- Tsz Sheung (8/5): - 有點老舊，而且有梅斑，浴室的沐浴露及洗髮水各一包，還要兩個人用，實在有點難為，建議換上掛牆式的沐浴露裝置！ 地點就在萬年商業大廈後一條街，出入還算是方便，半夜樓下的羊肉羹和烤粟米很好吃，還有正對面那家小吃店也是很好吃

- Thomas (2/5): Bring your own cleaning supplies - At least the hotel is close to the action. After a crazy, badly organized check-in procedure we went to our room to find it had been barely cleaned - okay they made the bed. But there was hair in the toilet and basin, stains of an unidentified nature on most surfaces, someone's leftover lunch under the bed - and the internet didn't work. We ended up doing the cleaning ourselves, and only after some raised voices did they finally call the internet services provider to come and find the WiFi. If we weren't stranded because of Storm Trumi we would have left in the first minutes, but Taipei was full for the Gay Prive Weekend.

- Angel (8/5): 請加強清潔度 - 位置：很好，走3分鐘便到西門町，5分鐘便到西門站，很方便。 房間：整體不錯，房間空間可以開1-2個行李箱，有提供最基本備品（牙刷、浴帽、刮鬍刀），淋浴露和洗髮水也有提供但只有一小包，沒有拖鞋。 清潔度有待加強：地板不算乾淨，因為有些位置有少許黏黏感覺，房間和浴室分別見到螞蟻，有些塵垢掛在門後空隙，冷氣出風位有塵埃。 冷氣遙控器沒有反應。 這次是入住前一天才訂房，在沒太多選擇下訂了這家。 其實以這個價錢、房間大小、地理位置是挺好，但清潔度要再加強才考慮再入住。
- TIN YAN ANNA (4/5): 衛生環境欠佳 - 第一次獨遊選擇了台灣西門町附近嘅酒店，四周有好多嘢食舖頭同買嘢嘅地方， 5分鐘左右到地鐵站。這次被安排在2樓住宿，不幸地廁所堵塞造成不便，另外有小飛飛分佈左廁所及瞓覺嘅地方大約有六至八隻。原本想開窗簾看看出邊嘅環境，但細看窗簾有塵及小飛飛。 體驗了不同地方的住宿後比較這一間旅店環境衛生方面欠佳，所以導致有小飛飛出現。

- Verified traveler (4/5): There are better places to stay in Ximending - For this price range there are plenty of other choices in Ximending. The only positive going for this hotel is the sound proofing... Everything else is just bad or worse. The window is in an awkward position so you won't see it unless you purposely standing right in front of it. Then again, given the view outside of the window you most likely be thankful it is covered by a blind (see photo). The room in general is a old and tire looking. The bathroom is only partially covered by frosted window, thus if you are on the toilet your better half will see you. I fell down the stairs as we walked down side by side. The stairwell is not well lit. As you can see in the photos from above the green artifical grass looks leveled with the wooden floor board but it in fact is about 1-2 inches lower, thus if you step on the edge of the board you may end up spraining your ankle as in my case.

The rooms could've been cleaner. I found some hairs in the bathroom and there was a lot of dust on the furniture next to the bed. Also the payment card I used to get the booking ING discount didn't work so I lost the discount.

Room had a lot of dust, small black debris( unsure what that was ), cohabits , and also discovered ants and a dead roach in the corner of the room. What made it worse, there was trash underneath the bed, as well as two open condom wrappers. All this was Discovered upon entering the room for the very first time, so obviously the cleaning individual needs to be more attentive

- WAI HANG (8/5): - 飯店位置旺中帶靜，方便去西門町行逛。不足的是：不是獨立空調，中央空調不能調節溫度。還有廁所的門是半透明而且沒有門鎖。

- Anna (8/5): Pleasant stay. - The location is good, close enough to MRT and tourist streets. The walls are very thin and I could hear all the noise from corridor.

- Nurul (10/5): Exceptional - It was a cosy place to stay for a solo traveller. The staff was nice and helpful. Location is super! A little too loud when people are talking in the corridors and the doors were banged to close and open. But it was good.

- Kenichi (6/5): - 4泊したが最初の２泊は夕方部屋に戻ってもルームクリーニングされておらず、フロントに言ってやっと掃除するという感じ。前回そんなことなかっただけに残念。最後の日は翌日以降午前２時頃チェックアウトして空港に向かうため、フロントで念押ししてようやく夕方五時ギリギリの掃除完了。気に入ったホテルだけに次回も同じであればもう泊まらない。お土産をチェックイン時にフロントに渡したが無駄だった。

- Jung (8/5): - 위치는 매우 좋음 진천미 도보 2분 까르푸 도보 10분도 안걸림 시먼 중심에 위치해 있고 앞에 편의점 2개나 있음 그런데 청소를 안해줌 청소 표지판 걸어놔도 그냥 수건만 갈아줌.. 숙박 첫날에는 청소 해달라고 해도 수건도 안갈아줬었음 진짜 청소 중요한 사람들은 돈 더주고 다른 호텔 가세요~
- Marie (6/5): Good Location - The location was ideal as it's in the heart of Ximending area. Easily accessible and tones of food places around for you to discover. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodated our requests. The hotel was actually in renovation when we went. So our room was in a different entrance and it was a bit of a chaotic Look and feel. Some guests were also smoking in the common area so the smell in the corridor was a bit off.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 安靜舒適便利，但是服務有待加強 - 1.沒有肥皂可以洗手,有向櫃檯反應，結論是我自己去買洗手液洗手。 2.如果您外出，不在住房裡面，最好告知櫃檯何時回來，否則房間不會打掃，直到下午四點以後。回到房間看到房間未整理，是很令人傻眼及不悅的。 3. 環境安靜，交通方便。
