• nickdL69UN (2/5): Scary Unreliable hotel - stay out of this hotel but kudos to the staff mac and mylene they are very helpful the problem is we didnt know whose fault it is because when we came back after the tour one filipino guy who is pretending to be a thai told us that our room mirror has a crack then we asked him are you sure and he threatened us that they will review the cctv in our room to our suprise theres a cctv inside the room according to him that night theres another thai staff and I asked him why theres a cctv on the room he said none and he helped me to check with the management as well because we didnt even know theres a crack my sister noticed theres a small crack when we entered but didnt bother to tell us then the next day they asked us to pay 4500baht!! so I asked Mylene the morning shift staff she asked for the manager after so many convo they still charged us 3500 baht just for a freaking mirror its like full size mirror already!!!! beware the boss didnt even consider maybe its their housekeeping fault

When we requested to change the room then they mi Ed our stuff out of our to a different room when we were outside doing shopping. So they touched and went through our bags without our consent. Thankfully nothing wasn't missing and the staff did pack everything in the end but touching clients' belongings and going into their room without consent is not professional.

• Michael (1/5): Complaint for bad service - Nothing The rooms were dirty, small in size and the staff unpleasant, rude, unprofessional and lacking manners. Upon, check in, we were asked to make a refundable deposit of 2000bhatt. Upon check out, we were compelled to pay 500bhat,...As per the personnel in charge this was due to stain on the towel. Of course, we argued not to pay that amount but the guy insisted. For him, the towel was new... We then cleaned the towel with water only, and the stain was gone. But we didn't make any complain from our side that upon checkin there was a stain on the bedsheet and the bedsheet hasn't been changed since the 1st day until the last day. 4 bottles of water in the mini bar at 100baht has been charged per room. The staff said that he has mentioned at checkin... Of course not, this hasn't been well explained to us. I think it's a way to get money from tourists apart from the payment by booking.com Honestly we didn't recommend this hotel at all.

U want to open up big luggage also difficult. not as the photo their provided. And it unsafe if u use MRT at night. It motel located in the very quite narrow road.
• triportreatss (2/5): Rude service, worst hotel in Bangkok - Actual condition was really different with the photos given, room was cramped for 3 persons (they said room is enough for 4 people), no room for even walking, towel was as thin & rough as foot mat, waterflow in bathroom was super small.. and the worst was the noise & banging sounds all night, we hardly get any sleep, we made a complaint to the reception but they didnt even say sorry at all, my gosh.. the worst hotel i've ever stayed in, location also inside small aisle, i dont recommend anyone staying here

• babug520214 (4/5): “ Bad Cleanliness, poor soundproof and inconvenience at all”. Located deep inside the alley. - "Budget Hotel"!!!!!! Room so dusty and mould growing inside bathroom. Room assigned without window (good and bad). Room assigned different from published. Small room, small standing shower and toilet, no window. Soundproofing is super bad. Can hear from next door, upper level, lift and reception/lobby as my room same level as lobby, nearby lift and staircase. Midnight receptionist warns us while we're using our own hair dryer to blow hair after shower at 10 pm (said will charge us $1500 if we make noise!!!!) . We whole nights can't sleep well due to bad sound proof, uncomfortable mattress, dusty and dirty room. Middle of the night can smell sewage. We also didn't make a single complaint. So, which means we should make complaints and ask for compensation for all our unhappiness??? Cheap Mattress and pillow, uncomfortable. Extra bottles of water were charged and are even more expensive than 7-11, charged at TH25. The hotel is located not near to BTS. Either you need to walk all the way out or take tuktuk/taxi/grab. Only 1 thing good is Air-con.

• Getaway27672820787 (2/5): ZONK! - Trust me, never book this hotel, spend your money somewhere else, not worth even a cent 1. locations are very far from the main road, deep in the dark and dirty alley, they have a golf cart but the staffs have so many excuses to not let u ride 2. rooms look nothing like the picture, pictures are all rendered. Very bad sound insulation and they only have 1 key card which is very inconvenient 3. Staff were so rude and impolite, asking us for money bcs he FORFOT to charged us when we checked in, we were willingly to pay extra but the way he asked is so rude and he wasnt even sorry

• Buse (1/5): Please don’t throw away your money by making reservation to this hotel. - I HATE IT. I made a reservation in a low price and it was confirmed. I sent a message to hotel but i hadn’t any reply so i thought that everything is ok and it was a promotion. I arrived to hotel at 10 pm (i came from Cambodia and i was over tired and sleepless) they asked x10 money that i should pay regarding to my confirmed reservation saying that if i don’t pay they won’t let me to the room. I said to them i won’t pay this amount because i already have a confirmed price and if it’s not a correct price why they didn’t cancel my reservation. They said me that i had to cancel it! (whatt?? i need a room so i would cancel it??) i argued with them after so much passed time they had to let me in(only on condition i give my passport to them. They were super disrespectful and always talked me in a high voice. They treated like i am a burglar or something. When i wanted to check out in the morning they checked the room around 6-7 minutes (?????) IT WAS A REALLY PERFECT WELCOME TO THE COUNTRY!! I started so unhappily to my holiday because of them!! The room was smelling wc, the bed and pillow were uncomfortable, there wasn’t soap in the bathroom,staff was very rude and disrespectful, far away from the Khaosan Road.

En ce qui concerne la proprete ,douche pas tres propre ,il y avait des cafards dans la chambre ,papiers toilette pas assez pour 4 ,la chambres est tout juste pour 4 ,il n'y avait pas d'armoir pour mettre les affaires ,pas de porte manteau . • Verified traveler (6/5): - The staff were super friendly and they made the stay a lot better. But the cleanliness of the place was abit of a issue. We stayed on the highest floor where we had to walk up after taking the lift and there were so many mosquitoes, but we were thankful for the staff for spraying and killing it for us, but the mosquitoes appeared again after awhile. (our friend who stayed on a lower floor didnt have this problem). The floor towel was dirty with black stains even though we just checked in. The room size also looked a bit smaller in real life than in photos. The distance from the mrt station was abit far and abit quiet and dark to walk at night but the staff provided buggy service, which was very good. Overall, the cleanliness and mosquitoes situation can be improved.. But the service of the staff were super good 👍

Even though the hotel provide buggy service to send and pick up guests at 5 different points but I don’t safe coming back too late in the night. The dustbin in a family of 4 room is way too small.

• K (4/5): - Hotel is really far in, long walk to get to hotel from main road. Although they provide buggy service, but it broke down and out of service even till we checked out. Sound proofing is bad. Hotel room is tiny.

• Yinggcheryl (8/5): Value for money and clean - The hotel is pretty new and it is located in a small alley. It is also a little far from the train station and you have to walk quite a bit to get to the hotel. The pictures of the room does differ a little from reality. However the hotel is very clean and decent. Upon checking in, I was informed by the reception that there is complimentary buggy service to fetch its hotel guest to certain main locations (ie: Phaya Thai station, opposite platinum mall and also somewhere near pratunum market) which makes everything a more convenient. Do also remember to download Line as that’s how you will be messaging the hotel to book its buggy services. The staffs in the hotel were extremely nice and warm which made me felt like home. The services provided by the hotel staffs were amazing!
• Verified traveler (10/5): - the hotel staff were really nice, and their buggy service is really convenient as it can take you to a lot of places / drop you off at an area near to the nearby Malls so you can walk over. Really good reviews for Rajar, one of the receptionist there who braved the heavy rain and brought us to a food place to buy some fish soup as our friend fell ill. THANK YOU!
• L (4/5): - the location is good, only around 10 mins walk can arrive to central world and the room cleaning stuff are nice and polite. but just don't expect too much about the room as their room pictures has obviously been photoshopped before, the lack of sound barrier is also a huge problem, the guests opposite to my room kept talking and screaming also walking around the whole night until 3am, it was very disturbing to me and I could not sleep at all. also there is no safety box in the room, so i had to carry all my money to go out everyday, which was very dangerous for me......

• Sol (8/5): - The photos in the site are not reflective of the actual hotel room/facilities. I believe these are all 3D rendered plans only. Rooms are actually smaller in person. Please ask the hotel to update their photos. We were a bit disappointed with the size of the room, in addition, the platform of the bed is not senior citizen/PWD friendly. Appreciate though that as small the property was, there is a lift available. And the most redeeming quality of this hotel is with their staff. Special mention to everyone who made our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one! Thank you Cleef, Roger, Albert and Marvin, the cook and the housekeeping staff as well :)
• Angela (2/5): - Very bad experience. Was told of free upgrade to top level rooms with no lift access but room was very small (inconsistent with pics). Not sound proof, all of us was unable to sleep all night as we can hear walking, conversations of guest, train tracks, generator sounds etc. Mosquito in rooms, no amenties and facilities. Did not understand why reviews are mostly excellent. Staff overall nice and apologetic when we decided to move hotel next day.
• Jesslimcy (10/5): Holiday - The service in this hotel is superb and the hotel staff never fails to bring a smile to our faces (especially Cleef!). Thank you for the great experience and we would definitely recommend others looking for a cozy place to stay to check this hotel out.
• 872stanleyj (10/5): Holiday - This hotel has the most friendly staff ever. Cleef and Albert and the staff was super friendly and helpful with us during our stay. Will def stay here again when we visit Bkk. Rooms are a little smaller then other but it’s comfortable enough. The hotel are relatively new. Even the complimentary soap and shampoo has a really nice scent.

• DanielG7286 (10/5): Very Good Hotel - While the location is a little bit too deep at Pratunam, they cover it up with buggy service. I'm surprised they can send you and pick you up until 12 midnight. The best thing in this hotel is the receptionist, their service were very good! And they are super friendly (especially Marvin and Roger, shout out to you man). Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable :D

• Zhao (10/5): - Safe location, private relax and near market. Also in the center of Bangkok. THE room is big even the price its not to high. ALMOST 100%perfect. I am suggesting thia hotel for everyone who want a good trip and safe time and budget.
• LI MING (8/5): 空間太小 - 離水門市場約600公尺的後面的小巷子內，附近是工廠跟住家環境不進理想，房間空間真的太小，早期的舊房子改建，房間電梯距離都很近所以有點吵，但前面巷子按摩一條街很方便
• RachelLee (10/5): - Friendly staff and provided good service! We’ve been served with welcome tea upon arrival! Location is average as is abit isolated, though just 5 mins walk from the night market. But they do provide buggy service to send u to the nearest stations or send u back to hotel! I think their service is superb! The best best service they also provide in their hotel is the Thai massage service! Price is reasonable! After a long walk, u definitely need a massage! What is the best thing is, you can enjoy massage inside your room or at their lobby / room they provided! Overall experience is excellent! I will definitely consider staying here again for the next visit!

Me and my family stay in this hotel, the room design is modern,unique,spacious room, toilet is big,very clean ,have a golf car service my kids really enjoy it,spa on the ground floor is very relaxing, and The staff are helpful and kind they great you with smile.I highly recommended, we come back again on our next trip.(love)(hahaha)

The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers and shopping mall in the city. As for the room, It's surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommed this hotel to others having a business trip or vacation trip. See you again The Prestige bangkok hotel!
• Rach (4/5): - Dont ever stay in this property. There is no sound barrier in this hotel at all. The guests next door party until 3am and we could not sleep at all. On the 2nd morning the guests next door keep walking around and talking non-stop from 7am to 8.30am. However, the receptionist Albert is super professional, friendly and helpful. 5 stars hotel staffs but hotel only 1 star.
• seongyeon (6/5): 청소 안해요 - 방이 생각보다 작다는 후기를 보아 알고는 있었지만, 그리 작을 지 몰랐다, 총 3명이서 여행을 갔는데 통로에 가방을 펼치면 너무 좁아 화장실로 가는 길에 다 부딪칠 수 밖에 없는 넓이였으며 침대 시트에 처음부터 검은게 뭐가 묻어있어 뭐지 했는데 청소 후에도 있길래 시트를 갈지 않구나 느꼈고, 화장실에는 배수관에 계속해서 막혀 힘들었으며, 청소하는건 침대정리, 쓰레기통비우기, 원래 있던 물건 제자리 두기 이렇게 끝이였다. 예를 들어 바닥에 머리카락이 있음 청소 후에도 그대로 있었다. 우리가 쓰레기통에 넣지 않아 그런 것 같았다. 그리고 청소 후 수건을 다시 넣어두지 않아 다시 달라고 해야하는 불편을 겪었다. 또 제일 큰 것으론 수압이 매우 낮아 씻을 때 불편을 겪었다. (진짜 수압 너무 별로에요) 그 더운 날 꺠끗하고 개운하게 씻고 싶은데 수압이 낮아 오래 걸리며 느낌상 개운함을 잘 받지 못했다. 샴푸랑 린스 등 다 비치 되어있다 하여 그런 줄 알았으나 샴푸는 머리 닫는 순간 엄청 뻑뻑해지는 샴푸며 린스는 없고 바디워시 또한 없었다. 비치되어있는건 거품이 나지 않는 비누와 뻑뻑한 샴푸 ,드라이기 이거 뿐이였다. 하지만, 직원들의 친절도는 너무 좋았다. 그 중에서도 가까운 거리는 툭툭이로 이동을 시켜줬으며 우리가 밤에 편의점을 들리는걸 그 직원이 보아 우리를 기다린 후 숙소까지 다시 데려다 줬다. 그런 부분에 있어 정말 직원들과는 좋았다. 또한 빠뚜남 시장이라고 숙소 근처에 시장이 있어서 좀 편리했다.

Le matin la famme de chambre nous reveille de bon heure pour faire la chambre. Elle n'ettoie pas le sol pendant toutes nos sejours. L'hotel est tout neuf, mais n'est pas fini completement. Des matin, ils commencent a faire des travaux partout. Nous ne conseilleons pas de tout.

• patrick (10/5): GREAT STAY!!! - I really enjoy the room is super clean, comfortable bed, spacius and its newly built hotel well modern decorated.Location is awesome near in the restaurant, malls,sky train, street foods.night market, and accessible by taxi, grab and tuktuk..I highly recommended to traveler for holiday and business trip.

It is the nicest Hotel I've ever seen, design of tropical plants is pretty fantastic we feel refreshing. Impressive Staff/Reception with speedy services to fetching and pick up us around Pratunam area and also they are speaking very well in English, the room is quiet Big bed it is totally comfortable to sleep we feel relaxing in this very quiet place, they also can provide a breakfast with an affordable price and it was totally delicious, near at some convenience store like 7-11, Family Mart and also 2 minutes walk along the Pratunam Market,. Unforgettable stay in this property we will came back soon. Thanks for the good service we’ve had, see you next time The Prestige Hotel.
