Per il resto, i rumori dell'esterno sono ben udibili avendo le finestre a primo piano, ma chiudendole si riduce di molto e c'è possibilità di rinfrescarsi con aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante. sapone per le mani mancante e poca fornitura di carta igienica

Overall, we had a very dis - Just location … We were truly shocked to find a cockroach in the apartment. My kids were terrified and cried a lot—they didn’t even want to stay anymore, which made it very hard for us to calm them down.
Secondly, the bathroom sink was blocked when we arrived. We informed the host immediately, but it wasn’t fixed until the next day, so we couldn’t use it for 24 hours.
Considering the condition of the apartment, the price was far too high. We stayed only 3 nights and paid €687, which felt very unreasonable for the quality provided.
Unfortunately, we returned home with a bad impression and a disappointing experience. We expected a comfortable holiday, but this stay did not meet our expectations at all.

- Joel (4/5): I wouldn't stay here again. Added photos of exacly how we found it when we arrived. - It's all web-based. We are already in europe and have mobile data. But it could be a problem for people just arriving to europe and needing internet on the phone. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to open the doors. It was nasty when we arrived! We asked repeatedly weeks before if we could leave our bags there as we were landing early in the morning. All our messages were never answered, they only send messages with info but refused to acknowledge any of our messages. Check in was at 4pm, since we used the whole day to visit the city we arrived at 6pm. All the apartment was dirty, clearly from the previous group before us. I called the support number and they apologize. It took an hour for their cleaner outsourced company to come clean the place and 2 hours to clean. I complained and took photos and requested to speak with someone else (the lady on the phone could only apologize but couldnt do anything) and they asked me to send an email since it was a long weekend holiday and nobody would be available to help.
Other not so nice things, the bathroom sink was clogged, we ourselved bought the liquid to unclog it. No air flow whatsoever inside the apartment. The instructions to find the apartment in the building were not clear, we had to call to figure it out, it could be easily part of the basic info message.
- Bryan (3/5): I anticipated an updated clean apartment that is on the website not an old tired looking apartment. - The bathroom had mold on top of the ceiling and there was no ventilation fan so there was mold all over the grout of the shower and sink. There was a mess in the oven . They were doing construction next door so noisy. The apartment looked old and tired with water damage on the living room walls from the AC. This apartment did not look like the picture. It is blurry for a reason. I paid too much money for this old apartment for nine days. The building manager was real quick and got someone to clean after I complained. For 200+ a day, I would rather have spent money on hotel.

- Anthony (1/5): Don't go unless the agency is changed and locks are installed on the inside of the entrance door - Location, size of apartment and good facilities (kitchen, clothes washer) Awful, Awful, Awful. After making the booking we were informed by email that hte keys had to be collected from the agency. From the station (our arrival point) the agency was in the opposite direction from the apartment itself which added 45 minutes to our time to get to the apartment. We requested an earlier check in (12.00pm v 4.00pm) or at least the possiblility of leaving our baggage until it was opened - no response was received. I went to check in by myself so that the rest of the family did not have to cart their luggage around, and was told they would not check me in without all passports....after explaining why I did not have the passports they eventually set me up with an electronic key. On arrival at the block of flats I was unable to identify the apartment so called the agency, having identified it the electronic key did not work so the agency opened it remotely. Later that evening I got an email from the agency saying they would cancel the key unless copies of the other two passports were sent in. I did this and had to do it three times for one passport as their system could not read it even though all the information was legible.
FINALLY AND WORST OF ALL ONE WAS NOT ABLE TO LOCK THE DOOR FROM THE INSIDE MEANING THAT THE AGENCY OR ANYONE WITH THE ELECTRIC KEY COULD ENTER AT ANYTIME. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSAFE FOR GUESTS.
It felt like the agency was set up to be as efficient as possible for the agency, while in the process forgetting their most important asset..the client.

The AC didn’t work, we had to figure it out ourselves because the person they sent over had no clue. We left a few things in the apartment and asked them to send them to us (at our expense) but they disappeared…. Never again.

- Yi (5/5): complicated check in. cleaning bad. - big space. nice tv where you can log in your Netflix.but I’m not sure whether I can get log out after checking out. too complicated online check in steps with hard to use website. no service in the building and took a lot of time calling the staff to open the door for us.
one of the bed was dirty without cleaning. someone definitely has used it.
