The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay and was kept very clean. Fresh towels were provided every day, which we really appreciated. The location was also a major advantage, especially being so close to the train station, making transportation very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would gladly stay here again. The bathroom was private and reserved exclusively for us, although it was located outside the room It did not cause any inconvenience during our stay.

- Zenia (10/5): - El encargado del lugar fue muy amable, limpió la habitación diariamente y nos dio café. La ubicación del lugar es perfecta, todo cerca y la terminal de roma está casi al lado. Eramos una familia de 4 y el precio para estar en el centro de roma y 4 camas estaba muy bueno. El edificio es un edificio viejo, pero las habitaciones estan pintadas y limpias. El dueño las mantiene bien. No me gustò el ruido del baño, pero es pq es un inodoro antiguo y al tirar de la cadena hace un ruido fuerte. Que si vas al baño por la madrugada pues despertaras a los que esten contigo en el cuarto. El elevador bien estrecho y lento. Pero no son cosas importantes, lo escribo para que las personas lo sepan de antemano.

- Maria (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Sauberes Zimmer mit genügend Platz, komfortables Bett. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, weil wir später als 22 Uhr ankamen aufgrund einer Flugverspätung und es zunächst schien, dass wir gar nicht einchecken können. Schließlich war es aber kein Problem mit einem kleinen Aufpreis für den Late Checkin. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig

- Jay (9/5): - Location, Staff and felt safe walking from the train station in the middle of the night. It’s only a 5min walk. Late check‑in after midnight wasn’t possible, since someone had to be physically present to verify our passports and check us in. There was no online verification or electronic access option. Our train was delayed, and we barely made it in time, and we were also charged a late check‑in fee. The instructions for finding the apartment were unclear. The address had two different apartments, and the office was actually on the fourth floor behind two separate security doors. I had to navigate all of that while messaging someone on WhatsApp to figure out where to go.

Area is ok, safe enough, but not like the historical areas (old town) that have character. The host forgot to take my payment on arrival and only remembered after we left and so had to go back and forth sorting that out.

- Fermin (4/5): Habitación básica a 300 metros de Roma Termini. - Localizado muy cerca de Roma Termini. Habitación espaciosa con buena vista a la ciudad. Me ofrecieron agua mineral y café. Problemas en el check in. Llegué a las 16:15 hs y la habitación todavía no estaba lista a pesar de qué había avisado anteriormente la hora de llegada. El mobiliario era básico y antiguo y la calidad de la habitación era mala comparada con otras en las que estuve en Roma y en Italia. Dejé mi equipaje n depósito luego del check out; pero cuando regresé a recogerlo tardaron aproximadamente 20 minutos en abrirme la puerta.

Se encuentra en un punto estratégico de Roma, lo que permite llegar a pie a los principales monumentos históricos, restaurantes y conexiones de transporte público, optimizando al máximo el tiempo de visita a la ciudad. El personal del establecimiento merece una mención especial: desde el primer momento mostraron una amabilidad genuina, profesionalismo y una disposición absoluta para ayudar con recomendaciones locales, mapas y gestión de traslados, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. En cuanto a las instalaciones, la limpieza es impecable. Tanto la habitación como las zonas comunes se mantienen en un estado pulcro día tras día, un factor clave que garantiza el confort y el descanso tras largas jornadas caminando por la capital italiana. Las camas son sumamente cómodas y el ambiente es muy acogedor. Por su equilibrio perfecto entre conectividad, servicio excepcional, higiene y confort, este alojamiento es un acierto seguro. Totalmente recomendado para cualquier viajero que busque una base logística impecable en Roma. Sin duda, repetiremos en nuestro próximo viaje.

- Ava (8/5): - The location was excellent. We really liked how quiet the room was in the bathroom was in great shape and an ideal shower. The only thing to know is the bathroom is separate from the room and the room is really made for a couple or a partner since it is on the smaller end overall, we had a great stay at flower guest house and would recommend it as an amazing way to explore a Rome!

- iva (8/5): Budgety and fine for easy travelers - For a relatively convenient location in Rome, it was fine value for the money and a secure building. The host was very friendly. It was my spouse's choice to be near the main train station, which is not especially nice, and I would choose a nicer neighborhood with more quality cafes, restaurants, and hospitality in it. Our room had enough space but was maddeningly absent of adequate shelf or drawer space -- in the bedroom and bathroom. Also one of those showers that doesn't drain well.

- Marta (10/5): Estancia ideal - La habitación estaba muy limpia pero lo mejor fue el chico que nos atendió. Muy atento y simpático en todo momento, súper servicial. Además, nos limpiaron la habitación el segundo día. Está justo al lado de termini lo que lo hace un sitio perfecto para poder moverse con el tren por Italia. Al ser un apartamento y estar las habitaciones tan juntas y cerca de la zona común de la cocina, se oía todo de las otras habitaciones y sobre todo cuando hacían ruido en la cocina.

It’s a plus and a minus that it took a few gates and doors to enter. This provided extra security once you learned how to access the property. It was helpful to have an elevator, so no steps to climb.

- EL ARFAOUI (9/5): - L'emplacement est formidable. Un très bon emplacement, il y'en a pas mieux !!! Le monsieur qui gère l'hébergement est très gentil et serviable. Il est très aimable. L'hébergement est propre, les draps et les fournitures de toilette. Les équipements de cuisine. (Pas de toaster, pas de casserole, pas de four ....) Le climatiseur ne chauffe pas.

- Bruna (7/5): - The host is very nice and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. The room is cleaned daily and bottled water is provided for free. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. It is very close to the metro and train stations (less than 10 min walk). Also, very close to some museums. The light of the main corridor was on all night and it was filtering in the room - bring a face mask if you struggle to sleep with light. Also, you can hear the doors and the toilets of the nearby rooms. So in the morning when everybody gets ready to leave you can hear everything.
