I MINORI DI 25 anni vi faranno pagare 500€ di cauzione in più oltre ai 300€ richiesti durante la prenotazione. La bella sorpresa che ci hanno riservato all’arrivo a Barcellona. Una tale somma è illegale. In un gruppo di 6 persone tutti dovevamo avere 25 anni o più… Appartamento sporchissimo, lenzuola sporchi di sangue, coperte macchiate di non so cosa, tenda sporca di sangue, CUCINA NON FUNZIONANTE, ho cotto la pasta nel BOLLITORE… il ferro da stiro tutto rotto, il bagno piccolissimo e puzzava di umidità. Le luci del salotto non funzionavano abbiamo passato il soggiorno al buio. 2 ROTOLI DI CARTA IGIENICA per 6 PERSONE Personale scortese e arrogante. MAI PIÙ…. Peccato non si possano mettere 0 Stelle

• Laetitia (8/5): Particulièrement agréable, ravis de notre séjour et de ce sympathique appartement - Localisation - proximité des bus et métro - quartier familial - proximité des restaurants - supermarchés… Agencement de l’appartement - agréable pour couple avec trois ados. Bon chauffage - machine à laver - 2 serviettes pour chacun - kit d’accueil pour salle de bain et première nécessité. Papier toilette. Ascenseur hyper importent pour moi qui suis en situation de handicap respiratoire. Portes sécurisées. Mauvaise insonorisation niveau des murs qui donnent sur les appartements voisins - la nuit ou en fin de journée, entendre les voix gens de l’appartement d’à côté, jusqu’à tard parfois - une certaine nuisance pour le sommeil.

• José Agustin (8/5): Bueno pero caro. La garantía emde 300 euros es absurda. - Todo. Estaba muy limpio, en una buena zona. Todo impecable. Piden una garantía absurda de 300 euros al entrar, fuera que el precio es una brutalidad! Por este motivo, creo que no volvería a quedarme aquí.
• Nikol (5/5): Top Lage aber befriedigende Ausstattung und Service - Die Lage ist super. Leider haben viele Geräte/Sachen nicht funktioniert, bspw.: - alle Herdplatten - Abzugshaube - Fernseher - Badfenster - etc. Die Möbel sind zum Teil sehr abgenutzt. Die Tür zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer (wird bei 6 Personen als drittes Schlafzimmer genutzt) lässt sich nicht schließen. Wir haben für 6 Personen gebucht aber das Besteck ist nicht ausreichend. Der Kontakt über Booking verlief sehr schwerfällig, sodass wir den Türcode erst kurz vor Anreise nach einem Anruf erhalten haben. Viele Kleinigkeiten aber in Summe doch zu viel für den Preis. Ich habe den Vermieter privat über Booking angeschrieben und um eine Lösung gebeten aber keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Grundsätzlich hätte ich gern von einer negativen Bewertung abgesehen.

• Kavita (7/5): Pleasant and comfortable - Spacious, light, attractive, comfortable. No window or extractor fan in bathroom. Noise from street and lift in bedrooms. Key system is ok but could be a fire risk if the app doesn’t work and you need to get out of the property in an emergency.
