The kettle wasn’t working in the kitchen, we reported this and a new kettle wasn’t supplied in super quick time. One of the bedrooms is near the lift shift so that could be a little noisy at times.

It was very comfortable for our group of 5 and it was walkable to Casa Batllo and La Familia Sagrada in the very lively Eixample neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping. Our stay unfortunately was brief but I would definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona. Communication was great with the staff throughout the booking process. The only downside with renting apartments can be the check in process with getting keys, locating the unit and getting inside-not the fault of the management company just from my experience not as easy as staying at a hotel. But I overall just a small challenge.

• William (8/5): Great location but a few things let it down. - Location was great. One tea towel for 5 people for 5 nights. One cup of coffee before you have to go looking for a shop to buy more, a bit tight! The second double bedroom has no storage. One shower and we ran out of shower gel in the en-suite, should that have been checked, the second person in there had nothing.

• febrin (10/5): Meeeega!!! - Super schöne und große Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Absolut top! Wir waren begeistert! Kommen hoffentlich wieder! Wenn man zu sechst in der Wohnung wäre, wäre es gut mehr Gläser und Geschirr zu haben.
• Kanaathees (2/5): - Sehr unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter, wir wurden beleidigt und geschubst. Er hat unsere Zeit in Barcelona extrem erschwert. Unser Koffer war im Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum, welcher geschlossen war, obwohl er sich darin befand. Obwohl wir geläutet und geklopft haben, hat er die Tür nicht geöffnet. Die Putzfrau, die nach 35 Minuten kam, hat uns dann unser Gepäck gegeben. Er kam danach provokant herausgelaufen? Der Check-in war durch diese Person extrem verspätet, wir konnten das Zimmer erst um 16 Uhr entgegennehmen. Wir hatten Tickets für einen Anlass mit einem Zeitstempel um 15:45, den wir durch diesen schrecklichen Mitarbeiter verpasst haben. Er kommt auch immer im Trainingsanzug und wirkt unseriös. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft keineswegs zu buchen. Das Personal ist konsequent respektlos, rassistisch und unfreundlich. Die Unterkunft hatte bereits unsere ID sowie alle nötigen Daten. Beim Check-in kamen jedoch von ihm dumme Bemerkungen wie: „Ihr seid doch sicher nicht von der Schweiz.“ Es ist für mich unverständlich, wie eine solche Person mit Kunden in Kontakt sein kann. Es ist sehr viel schiefgelaufen.

Nous avons eu des difficultés à notre arrivée, on a attendu devant la porte un petit moment avant que quelqu’un vienne nous accueillir et une fois sur place, nous avons été placé en attente dans l’auberge sans trop d’explications.

• Verena (9/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage - Super Lage, total zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man beim Bahnhof, also echt ideal. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr bequemes und kuscheliges Bett, ideal nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag. Es gibt eine nette kleine Dachterrasse, und an der Rezeption bekommt man eine lange Liste an Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Das Wifi hat in meinem Zimmer im obersten (fünften) Stock nicht mehr funktioniert. Ansonsten war aber alles super.

Pasamos todo el sábado por la tarde hablando con una empresa que supuestamente se encarga de hacer de intermediario. Hicimos ocho llamadas, en cada una tenía que volver a explicar lo que ocurría y cada vez era un teleoperador diferente y con respuestas diferentes. No pudieron ponerse en contacto con los dueños ni tampoco ofrecernos una solución. Lamentable atención al cliente.

There are just a few points that could make the experience even better. It would be helpful to provide two towels per person, along with facecloths for each guest. More water on arrival would also be appreciated, ideally enough for one bottle per guest. Additionally, having extra loo roll available would be useful for larger groups. Lastly, ensuring that the check-in time is adhered to would help guests plan their arrival more smoothly. Overall, a lovely place with great potential, just a few small improvements would make it exceptional, especially for groups celebrating special occasions like a hen party.

Jest przestronny, komfortowy i urządzony z dużym wyczuciem stylu, co sprawia, że pobyt w nim jest wyjątkowo przyjemny. W jego skład wchodzą: przedpokój, mniejszy pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, spora łazienka, w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, przytulna sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem małżeńskim i wyjściem na kameralny balkonik oraz salon z jadalnią, w którym znajduje się wygodna, rozkładana sofa i również wyjście na oddzielny balkonik. Lokalizacja apartamentu jest bardzo dogodna – pozwala na swobodne zwiedzanie okolicy. W pobliżu znajdują się zarówno najważniejsze atrakcje, jak i przystanki komunikacji miejskiej. Do sklepu Lidl można dojść w około 12 minut, a jeszcze bliżej znajduje się Aldi. Okolica jest spokojna i bezpieczna. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje również świetna organizacja samodzielnego zameldowania - otrzymaliśmy bardzo czytelne instrukcje, a nawet film pokazujący cały proces. Z lotniska można łatwo dotrzeć na miejsce autobusami T1 lub T2, a od przystanku dzieli apartament zaledwie około 10 minut spaceru.

They spammed me with messages all the days begore our arrival about what time we arrive, but when we were there ( the same time i had informed), there was noone to open the house for us. No answering to our messages also, inhad to call them in spaninsh number!!!! So unprofessional. Also, it was a bad suprise there werent any sampoo etc and also there were only 2 small bottles of water for 5 people. Bad welcoming, the journy didn t start in a good way

The location was perfect—close to public transport, great restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring so easy and convenient. The apartment itself was very roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day out. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made it feel welcoming and cared for. I also appreciated how well-equipped it was, with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and I would definitely stay there again. There honestly wasn’t much to dislike about the apartment. If I had to mention a small detail, it would be that the check-in required a bit of coordination beforehand, but the hosts were very proactive and made the process easy by sending clear videos explaining each step. Their communication was helpful and reassuring, which made everything go smoothly. Overall, any minor inconvenience was minimal and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a large group so having four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms were exactly what was needed. The location is great with respect to all the major tourist locations. The conversations and coordinations with the property managers were great and timely. We have recommended this location to one of friends and they are renting the exact location. Highly recommended! Nothing. We liked all aspects of the location.

Finalmente, el mail de checkout, indicando que debíamos sacar la basura a la calle me ha resultado chocante y desubicado, la limpieza es parte del servicio que contrato; la próxima vez qué pedirán? Que cambie las sábanas? Con muy pequeños cambios, podrían lograr una gran recomendación. Ojalá los hagan, porque me gustaría volver a alojarme allí, pero no lo haré si mantienen estás condiciones.
• Georgiana (10/5): Cateva zile de vis in inima Barcelonei - Locatia excelenta, un apartament elegant intr-o cladire istorica, dar renovata si dotata modern cu toate facilitatile. Amplasata chiar langa o statie de autobuz si la 10 min de mers pe jos fata de 2 statii importante de metrou, Paseig de Gracia si Placa Catalunya. La 10 minute de mers pe jos fata de Casa Batllo si la 15- 20 min fata de Casa Pedrera. Totul a fost la superlativ! Ca nu am putut sta mai mult.

• Simona (9/5): - Appartamento curatissimo, nuovo e molto pulito. Arredato molto bene con tutti i comfort Posizione centrale comoda. Vicino a stazione dei taxi e ai supermercati Ascensore non funzionante all'arrivo quindi abbiamo dovuto portare su le valigie per tre piani. Arrivati alle 15 la casa non era ancora pronta siamo tornati alle 15.30 Un pò stretti gli orari per comunicare con il gestore.

• TUFAN (10/5): - The location was perfect — the apartment was not in the crowded city center, yet only a 5-minute walk away, making the area very convenient and pleasant. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. Overall, everything was amazing. There is nothing negative to mention. Everything in the apartment was very well organized.

• Diego (9/5): Excelente apartamento con defectos observados en los comentarios - El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Es muy cómodo y amplio, con todo lo necesario más cerca de todo. Al igual que otros comentarios, el piso hace ruido al caminar, tanto del apartamento como del piso de arriba, por lo que si son de sueño ligero seguro se despiertan. Además uno de los baños tenia olor a grasera.

• yuri (7/5): Disapoiting - Well located and confy We ran out of hot water every day in a family of 4. We complain about it and they Sad they would send Someone to check it, but nothing’s changed. The fridge and the bathroom were not clean at all when we’ve got there. No whole body mirror, no cleaning service and no changing towels in a 5 days stay. For the price we have payed, a good well located 4 star hotel would have been much better.
