• Anja (5/5): Da wir die Unterkunft letztendlich nur zum Schlafen nutzten, war unser Aufenthalt in Barcelona sehr schön - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, zentrale Lage Die Wohnung ist an sich sehr schön und für eine Gruppe von 7 Personen optimal. Allerdings wäre eine Renovierung von Nöten. Tropfende Heizungen, aufgeplatzt Badschränke u.s.w. -alles in die Jahre gekommen. Was uns allerdings richtig geärgert hat, ist drei von vier Tagen kaltes Wasser. Wir haben dies sofort gemeldet, man hat uns tatsächlich drei Tage „vertröstet“. Obwohl wir wirklich nett und höflich darum gebeten haben den kaputten Boiler zu reparieren, kamen teilweise keine netten Antworten. Es kann immer mal was kaputt gehen, aber dann muss ich als Vermieter dafür sorgen, dass es in Ordnung gebracht wird. Kaltes Wasser zum Duschen ist auch für Barcelona im Oktober kein Spaß. Der Preis der Unterkunft war nicht unbedingt ein Schnäppchen. Auch die Entschädigung für das kalte Wasser war nicht angemessen.
• Yrllin Soto (10/5): El mejor lugar para hospedaje - La ubicacion es excelente, varias estacion de metro cerca, como la de la plaza catalun̈a, paseo de gracia, la university. todo, pero absolutamente todo lo tiene cerca, todo lo puedes hacer a pie, con excelentes restaurantes de todo tipo alrededor. El apartamento super grande y super comodo. LA atencion de los de los duen̈os muy buena. Lo recomiendo 100% , me volveria hospedar cuando vaya otra vez. El piso, es muy viejo y pareciera que estuviera sucio, pero en realidad estaba todo limpio

• Zouitene (5/5): - L'emplacement Quand j'ai réservé avec booking avec navette vers l'aéroport mais l'établissement n'a pas fournie et il mon dit que c le problème de booking pas de l'établissement 2eme chose pour laisser le bagage sur place tu ne peut pas alors tu va à l'officine qui est très loin 2eme chose après la réservation il faut que tu fait le chèque in online qui ne peut terminer que après le payement d'un consigne de 300 € il ne vous dit pas au début c malhonnête dans l'appartement immeubles anciens et fragile porte avec passe cassé

• Andrea (9/5): - La posizione e praticamente perfetta in quanto ci troviamo esattamente in Plaza catalogna vicinissimo a qualsiasi tipo di attività, tante che la Spiaggia, la segreta famiglia e molti altri ristoranti distano veramente pochissimo
• Nikola (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect. Apartment is large and has a lot of amenities The check in was complicated because the instructions didn't match what had to be done. So we couldn't enter, had to call and wait for almost 30 minutes for sometime to show up. At least for our apartment the host agency should have coordinated with us and not just let the automatic instructions Separately, much of the inventory especially in the kitchen is fairly old and not nicely maintained. E.g. the kettle is full of limescale. Not horrible but generally you'd expect more for the price and based on photos

Spacious apartment with comfortable living area for a family 3 bedrooms with sleeping couches in the living room Fully fitted kitchen, clean linen and welcome packs Adequate heating and air-conditioning in the apartment Managing agents always available on WhatsApp to solve any problems Frustrating electronic locks on access doors, didn't always work. Physical keys were difficult to use Bathrooms were adequate, need some updating.
• Ana (9/5): Superb - The link was provided for the digital keys and sometimes it didn't work but emergency keys were in the apartment so it wasn't big problem.
• Yeung (4/5): Disappointing - location & size - as reflected in the daily rate. Certain standard facilities were not working that causing health and safety concern. (We're a group of 6 adults and 2 children) 1. One of the bedrooms got bad smell, they came to replace the blanket but it didn't solve the problem, there's no extra bed, we had no choice but still used the room and sprayed air refresher by ourselves. 2. The washing machine was not working, the door couldn't close! We had to hand-washed the clothes (it's hot summer) every night. They came to pretend to fix it but I bet they knew it's not something they could fix by themselves. The daily rate of the apartment costs higher than a new washing machine, and the rate should have covered a proper washing machine, we were very disappointed we were given one that's not working. 3. Gas lighter was not provided, they asked us to buy from the shop if we want to cook. 4. The folding glass door/ glass window at the balcony could not shut and lock, easy to break-in! 5. Some lights were out of order, they came to fix a few, but another 1 or 2 still kept flashing from time to time. 6. Didn't provide enough tissue rolls, amenities, and no extra towels for our 5 nights stays for 8 people, as our experience on point 1-3 on the first day were not good, we didn't ask for replenishment but went to buy by ourselves. Health and Safety are more important than location & size, our experience didn't meet our expectation for the money we paid for.

• Fatemah (8/5): Amazing stay - Spacious apartment with all equipment needed such as washing machine and kitchen tools, comfortable beds and big cabinets, 2 clean large bathrooms with toiletries and towels, electric keys and application used to open the apartment for extra safety, great location near underground and buses stations, many supermarkets and shops, extremely helpful and friendly staff broken cleaning brush needs to be changed, electricity and lights maintenance for one of the bedrooms, AC thermostat was fixed and we couldn't change the temperature for one of the rooms

• Emma (7/5): Amazing location, property could use updating a bit. - Location was awesome and it was spacious. Few things didn’t work. Initially didn’t have hot water, but they quickly fixed that. Oven didn’t work. Electric blinds didn’t work in 2 bedrooms, one got quickly fixed.
• Guy (7/5): Had a great time. The location is excellent. It was a great place for our family of 5 - Location was great, really central and convenient for transport links. Staff were really helpful. The fixtures and fittings weren’t great quality. Basin taps sprayed water and shower screen didn’t work very well. Could have done with thicker duvets and covers for the beds, especially in February.

• Randy (7/5): Good location, sufficient apartment with horrible access & no instructions. - Location terrific. The property has potential to be a 10. The delay & confusion of getting access was horrible. Communication was dreadful, there were no instructions on how to access the apartment & no instructions on how to operate anything within the apartment. The floor had several pieces of wood that had come up. Pillows & blankets were insufficient. With good communication & written instructions one could avoid hours of frustration! The staff at the remote management were very helpful in dealing with the access issues. Access & no instructions for air conditioning. Access requires an app which we were told about as we were standing in the street. Prior notice would allow preparation! Only 1 key so when app doesn’t work, you are left to wait on help.

• Amukaddam (2/5): Better Maintenance and Customer Focus Needed - Only good thing is the location and room size. Apartment needs serious renovation, better cleaning and team needs to be more customer focused. First, checkin experience was so bad. The email that I got after booking is inaccurate and should be reviewed from a guest perspective. The link to sign contract is not clearly set, and the link to generate electronic key doesn't work properly so I spent almost 1 hour before trying to sort things out with support. I admit it that support was responsive but to be honest all of this procesa should be reviewed. Second, gaining access to the room required installing an app to unlock 3 doors (outside building door, 3rd floor entrance door, apartment door).The app didn't work properly from 2 phones so I wasted 1 hour just to get in. The instructions provided are inaccurate and I am sure no one is reviewing them from a guest point of view. The provided Wifi details in the app even don't match what is deployed. Even the keys provided inside the room are just 2 keys so you will be able to reach unlock bldg door and 3rd floor door but you still need app for apartment door. The 3rd floor door key hangs and is hard to open. Third, once you enter the apartment you realize that the apartment is not well maintained and that images posted online don't accurately reflect the apartment.The parquet floor is very old and dirty, the carpets are not very maintaines..the colorful bed covers are replaced with black ones.. You will realize that wifi router is laid in unprofessional manner with loose cables on floor..You will realize that bathroom is not very clean (many hair traces) and even first white towel had a brown spot..Even we found 2 insects in the bathtop after comkng back.. Finally, the instructions placed on the entrance are in Spanish.They should be in multiple languages or at least English. There should be instructions on where to place garbage. Oven top igniter should be there..etc.
• Fiona (8/5): Barcelona break - Location is excellent, apartment is large and spotlessly clean. Staff are easily contactable and react quickly for any issues. Towels, toiletries, essentials like water, toilet paper, washing up facilities provided. Couple of snags, door entry app a great idea but we couldn't get to work. Staff were on site within 20 minutes to help which was great. WiFi wouldn't connect at first. We couldn't work out how to use air con, apartment is large with switches everywhere! But there were also fans provided which were great. Maybe this is because we're not brilliant with tech but may be an idea to leave some instructions in apartment? Overall though pleased with our stay.
• Halit (6/5): Pleasant - fantastic Location and size of apartment is quite big... we had a big problem with apartment key. it was opening by application but we could not open and stayed outside in the street for 15 minutes with our kids. only explanation was: sometimes it is not working and we can not do anything. you need to press the neigbour s bell. next day , they brought phisical key. Curtains to be washed down , sofas to be renewed.
