• Alison Stenton (10/5): Fantastic apartment, made our Christmas in Rome perfection 🥰 - What a fabulous apartment, close to St Peters, in a quiet residential area. All facilities were spot on, beds comfy, lift a huge bonus too as apartment on floor 5. The cherry on the top was the huge terraced area. The main bedroom and kitchen had doors going off onto it. The host is so helpful. Fridge stocked with milk and water. Breakfast foods also left for us. I'd definitely stay again. There were 4 of us, but it would easily fit 6. Beautifully decorated too! 10 out of 10 Oven not very powerful

Il terrazzo e la veranda il valore aggiunto per chi soggiorna in primavera estate. Il proprietario è super disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere alle richieste. Tornerò sicuramente. • Lamela (7/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione è ottima per muoversi in tutta Roma La struttura pur essendo arredata in stile vintage necessita comunque di alcune accortezze per renderla migliore, inoltre la struttura necessita di una pulizia più approfondita, specialmente in cucina.

• ISABEL (9/5): Comoditat i tranquil·litat en una ubicació propera a les zones històriques de la ciutat - L'amfitrió ens va obsequiar amb un petit esmorzar pel primer dia La ubicació de l'allotjament és molt agradable, estàs a la vora de tots els llocs però en una zona molt tranquil·la Potser la cuina és una mica justa si n'has de fer molt d'ús. Nosaltres no la vam utilitzar, però en cas de voler cuinar podria ser difícil, tot i que està perfectament equipada.

• Bernadette (8/5): A week in Rome - The host Simone was excellent. Communication before our arrival was exceptional and Simone even helped organise a car to pick us up at the airport which removed a lot of stress on arrival. The location is excellent with lots of restaurants and shops on your doorstep as well as the metro station. The Vatican is about a 10 minute walk away. The apartment is typically Italian, old and traditional but with everything you need for a comfortable stay. As Rome is such a vibrant city with so much to see and do we spent very little time in the apartment but the time we did spend there was comfortable. Would recommend for couples or families with older children due to it being on the top floor of the building. There was nothing we didn't like but remember the tourist tax as this has to be paid at the end of your stay.

The apartment is really cozy and in a lovely building and has everything you need. Simone was perfect host and helped us with organising transfer from the airport. Nothing, all was great

House is comfortable. he let us check in earlier, which was so nice. Simone is a great host, quick response and very friendly. Kitchen floor has some loose planks, so it needs a little bit of maintenance.

Accommodating to changes. we found some dirty dishes and food in the microwave. could use some better checkup over cleaning before having the next guests

• Kristóf (9/5): I recommend this apartment, we had no issues, and the jacuzzi is a great extra feature. - The apartment is in a quiet place, with very good public transport access. It's big, and has a large balcony. Also the jacuzzi is great. Getting in the apartment was easy, we did not meet the owner but he was helpful online. We also enjoyed the rustic style, it feels unique among the many shiny renovated apartments, and still it was nice and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. The wooden floor in the bathroom is degraded. The elevator only worked on floors 0-4, but not on the 5th floor, where the apartment is located. But these are not dealbreakers, only minor issues.
