- Manuel (5/5): - Nice and clean It’s just a room in an apartment’s building adapted to be called a guest house. Taxis costs were considerable, specially coming from the city at night.
- Matteo (4/5): Non ci tornerei - I pro: Camera pulita con bagno privato, posizione della struttura vicina a bus e metro. I contro: Pareti sottilissime, continui rumori sia al mattino che la sera tardi degli altri ospiti che facevano avanti e indietro tra corridoio, bagni e cucina. Ho dormito sempre molto male. Sia il letto che i cuscini erano scomodi. Check in peculiare, pagamento che avviene in autonomia con il POS (si potrebbe già addebitare la somma da booking per evitare problemi), invio dei documenti tramite whatsapp (il che non è assolutamente conforme al GDPR) e comunicazione non proprio puntualissima. A questo prezzo, mi aspettavo molto di più sinceramente.

- Ana (1/5): - - Questa è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo posto, e il secondo litigio con il personale, che è estremamente scortese! La prima volta ci hanno chiesto i soldi per la tassa di soggiorno. Abbiamo passato mezz'ora a dimostrare di aver pagato tutto tramite Booking. Oggi, la donna delle pulizie ci ha aggredito perché abbiamo lasciato una lattina di composta in un sacchetto in camera! Proprietario, insegna al personale delle pulizie cosa devono fare! I clienti possono lasciare un piccolo sacchetto di spazzatura in camera ovunque! Non disturbano i clienti prima dell'orario di check-out! Non bussano alle porte prima del check-out!!! Non minacciano di chiamare la polizia per aver lasciato un barattolo in camera e non fanno scenate! (Dovrebbero chiamare l'Agenzia delle Entrate per non aver fornito le fatture ed estorto denaro.) La mattina, noi e altri ospiti abbiamo lasciato le camere e ci siamo trovati di fronte a una scenata di urla da parte della donna delle pulizie. Vergognoso! L'ultima volta non hanno restituito un oggetto dimenticato ed estorto denaro, questa volta la donna delle pulizie ha urlato! Imparate a gestire un'attività!

Ci ha detto che avrebbe chiesto alla donna delle pulizie e noi le abbiamo detto che l'avremmo ringraziata (dandole dei soldi) se ci avesse restituito l'oggetto. Ma a quanto pare, la donna delle pulizie l'ha rubato... Tra l'altro, questa donna delle pulizie ti sveglia la mattina bussando alla porta, passando l'aspirapolvere e così via... Ovunque le pulizie vengono fatte dopo il check-out, tranne in questo posto.

- Muscat Monsigneur (4/5): Underwhelming - The location is convenient with a bus stop right outside that takes you to the centre in 20-30 minutes There is a good restaurant opposite with genuine Neopolitan food (Vido) and there are convenience stores within walking distance. The walls are paper thin(we could hear people talking, showering and flushing). We were unfortunate to have a baby next door who did not stop crying all night The feel of the guesthouse felt more like a hostel( there was a group of students making loud noises throughout the corridor till around 2am) The cleanliness could be improved (strong smell of cigarettes in the room which didnt leave despite airating the room and informing the cleaning staff, the place could use with a good clean in general) The facilities could also be improved as we experienced irregular issues with hot water and when communicated we were told it will be looked at and that it is "strange" The communication could be improved since we were not given the room we paid for. The hosts stated that because the age of our child was listed wrong on booking.com(true) but it still does not explain how we got a double room with a sofa when we booked a double room with double bunk beds. If you're on a tight budget, don't mind traveling and don't mind inconveniences, you can consider this property.

Poi a me continuava a dire che non poteva ospitarmi ma a Booking diceva di sì. Tutto il giorno prima del mio soggiorno.

- Diego (10/5): Spazioso e comodo da raggiungere. - La posizione: dalla stazione Termini si prende il filobus 90 e si scende alla fermata Valle D’Aosta, la struttura si trova proprio di fronte, al secondo piano del palazzo. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, la zona comune permette di farsi un caffè a qualsiasi ora. Molto gentile la ragazza del check in e check out. Migliorerei il materasso: non c’è rete ed è poggiato su un rialzo in cemento. Un filo caro, ma in linea con i prezzi di Roma. Il fondo della doccia nella camera horror non è ben fissato e se non si fa attenzione si rischia di scivolare.

- Gege (1/5): Terrible👎 - Fresh bed linen and towels, working Wi-Fi and tv. First of all the check-in. I understand the comfort to have it 24/7, but it was too much. We even paid to the bank terminal by ourself, no one came to welcome us in the structure and it was in early afternoon, not late evening... Second - ants🐜 They are everywhere, not only in the common area (kitchen), but also in the room and (the most disgusting) in the bathroom😅 No comments here... Third - staff. Some "Signora" just opened our door without knocking at 9:30 and said that check-out is at 10 (we knew it, and we were perfectly in time). Than we wanted to drink some coffe before heading to the airport, but capsules were finished.. Unbelievable🙃 Price also is too high. Don't do our mistake, pay 20-30 euro more and go to a hotel!

- Angelo (5/5): Ostello mediocre da nn scegliere se hai una famiglia - La struttura ha una posizione invidiabile Su booking all apparenza la struttura è fantastica Possibilità di parcheggiare sulla strada ma con un autorimessa a 50 mt se si vuole tenere l auto al sicuro.. L host è gentilissimo risponde sempre al telefono anche se fisicamente nn lo vedi mai. La camera prenotata nn era quella indicata da booking...avevo richiesto una camera con due letti singoli e un matrimoniale e mi sono ritrovato con un matrimoniale e un letto a castello improbabile senza barriere ,avendo un maschietto e una femminuccia piccoli è una soluzione impraticabile ..abbiamo chiamato per una sostituzione avvenuta il giorno dopo su mia insistenza dopo che la mattina abbiamo scoperto invasione di formiche... abbiamo traslocato nella horror room che è una tripla ; pensavo di aver risolto ma il terzo letto era un puff di quelli pieghevoli durissimo e spigoloso; risultato: notte insonne per me è per mia moglie accampati lei nel matrimoniale e io nella brandina scomoda....horror room in tutti i sensi La camera è risultata essere poco pulita ...inoltre durante la notte un continuo via vai di persone lungo il corridoio comune , lasciando perdere la cucina dove nn mi sono cimentato .....risultato un onesto ostello per gente che lavora e persone straniere con una posizione strategica ma sicuramente nn adatto alla famiglie... diciamo che il giudizio di booking è stato fuorviante

- Monica (4/5): - Unica nota positiva la cabina doccia nuova In bagno non ci sono appendi per gli asciugamani se non uno per l'asciugamano viso. Il lavandino piccolo e scomodo soprattutto la posizione del rubinetto, non c'è un porta spazzolino. Ragnatele sotto al soffitto sia in bagno che nella camera da letto. Cuscini sottilissimi e duri,il materasso affondi al centro e mi sono svegliata con mal di schiena e cervicale. Stanotte alle ore 01:20 un ospite ha cucinato in cucina e faceva rumore visto che la nostra camera era in cucina, puzzava di cibo e troppo rumore . La presa vicino al comodino o inserisci la spina del lume o quella del caricabatterie e devi accendere la luce della camera, non c'è alternativa, molto scomodo. Basterebbero piccole attenzioni per rendere funzionale un b&b e dare servizi comodi per i clienti

- Tainã (7/5): Bene meglio se ci fosse un parcheggio . - Il letto era molto buono. L’acqua della doccia non era molto calda. Qualche merendina per scompagnare il cafè sarebbe carino. Gli altri ospiti sbattevano le porte in continuazione sopratutto la mattina. La cosa più brutta è che è impossibile trovare parcheggi liberi vicino. Siamo stati in in macchina 20 min cercando ma niente so dovuta a mettere sulle strisce rischiando multa. Dovete fare un accordo convenio con il parcheggio a pagamento perché se pago 20 euro per lasciare la macchina solo durante la notte mi sembra esagerato come prezzo. Vi abbiamo scelto perché il costo era molto buono ma il parcheggio rovinava tutto.

Davvero molto pessimi, l'unica gentilezza è stata la signora delle pulizie, davvero molto buona e umana che mi ha fatto rimanere un ora in piu per il check-out, ma i proprietari sono stati pessimi prima di entrare mi hanno detto che il b&b era già affidato ad un altra persona e mi hanno fatto andare in un altro luogo in un b&b peggiore e in una strada pericolosa di roma! Davvero molto pessimi

- Sabrina (1/5): Terrible - The location Subject: Complaint regarding non-functional air conditioning during my stay Dear Booking.com team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at a property booked through your platform, from Friday 15 to Wednesday 20. Upon arrival, I noticed that the air conditioning in the room was not working properly: it did not cool at all and kept turning off every five minutes. I contacted the property owner on Saturday to explain the situation, but nothing was done to resolve the issue. After several attempts to obtain a response, the owner finally replied via WhatsApp on Sunday, rather coldly, saying that a technician would come on Monday. Unfortunately, from Monday onward, the owner completely ignored my messages. At no point did they offer any alternatives, not even something as basic as a fan. The person in charge of cleaning called the owner in my presence and told me he would come to the room — but he never did. I had already contacted Booking during my stay to report the issue, but to this day, I have received no response or follow-up. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly during any of the nights of my stay. The lack of rest due to the extreme summer heat had a serious impact on my mood and energy, preventing me from enjoying my trip or making the most of my days. The experience was far from pleasant. Therefore, I respectfully request appropriate compensation for the discomfort caused and the failure to provide basic accommodation conditions. - Federico (9/5): Soggiorno fantastico al di sopra delle mie aspettative, consigliato . - Posizione eccellente in un bellissimo quartiere di Roma vicino a fermate autobus, parco, bar, pizzerie e tabacchi. Camera favolosa, pulita, ordinata e con mobilio nuovo e di ottima qualità. Bagno in camera dotato di ogni comfort. Straordinari, veramente.
