• Olivia (3/5): Good budget stay, but not what we expected from the photos. - Close to the airport, bed was comfortable Not clean, cobwebs, dirty bathroom hair etc, no hand soap to wash hands, outlets did not work/ wouldn’t charge phone, graffiti on wall in room, no hand towels

• Royce (1/5): - Not much.. getting in a grab at 1030 and leaving.. Ridden with bed bugs, both dead and alive crawling over the mattress and on the window sill. The pillows were stained and smelt mouldy. We suspect the stains on pillows were blood stains from bed bug bites.. Had to book the Dorsett at 2130, which was amazing compared to Q loft.. Q loft not fit for human occupancy.

• Wild (5/5): Great location close to airport. Expensive for what you get. Aircon just struggled to keep the room cool. - Location from airport was good. Close to food markets so easy to grab a feed. Aircon really didn’t work. Noisy and just struggled to cool the room. Very hot uncomfortable night… no wake up call service.

• Thomas Nordby (1/5): Cockroach in the bathroom, glad I only stayed one night - Cockroach in the bathroom, aircondition didn't really cool the room, could hear the street noise and people throwing trash just outside the window, not sure if you can call the "shower" a shower.

More like an air b and b Basic room converted with comfortable clean bed on the floor …shower works but not designed as a wet room everywhere is wet after Very quick shower.sink not positioned properly as you can’t bend you head without hitting the shelf above. I was very tired so had a good sleep …no eating facilities …have to go out for breakfast …surrounded by Asian cafes if that suits your diet. Adding in price of taxi to and from plus cost of room not worth it for me this time See above remarks

The room was tiny but clean and whilst I didn't use them, there were good facilities ie kettle, tea/coffee/water, hair dryer, safe, TV (although it didn't work). Tiny room, no soundproofing, uncomfortable bed (could feel every spring)

Soooo many bed bugs and the room wasn't clean, lots of spider webs on the ceiling. The floor is very sticky too.

• Sandy3112 (8/5): Perfect break away from a long layover when travelling if you want to do a parkrun - It was close to where we wanted to be to take part in the Bedok Reservoir parkrun..... clean and comfortable enough.

• Debra (2/5): - Dirty rooms with black hair in the bed sheets and bottom of shower and bits of old dried up toilet paper on the floor when we arrived . Clearly not cleaned properly after previous guests. Black dirt all around the air conditioner and dirty walls. Towels very worn and stained. The shared kitchen facilities were very poor. Literally a few pieces of cutlery and barely any cooking utensils. No dinner plates at all . The air fryer appeared to have rust on the base and was filthy. There were no clean cloths for washing the dishes and toilet paper was on the cupboard for drying. I watched a staff member washing the crockery by simply rinsing with cold water and wiping it with his fingers, the standard of hygiene was very poor indeed. I would not recommend this accomodation and will not return again. I have looked up reviews on other sites and can see lots of people have commented on how dirty the rooms and facilities are. I wish I had researched more thoroughly before booking . 😩

• Carlin (4/5): Poor condition and overpriced - This is extremely overpriced for what it is, though we chose it due to proximity to the airport. The hotel at the airport is much more expensive. However for the price we expected this to be better than it was. The room was mouldy, smelly, and in rundown condition. The bathroom was tiny with a shower hose over the toilet and stairs to get in and out of it. The grab ride from airport wasn't even that cheap despite proximity, so next time we would just go stay somewhere better in the city rather than stay here due to proximity to the airport. There was no advantage.

• Kathryn (5/5): We needed somewhere to sleep between flights so we managed but this was a very very basic room. - The bed was small but comfortable. And we were grateful for the free bottled water. Virtually no amenity. A basic room with a tiny bathroom. Fortunately we were just there to sleep before an early flight.
• Johanna (2/5): Frightening - The cab ride out of there. WARNING: the photos are VERY deceptive. It was frightening, I paid AU$150 for an alley style hovel, the room very small and the bathroom was equivalent to a toilet only sized room but with a hand held shower head on the wall and smallest of sinks. It did have body wash and shampoo, two cups, bottled water and an electric kettle, one cup was dirty with lipstick around the rim! I had to heave my cases up the stairs and the receptionist barely acknowledged me. However, he did arrange a cab for the next morning to the airport and the driver arrived on time, in a sensational luxury car and it was only SGD24.
