• Varduhi (3/5): - Die Lage war gut, die U-Bahn (Dante) war in der Nähe. Das Bad war schrecklich – eine sehr alte Dusche, aus der Wasser auslief, und ein unangenehmes Waschbecken. Neben der Toilette gab es eine improvisierte Bidet-Dusche, die über den Wasseranschluss des Waschbeckens lief, aber nicht funktioniert hat. Sauber war es auch nicht. Die Handtücher haben nach Essig gerochen. Zwar gab es in der Küche Kaffee, aber die Kaffeemaschine war schmutzig und uralt. Das Licht im Zimmer war ebenfalls viel zu schwach.

• Demo (7/5): Soluzione comoda e accettabile - Ho soggiornato presso Le Quinte del Bellini e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata in linea con il prezzo pagato. La struttura è semplice, con arredi essenziali (con anche un piccolo cucinino), ma comunque piacevole nel suo insieme. Il vero punto di forza è la posizione, estremamente comoda per muoversi a piedi nel centro storico. Ci sono alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati: • il Wi-Fi non è particolarmente stabile, e può risultare limitante per chi lavora da remoto • il materasso non è molto confortevole • al mattino entra molta luce, che la tenda non riesce a schermare del tutto • la zona è abbastanza rumorosa, soprattutto nelle prime ore del giorno • la pulizia è discreta, ma migliorabile in alcuni dettagli Nel complesso è una soluzione pratica per soggiorni brevi, soprattutto per la posizione strategica. Con qualche attenzione in più potrebbe offrire un’esperienza ancora più piacevole.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Super miejscówka, polecam bardzo - Apartament czysty, w pobliżu metra i przystanków autobusu. Jest możliwość korzystania z kuchni. W apartamencie było cicho. W razie czego jest klimatyzacja- można się ogrzać w zimne dni (byłam w styczniu). Szybki kontakt z właścicielką, która jest bardzo pomocna. Polecam.
• Mattia (4/5): Posizione perfetta, il resto... Meno - La posizione è centrale e strategica. La comodità di accesso e la possibilità di lasciare le valigie. Ci sono molti difetti. A partire dal bagno, angusto, con un doccino al posto del bidet e ricavato da uno sdoppio del lavabo. La doccia ha le fughe piene di muffa, perde parecchia acqua e il doccino non ha un supporto. La camera anche se non è il massimo è funzionale. La cosa peggiore è che tutte le pareti sono di cartongesso e quindi tra le stanze si sente tutto, come se si fosse separati da una tenda.

• Volha (7/5): - The place was nice and the location is perfect, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away. The host was very helpful. We didn’t have towels in the room upon arrival, but this was quickly resolved. Overall, it’s great value for the money. The elevator system is a bit unusual, as it requires a 10-cent coin to operate. It would have been helpful to know this in advance, as it came as a small surprise considering we didn't have any cash. The air conditioning didn’t seem to be working, so it was a bit cold, though not a major issue.

• Luis (3/5): - The bathroom had a bad smell, and the room wasn’t properly cleaned when I arrived — there was hair on the floor. After letting the host know, they did a quick cleanup, mostly just mopping, but it still didn’t meet my expectations. It also made me wonder if the sheets and other things were properly cleaned before I got there. The AC stopped working at one point too, which made it very uncomfortable on a humid night.

También nos permitieron dejar nuestras pertenencias mientras hacíamos turismo, cosa que agradecimos. El edificio del apartamento estaba bastante sucio. El baño no era muy grande y era un poco incómodo.

• Maya (8/5): Great location in the city, everything you need - Location was great. Comfortable bed. Nice small balcony. Had everything we needed. Aircon was a god send. It’s a noisy street below, if your a light sleeper take that into account. Wifi connection in our room (3) dropped in and out so we didn’t bother using it. Communication pre and during check in was great, however checking out was not great.

Właścicielka zaangażowana, pomocna i z - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetna baza wypadowa, dobrze skomunikowana. Bardzo mała łazienka, bez mechanicznego wywiewu oraz bardzo głośny mechanizm spuszczania wody, okno, którego nie można było odsłonić.

Idem à chaque fois qu’on prenait de l’eau (chasse d’eau, robinet). La porte des toilettes ne fermait pas complètement, nous privant ainsi d’intimité. Le lit était très inconfortable.

• N.J. (3/5): Not worth the money. - The location is great. You can reach the metro in 5 minutes, and the city center is also within walk A b&b suggests breakfast. Nothing could be further from the truth. Soon after arriving at the accommodation, it turned out that breakfast wasn't available. Due to "circumstances," they couldn't serve it. Instead of politely notifying the guests beforehand or offering a refund, they simply make you pay for breakfast that isn't available. After some contact, we ultimately didn't have to pay the tourist tax. This was a poor compensation, since we really chose the accommodation based on the availability of breakfast. Also good to know: the b&b is on the fourth floor. You can reach it by stairs or by elevator, which costs 10 cents. That would have been nice to know more than a day in advance, because as a tourist you don't always have 10 cents on you, and that's why we had to lug our suitcases up 4 floors. The room: The doors are very difficult to open as they drag on the floor. The door handles are almost loose. If you're not a couple, a 1.40m wide bed is a bit small. The air conditioning works, but the temperature is incorrect. The mechanism that normally allows you to raise and lower the shower head was broken. The rings on the shower head don't fit properly, causing water to leak. We were supposed to get clean towels on day three. When we returned to our room after a day out, we only had two clean towels instead of four. After using a towel for three days, you really want new ones. The cleaners come every day, but the rooms aren't really clean. There were long hairs on the floor that weren't ours, our table wasn't cleaned, and ants crawled on the floor (even after cleaning).In the shared kitchen, you'll find dishes that make you wonder if they're actually completely clean (there's no dishwasher).Our conclusion: the location is great, but this b&b is really in need of a lot of updating. Don't be fooled by the photos, because it certainly doesn't look like it anymore!

Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten. Leider war die Unterkunft sehr dreckig und nicht gepflegt, anders als die Bewertungen bei Booking.com es vermuten lassen.

Molto disponibili i titolari che per ovviare ad un problema con la colazione ci sono venuti incontro facendoci un sconto. Arredi datati, bagno piccolo e senza bidet. La struttura era relativamente pulita.

The owners contacted me a night before late and I received several further WhatsApp messages with instructions inclusive of how to use the bathroom. The tone was not overly freindly and when I tried to concatc them by WhatsApp neither of them anserwered. I had to call them in order to open the front door. You need 10cent coins to use the elevator!

• Mohamed Fares (9/5): Central and clean accommodation in Napoli - The accommodation was very clean and the check-in process was seamlessly efficient. The location is also really good as the metro station is nearby and the old town is easily reachable. The contact with the owners was also very nice and quick. All in all there's nothing to complain about. We were really happy and it's a good deal for the stay in Napoli.

A 200 metros de la estación de metro Dante, lo que es muy conveniente, y a 400 metros de los bares y restaurantes. Tiene aire acondicionado, la limpieza se realiza todos los días y existen algunas facilidades disponibles para los turistas, como por ejemplo paraguas por la lluvia que se presenta en la ciudad. En general está bien, la comunicación con el host también es genial, y las áreas de mejora están en en edificio que no depende del dueño, como la moneda de 10 céntimos que necesitas para hacer funcionar el ascensor.

• Anja (7/5): nice but room for improvements - location, many cool bars and restaurants nearby, metro station very close, the balcony was great, it was clean and the bed was comfy the bathroom is very very small, there are no shelves to put your things in there. the bathroom is very very dark. also, there was no one there to greet us, in the kitchen it said there is food and drink in the fridge for us - there wasnt anything in the fridge. also there was only one coffee capsule and no one ever brought more… no milk or anything. it felt like we were alone in somebody elses apartment
