couple of nights, or if you have business in the near proximity - Location is OK, 10 min taxi from downtown Athens Staff (frontdesk team) was very friendly and really tried their best. Room was clean. For whom it's something important, shower's water pressure was excellent. :) Compared to other Radisson hotels I've been, looks outdated. Also overpriced for what it has to offer. Breakfast was un impressive to be polite. Coffee... the one in our room was much better than what was served at breakfast.

• MazM (8/5): Excellent hotel - We had to move out of our first hotel in Athens due to the horrendous traffic noise so requested a quiet room here. Check in was smooth and efficient. We had a suite with a 'porthole' window where we could see the Parthenon. I guess, as with all things, it depends where you stay in the hotel as we were fortunate the suite had a lounge and television area, then sliding double doors to the bedroom and then further sliding double doors to the bathroom are (with separate doors to shower and toilet). We heard nothing. It was bliss! We paid half the price for that quiet suite than we did our first hotel so it was good value. Breakfast is great. Lots of buffet items. Usual hot buffet and then fruit, yoghurt, continental buffet, honeycomb (lovely), all sorts of bread, nuts and seeds etc. Amazing (and I mean amazing) coffee machine. Staff were very cheerful, polite and so efficient at clearing and cleaning down. We didn't find it a massive issue to have to walk to get to things. The tour buses are just a 10 minute walk away. Also there are some really lovely local restaurants within easy walkable reach of this hotel - not many tourists in them either so a lovely Greek family atmosphere. The road outside is going to be noisy if you stay at the front of the hotel. Ask for a room at the back. I see there is a car park in a side ride to the hotel. Athens is a beautiful City, and the roof top bar of this hotel gives you some truly magnificent views. The restaurant does wonderful food. Cocktails are made very well and generous quantities of alcohol!

• Yunus Emre (8/5): - Overall, our hotel experience was positive and we were satisfied with our stay. The hotel’s location was not bad at all. One of its biggest advantages is being close to the metro, which makes arriving from the airport much easier. However, it is worth noting that you need to make a transfer, so you cannot reach the hotel directly with a single metro line. Regarding the city center, the hotel is not as close as some reviews suggest, especially if people are referring to Monastiraki. It is about two metro stops away, or around a 30-minute walk. So while it is relatively close, there are hotels with more central locations. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. We did not experience any problems during our visit. Cleanliness was good, the atmosphere felt professional and reliable, and the overall comfort of the hotel was satisfying. Breakfast was not the most extensive buffet we have seen, but it was good quality and more than enough. If I had one comment, it would be about expectations. Since it is a Radisson Blu property, I expected a slightly more luxurious feel. That said, this may also reflect the character of the city itself, as Athens has a more classic and older style compared with some modern destinations. Coming from Türkiye, where many five-star hotels can feel newer or more luxurious, the style here may seem a little different. Still, considering the standards of Athens, this was a very good hotel. It offered comfort, safety, cleanliness, professional service, and a pleasant stay overall. I would recommend it, especially for travelers who value a trusted hotel brand and convenient metro access.

In the bedroom the fumes from the extremely busy road would be there from 7am - despite no window being open. Location it’s far from main places and a good half hour walk to get into main part. Defo would not recommend

• Karina (10/5): - Ótimas instalações. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos. Café da manhã excelente. Restaurante no rooftop com vista bem bonita. Usamos metrô e fica a uma distância curta… 10 min de caminhada.
