He is an absolute asset to your organisation. I would also like to add the others as well ( Wasim and soukaina) all of them are fantastic.
- 985dhinam (10/5): "A RELAXING STAY WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE" - The ambience at the hotel was excellent and luxurious. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily by the housekeeping. The service in the restaurant was a great one especially staff Resu and Hayfa were very friendly , made us comfortable throughout our dining experience . It is definitely a must visit hotel for family and couples.

- Earthy20 (6/5): Average stay - We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. To start with the positives: the breakfast was quite good, and the suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. These were the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay 75 dirhams in tax — something we were already aware of, having prepaid for the hotel. However, we had just landed and didn’t have small change. We handed over 500 dirhams, but the receptionist said she had no change and insisted we pay immediately, either in exact cash or by card. We explained we needed the cash we had for going out and offered to pay later that evening, but she refused. Despite having already paid for our stay and explaining we were there for five nights, there was no flexibility. It felt very unwelcoming and left a bad first impression. The hotel’s description also stated that it’s only 10 minutes from public transport, but this is misleading. It’s actually a 20-minute walk to the nearest metro station — and in the heat, that walk becomes quite difficult. Without your own transportation, getting around is inconvenient. We ended up missing out on several plans simply because the location made everything harder. To make things worse, there are no nearby stores or restaurants. The closest options are at least a 15–20-minute walk away. If this had been clearly mentioned, we would have likely chosen a different place to stay. Housekeeping was inconsistent. On multiple occasions, used spoons were left uncleaned, towels weren’t kept and basic items like shampoo etc weren’t refilled. We had to call and follow up several times to get things sorted. Needs to up its game with the competition.

- Nimesh1210 (2/5): Not at all value for money - I stayed there, but there was no view. First, they took me to a room where the AC was not working properly and there was no proper cooling. After a lot of fighting with the senior receptionist — a Moroccan girl who was more interested in arguing than solving the problem — they finally changed my room. In the new room, there was water logging while taking a shower. Overall, not value for money.
- Trip68532391565 (10/5): Excellent quality price relationship with amazing staff - We especially liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the cleanliness of both our suite and all the common hotel facilities, and the maintenance of all spaces. We particularly highlight the friendliness of Resu and Anil, as well all the other staff of the reception, luggage handling, cleaning, room service, kitchen and restaurant and pool. The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but relatively close to Al Fahidi and Dubai Old City zones.

- kubi3k_cz (8/5): Nice stay for our holiday - What we liked: - Design of the hotel is very nice, we got upgrade of the room for free - in the room is everything what you need - Hotel staff is so pleasant and very friendly, they will help you with everything - Rooftop pool is very nice, you can order drinks and food here - for cash - Gym is well equipped we didn’t miss anything here, there wasn’t every equipment but you can make solid workout with it - Especially I want to say thank you for your kindness receptionist Ms. Nancy - she is so nice on hosts and helps with everything Breakfast; That’s a question, we ordered breakfast for every day of our stay. We had just a little problem, that they have everything almost the same. Toast, vegetables, chicken sausage, waffles, turkey bacon and local dishes - it wasn’t too many choices here, just normal breakfast nothing that exciting. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel from which you can choose. We didn’t go to any of these, we ordered food through Careem app or we visited Burjuman Centre which is 800m away What we didn’t like: - It little bit far away from metro station, it’s something around 1km away - Janitors had too much time for cleaning, they can clean your room from 10:00 - 17:00 and that’s ridiculous- I didn’t like this, because they came right in time when we came back home from the pool. - In the room 403 is not working the electronic system in the glass wall from room to bathroom. - SOMETHING WAS CLICKING ALL THE DAY ALL THE NIGHT, please fix it. It’s maybe broken Motion Sensor or idk. - Room safe wasn’t working

- Andrew (8/5): Great value for money - Friendly, efficient and helpful staff on reception. The pool staff, restaurant and cleaners were very polite. On arrival there were some unsightly marks around the bathroom that needed cleaning, the curtains were damaged as was the sink plug. We found the bed and pillows a bit hard and uncomfortable and on reflection we would have preferred a location closer to the beaches as its very difficult to walk in Dubai because of the traffic and huge distances. But the pool area was great and overall it was excellent value for money

- Mohammad Ali (4/5): - Well, it was not expected based on what i saw from the pictures. The all services could have been a lot better. We reserved a room for three people but what they gave me was a very small room which was really difficult to stay... Also the treatment of manager was a lot imploite and he was not at all kind. Evert day they woudn't clean our room completely. Sometimes a towel missed, sometimes a toothbrush missed and etc... Also, the diversity of breakfast was nothing, i can say we could only eat eges, That's it I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all

Personal sugesstion to each and every guest dont take extra bed its very danger my back got hurt because the steel part of the bed is hurting inspite of complaing them they are lease bother about the customer. If you speak to housekeeping manager he is also not helpfull. i have suggest them give me one duvet i will put on the bed atleast i have will get some cosy ness but they said sir we dont have. Customer will suffer. Guest i am telling you its very danger if anything happen if spring comes out i can face gangerine problem also. Personal suggetion dont stay. - JohnLG33 (8/5): 3 day family stay - Nice hotel. Our room was big and the beds really comfy. Service of the staff was excellent. They helped with every request superbly. The Bar downstairs is fantastic and has a decent happy hour offer showing all football on a really big screen. Location is good. A 5 minute walk from a lovely mall which has excellent food choices. Also a 10 minute taxi to the city centre. Only reason I didn't give this five is: 1. the gym is really small and does not have a water machine. A bit cheap that. The pool on the roof if barely 2 feet deep. It is more of a paddling pool for kids. Adults cant swim properly on it. 2. The breakfast is nice but limited compared to most 4 star hotels. Had a great stay and would come again but maybe only on business.

- Vivienne (10/5): Deira Dubai - Stayed at Grayton for 4 -5 days, Situated in Deira, very busy area shopping and business. Great area for exposing the Gold, Perfune and Spice Souk. Much cheaper to live than around JBR and the Palm if you want to spend more time in Dubai and discover other areas. Lovely hotel, good gym and Pool area. Spa is good also for massage. Food is good. Staff and service good also.

- Daniel (8/5): Excellent imperfect hotel - Overall an excellent hotel. It have the impression of being an epic place when it opened but had taken its eye off the ball slightly with various bits and pieces no longer working as they should, but nothing major and had other things going for it such as location, room size and design. Bar on ground floor was friendly and underused. Breakfasts there was buffet and good quality and selection for all tastes east and west
- Samon (8/5): - Had a little trouble at first with the air conditioning, not getting cold, but once the room was changed, everything was OK. Received some hard and chewy fish and chips from the restaurant which they refused to credit. Other than that, it was a good stay.

But what really made my stay special was the excellent customer service. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to the front office staff "Soukaina" who was very supportive & 5 star service hero indeed. She does her best to please the guest! Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grayton. The hotel itself is great, but the customer service is what really sets it apart. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Dubai.

- JAHIRUL HOQUE (2/5): WORST BUSINESS HOTEL EXPERIENCE - The first day at the Hotel was good but during the stay someone - my doubt would be the housekeeping may have damaged the cover of the WC and when I saw the same I immediately informed the same to the Hotel and they started blaming me for the damage. Initially they started asking for a huge sum which got negotiated and I paid the same under dispute. Now comes the tricky part when we were having this argument, there was a certain gentleman who claimed to be a manager to whom I was explaining and without hearing me he would just keep on interrupting. The discussion went out of hand he started threatening us of consequences and kept on showing us a camera and then he called some security guy who dint care much about what was happening. When I told them I am not interested to have the discussion and we would want to know your names - he REFUSED to give his name or his email id also when I asked details of the general that also he said I will not give you. FRANKLY I DONT CARE HOW WELL YOUR HOTEL IS DOING BUT IF YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT GUYS TO HANDLE SUCH ISSUES THEN ITS JUST A HOUSE OF CARDS JUST WAITING TO FALL - IF THE RELEVANT PERSON IS READING - ITS FOR YOU TO AMEND - AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I WAS GOING TO RECOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS IN BANGLADESH - BUT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF!!

- Tim (8/5): Five Day Stay 02 - 07 March 2023 - The hotel dates from 2019, so everything is modern and electronically up to date. The beds are comfortable and the rooms very pleasing. I especially appreciated the shower, which had excellent pressure and hot water through a rainfall showerhead. The bath was large enough and also comfortable. Housekeeping were especially efficient and very helpful. The wait staff and chefs in the breakfast venue were also cheerful and always customer focused. The breakfast was par for the course in this type of four star establishment, with nothing particularly memorable. Ms Soukaina Ennhari, the Front Office Manager, was especially helpful and efficient. I found all staff to be well trained and client focused, they were a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is excellent overall, staff and property alike. The only drawback for me was the location, as it was inside a residential area of multi-storey apartment buildings, such as multiple Golden Sands complexes, and a 15 mins walk from Burjaman Mall, which would be a challenge in the warmer weather. Thank you to all staff, however, for their dedication and professionalism. Blazon corporation may be proud!

- Christopher (10/5): - We arrived at The Grayton hotel on the Saturday 12th November 2022. We were impressed by the decor as we walked into the hotel lobby. The staff in the reception area were polite and informative. We were told that the hotel had been able to offer us a free room upgrade which was a very pleasant surprise. The room we were upgraded to was very spacious and clean, there was a bath in the bathroom, in addition to a shower. There was a lot of storage space, including drawers and a wardrobe. Air conditioning was good. In our room there was a separate seating area. In the bedroom, the bed was large and very comfortabe. A kettle was provided as well as sachets of tea and coffee, cups and saucers. Bottled water was replenished daily. The housekeeping was good. The breakfast consisted of a buffet and there was a good selection of hot and cold food available when we arrived each morning. We enjoyed our breakfasts, each morning. The pool area was clean and the water temperature was warm. Towels and sunbeds were available whenever we visited the rooftop pool. The Grayton hotel also has a gym and a spa, although we didn't use these facilities during our stay. There is a metro neaby called Burjuman There was a nice ambience about this hotel, we felt we had made the right choice in staying at the Grayton Hotel and will come back if we return to Dubai, which is probably likely based on our experience.

- Adleurette (10/5): Amazing Stay - Highly recommended hotel. Exceeded my expectations. 5 start indeed. Not too far from The Frame and airport is about 15 mins drive away while downtown is 20 mins. Ehtisham, our bartender, made the best drinks and was very funny and warm. Make sure you ask for him at the bar.

The hot rainfall shower and comfy bed were a great addition to a recovery after flying for 18 hours. I will stay here again. You should too!
