He even accommodated my girlfriends wild interpretation of a limoncello spritz (with lemon fanta) with no hesitation, if you have the pleasure of seeing him at the bar definitely stop for a drink and chat with him. nothing major, rooms are verry small and sometimes the music can be heard on higher levels, but if you stay for mare than a few days they move you to floor 5, and the 5th floor is quite.

• Albin (8/5): A nice stay in small rooms - I liked very much that they offered music and entertainment every evening. Its a bit walk to city centre but no problem. I think they could improve the breakfast with boiled eggs and fruits compare with other hotels. The price is quite high so they should improve the breakfast. Also, the staff need to find a system for checking which customers have breakfast, now they asked us three times about our hotel number. The room was very compact with a bed where we have to climb over each other in night time to go to toilet.

Thomas (7/5): very clean and comfortable but windows don't open - the beds are very comfortable and there are little concerts in the lobby, also it was very clean and modern the windows of the rooms don't open. its only ac. as someone who likes to sleep with the window open and gets sick from the ac, that was really bad. in our first room, the ac was broken, but the very kind janitor tried to fix it. unfortunately he couldn't, so a very nice staff member offered us a new room.

• Thomas (8/5): Prima uitvalsbasis voor een (vrienden)weekend Dublin - De kamers zijn modern en stijlvol ingericht. De bedden zijn comfortabel en de kamer is schoon. De locatie is mooi centraal en het is zo ongeveer 15 minuten lopen naar Temple Bar district. Verschillende bars, supermarkten en openbaar vervoer in de buurt. Prima uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan de stad. In ons geval met een vriendengroep. Wij zaten met driepersonen in de driepersoonskamer. Dat kan op zich prima, maar erg ruim is de kamer natuurlijk niet. Je moet dus om en om gebruik maken van de badkamer en de koffers uitstallen. Qua formaat voelt het eerder een tweepersoonskamer waar een derde bed bij is gepropt. Voor een vriendenweekend was dit geen enkel probleem. Een minder punt was dat het raam niet open kon. Er is een airco met centrale afzuiging, maar we hadden liever dat het raam ook open kon kantelen. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt van het hotel. Dit zag er prima uit, maar voor hetzelfde geld heb je betere ontbijttentjes in de buurt zitten.

Location was good. Really close to the Jameson distillery. The bed was up against a wall so I had to climb in and out over my husband. Pillows were a bit too soft.

Pas possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre dans la chambre. Salle de restauration pour le petit déjeuner un peu petite lorsqu’il y a affluence.
• Claire (7/5): A group of us stayed here on the recommendation of someone however it was around a 25 min walk from temple bar, and the - Modern, clean, well maintained The rooms are tiny, just like student accommodation. The double bed is pushed in against the wall, you have to climb over whoever you are sharing with if you want to access the toilet etc. if you have anything bigger than hand luggage then you will have no room here, it couldn’t accommodate suitcases. Also, no iron in the room

It reminds me of a premier inn hub room, where you have to sidle past each other because it’s so narrow. I’m going to admit if I’d realised what the room was like I would not have booked it. We also went to breakfast. I felt the hot food was quite limited and not particularly warm.

• Mª Dolores (8/5): Muy bien en el Hendrich Dublín. - Limpieza y amabilidad del personal. Cama muy cómodas. Productos de aseo. Hervidor de agua y sobre para te/ café Todas las noches había actuaciones en el bar. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. Te lo preparan para llevar una bolsita ,si lo tienes incluido y ese día no puedes desayunar en el hotel. Tienen una colección de arte moderno a lo largo del hotel magnífica. No tener a disposición de los clientes de forma gratuita enchufe adaptado europeo. El hotel está equipado con cargador para puerto usb pero no para enchufes de dos clavijas. Mi portátil quedó sin batería y no pude cargarlo en esos enchufes. Estaría bien poder disponer de una zona con un ordenador libre para uso de los clientes, en caso tengas un problema como me ocurrió a mi. El personal fue muy amable tratando de ayudarme para solucionar el problema del ordenador e incluso a facilitarme poder imprimir algún documento.

Couldn't understand why the double beds were set in a resses as made it difficult to get out of bed ( beds blocked in by 3 sides only accessable one side which then you had to deal with the desk as a obstacle found not suitable for people over a certain age.) we managed by moving the desk into better position.

• Peter (8/5): Great location, great breakfast, great value. - The room is great. We needed new towels, because there were stains on one, but got clean ones super fast. The hotel is in excellent location, restaurants nearby are so great, also the main tourist part of the city is like 10 minutes on foot. Breakfast was excellent, many variety, they even had gluten free options, which is very rare. Staff is nice, the bar also has a nice selection, the hotel has a great atmosphere. The bed is very comfy. The room was a little bit small, but I think that is pretty common size for rooms in Ireland. One side of the bed was completely pushed to the wall. But, it`s not too disturbing overall, this is just very minor inconvenience.

Good location 15 minutes from Temple Bar and very closed to the tram red line. Our room didn’t have a window that could be opened. Of course there’s a ventilation system, but it’s not the same as fresh air. We’ve found cleaning service to be inconsistent and the bed was quite difficult to make properly.

De locatie was eigenlijk wel prima alleen het zat tegenover een soort verlaten gebouw waar ook een zwerver zat ‘s nachts toen we aankwamen, wat ik eerst niet wist maar verder was dat niet storend.

• Michelle (10/5): - The breakfast was very good, the single room was very nice. A bit unexpected in that the bed fit into a nook, encompassed by walls on 3 sides, so it felt very cozy. The bathroom was clean and well kept, Seemed more like a dorm room, but for my purposes, that was exactly what I needed for a 1 nite stay. It was located closely to the attractions I had planned to see, felt safe and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and hospitable. I arrived too early for check-in, but they graciously kept my bags safe to allow me to avail myself of my scheduled attractions. Check-in was easy, as was check-out. They also scheduled me a taxi for my early departure the next morning. I would definitely stay with them again.

It’s v low quality, basic facilities, tiny room, unreliable staff, overpriced - new building and they have nightly live music or performances in the lobby which guests can attend for free, those were great! where do I start? the room is tiny! and it was a twin room I have no idea how two people could’ve stayed in there, it’s impossible for one! No suitcase stand, no ironing board or iron in the room, no vanity set, no magnifying mirror, no fridge, no minibar; it was just the basics! Only 4 coat hangers!! are you for real?? and that’s supposed to be for two people? (I had to ask for more) and just a rail for your clothes in the room, no wardrobe!! Like seriously? How do you think people live at home? Just their clothes on a bare rail? Are you mad? I really am v disappointed, this place should be a 2-star max! it’s disastrous! Plus the walls are paper thin, my neighbour played a flute at 8am in the morning and random other times during the day, I complained three or more times to reception, they all said yes we’re gonna talk to him to stop, but they never did! One staff member who came upstairs to bring me the extra coat hangers said he’ll talk to him now but he didn’t even do that even though he was right there next to the door! The breakfast was passable nothing special (cheap yogurts and stale mini croissants and just two types of bread, only one hot drinks machine!! And consequently a huge queue every morning… puts you in a bad mood before the day even started! And it’s far away from the city centre, it’s only useful for Smithfield area like the Cobblestone Pub or Lighthouse Cinema… They’d have to pay me to stay again!

• STELLA (8/5): Ideal for a short city break, beautiful room but not enough space for 3 people. - Lovely location, central enough, but quiet as well. Near cafés, pubs and public transport. Hotel was very modern, room was beautiful, loved the art in the corridors. Spacious bathroom, loved the Rituals products. Towels were changed daily. Beds were extremely comfortable. This room, for that price, was not fit for 3 people. It was an extremely tight squeeze, especially when trying to pack our things before heading to the airport. Not enough hanging spaces, could use with a small closet, or some designated space under the bed. The soundproofing could be a little better.
