Em especial para a Luciana, tanto no check in, check out, e duvidas quanto à estadia, aos parques foi fantástico. Os quartos tinham um tamanho excelente. Poderiam melhorar um pouco a limpeza dos quartos. Banheiros estavam limpos, camas e jogo de cama também muito limpos. O chão do quarto, que gracas a deus não é carpete, estava um pouco sujos, e as frestas dos armarios com grande acumulo de sujeira.

- Francisco (6/5): - Location, easy to get in and the people was willing to help. Breakfast is very good, and the parking has a lot of room to use. The room is just a sleeping place but it was really outdated (poor maintenance overall), the bathroom door got stuck all the time, the air conditioner is old and noisy and the facilities looks like they need some love to make you feel welcome for the price you're paying (looks pretty much like a cheap hotel)

O café da manhã tem poucas opções e as coisas não são muito gostosas. O sistema anti-incêndio é extremamente eficiente. O hotel fica absurdamente perto dos parques da Universal e transfer gratuito para o local. Fica a menos de 20 minutos dos parques da Disney. Café da manhã limitado.

- גולן (10/5): - הצוות היה אדיב, חייכן ורואים שהאנשים נותנים עושים הכל כדי שתהיה שהות נעימה וטובה. כבר בצ'ק אין, איש הקבלה הסביר לנו הכל- המתקנים של המלון, שאטלים לפארקי היוניברסל, הראה לנו במפה איפה החדר שלנו, החדר כושר, בריכה וכו'. במסעדה של המלון, הברמן שהוא גם המלצר היה אדיב, איש שיחה נעים, חייכן ונתן תחושה נעימה בעת השהות במסעדה. החדר שקיבלנו היה גדול ומרווח מאוד- מחולק לאיזור שירותים/מקלחת, מטבחון + סלון (ספה, שולחן, טלויזיה) ופינת השינה. המקרר היה מרווח ויכלנו לשים הרבה באופן יחסי, היה מיקרוגל ועמדה להחנת קפה שהיא מצריכה שיפור (עדיף היה קומקום במקום המכונה שלא עבדה כמו שצריך). שורה תחתונה, מקום נהדר ואין ספק שאמליץ עליו ואף אחזור אליו בביקור הבא שלי באורלנדו. אין שירות חדרים כל יום. היינו צריכים לבקש החלפת מגבות מידי פעם, מילוי כוסות במטבחון (כוסות חד פעמי). יש רק ריקון פחים כל יום. עשו לנו סידור מלא רק פעם אחת כל השהות שלנו. המיקום לא קרוב לשום דבר, אבל אנחנו אנשים שאוהבים ללכת מרחקים, כך שלנו לא הפריע כל כך. זרם המים במקלחת חלש מידי.

- Phillipe (8/5): A good option, but with poor cleanliness. - The location is very convenient—close to International Drive, the Universal parks, and restaurants. The hotel offers a good breakfast (available for an extra charge, but an excellent option). Although the room cleaning is poor, I have an enthusiastic compliment regarding perfection: the pool is impeccable. The maintenance and cleaning of the pool are absolutely perfect. The cleaning is very poor. But the worst part is that, now, they don't clean or tidy up the rooms during your stay. They limit themselves to changing the towels—and that's about it. This is a idiotic cost-cutting idea because the impression it leaves is terrible. In addition to improving room cleaning, they need to rethink this shortsighted cost-cutting policy.
- Suelang (7/5): Perfect for a couple nights when visiting Universal - Friendly helpful staff, super good location- close to idrive and universal, free shuttle to universal, clean room/linens/bathroom, fridge, large tv which you can cast to. Pillows on the beds in room 444 were small, square and knobbly. Not the comfiest. Also the a/c unit in that room was very post.

- Aleksander (6/5): It could be positive but - The pool and jacuzzi was nice, and the location was really good, and the free shuttle to the universal was a nice touch The first room I got had water running from the fridge and there was damage, asked to switch to another room, and that room had door problem where it did not close properly, had the maintenance person come in and fix the door, also had problem with flushing the toilet, the toilets are really bad they need replacement to better quality ones, and the water in the bath would not go down right away it kept collecting when you showered, the beds were squicky and you could hear people closing doors in the middle of the night which kept waking you up, the rooms have really thin walls and you could hear people talking. The place overall looks outdated, it needs a lot of renovation from beds to whole shower and toilet and just the bathroom in general, I got tired of switching the room after the first one, it seemed that it would be the same in all the rooms

But once we entered the room, a noticed the amount of roaches that were on our food !! That kinda Superseded the joy of the location🤨 The amount of live active roaches 🪳 🪳🪳🪳 bc THATS RIGHT ROACHES ALL OVER THE ROOM!!. Not only that but after 3 weeks of trying to get a refund based on the obvious! I was only compensated 1 night stay! .. Bookings . Com did not help my as they’re client secure a full refund. And did absolutely nothing in regards to making sure I was satisfied. Best western pushed it off on bookings- Bookings pushed it off in Best western… Just a bunch of B.S. Be very cautious when booking through third parties- they will not protect your interests. YES THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR MY STAY AT A ROACH INFESTED HOTEL. Never stay at the BEST WESTERN GATEWAY IN ORLANDO- Unless you’re looking for specimens.. js

La relación precio calidad fue excelente y Rachel del desayuno fue muy atenta y amable siempre. Great location to walk to International Drive for food establishments. The check in staff were extremely professional, friendly and helpful! The beds were not as comfortable as previous stays, the tv did not work with simple channels and could not access the apps on the smart tv.

- Aleksander (2/5): - Lokalizacja może? Metalowe sztućce na śniadaniu. Grzyb, w klimatyzacji i łazience. Smród w pokoju najprawdopodobniej z klimatyzacji. Brak możliwości uchylenia okna. Cała wentylacja odbywa się przez zagrzybiala klimatyzację. Do tego głośno, słychać wszystko co się się dzieje na zewnątrz budynku na basenie czy boisku. Hotel remontowany najtaniej jak się i to widać. Nie dostał oceny 1 tylko dlatego że spodziewałem się karalucha spotkać a jednak mnie to ominęło. Hotel nie jest wart swojej ceny zdecydowanie.

- Tyesha (1/5): Disgusting and will never book here again. Do not recommend - Nothing Carped in hallways were extremely dirty. Elevator was broke. Room had a stink smell and comforter had cigarette burns. Homeless people hanging around the back of the parking lot. It was very disgusting. I refused to stay here and wasted my money booking this hotel.
