- Edon (10/5): Top Lage und Sauber - Die Lage, es war sehr Ruhig, aber wir hatten auch ein zimmer welches weit innen war also das Fenster hat in den hof gezeigt, weiss nicht wie laut die Zimmer an der Strasse sind. Der Preis ist ein wenig hoch, jedoch ist ganz Rom eher nicht so günstig. Die Heizung hat nicht optimal funktioniert aber ist nicht schlimm.

The apartment was nice and big enough for a family (3 adults and a baby). Via del Corso is very busy street, so you just have to be prepared to hear the traffic noise. But it wasn’t an issue with closed windows.

- Zach (10/5): The staff and the location make this place a real gem . Thanks so much for making it special Elisa. You are a real genui - The location is amazing. Night walks to Colloseum, and Piazza Venezia are so peaceful and beautiful. Or the opposite way and you’re a 5 minute walk to Trevi fountain and 10 minutes from amazing luxury shopping if you want some more lively activities. But what really made this property stand out for me was the daytime staff at the front desk. Elisa and Massimo always had a friendly smile, and Ciao. Also great conversation and recommendations. They always went out of their way to accommodate and make my family and I comfortable. Particularly Elisa. She held about 10 massive bags for us while we went shopping around town after we checked out. And she did it with a smile on her face and not a hint of the attitude we all have experienced in Italy from time to time. She was also so sweet my 7 year old boy who is on the autism spectrum and can be A LOT. She really made us feel like we were at home. Some issues with the water power on the bidet and a leak in the shower head that sprayed water all over. Also no drying rack for the dishes. Minor stuff.

- Namrata (3/5): Absolutely don’t book - Proximity to everything I had a mixed experience here, but overall I would not stay here again. Pros: The location is good and convenient for getting around the city. There is also a 24-hour reception, which might be helpful for some guests, although I personally didn’t really use it. The place appeared fairly clean on the surface. Cons (and these are significant): First, this is marketed more like a hotel, but it is actually an Airbnb-style setup. That means you don’t really get proper hotel services, yet you’re paying prices comparable to a good hotel. That didn’t feel like good value. Cleanliness was also not as good as it initially seemed. It looked fine at first glance, but wasn’t truly clean. One thing that really stood out was the water situation. We were given one bottle of water on the first day, but when we asked for water on the following days, they refused, saying it’s an Airbnb. That doesn’t make sense — if it’s included in the cost for one night, why not for the entire stay? It felt unnecessarily stingy. Check-in was also inconvenient since you have to coordinate timing with someone instead of having a seamless hotel-style process. The biggest issue, though, was the temperature and noise. The thermostat did not work properly and was stuck around 28–28.5°C, which made the room uncomfortably hot. If we turned it off, the fan wouldn’t run, so the room became stuffy and claustrophobic. Opening the windows wasn’t a real solution either. The noise outside is extremely loud — it genuinely feels like you’re sleeping in the middle of the street. Even with the windows closed, the noise is still noticeable. They even provide earplugs in advance, which says a lot. That’s not something I expect when I’m paying this much. For the price, I could have easily stayed at a proper hotel with much better comfort and service. For comparison, I previously stayed at Bambino Suites and had an excellent experience — great service, very clean, and overall much better value.

- Carina (7/5): Schönes Apartment, Top Lage, aber schlechte Klimaanlage - Die Lage ist unglaublich gut. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Apartment mit Doppelbett und Schlafcouch. Die Klimaanlage hat mehr geheizt als gekühlt. Die Top Lage führt leider auch zu jeder Menge Krach. Am Piazza Venezia ist noch für mindestens 10 Jahre Baustelle (wird eine U-Bahn Station). Man muss wirklich aufpassen welches Apartment was ist. Ist etwas umständlich, aber man kann es herausfinden.

Καθημερινά αλλαγή στις πετσέτες και καθαριότητα δωματίου. ... Η συχνότητα των ασθενοφόρων ... Κι όμως κάθε 10 λεπτά περνούσαν ασθενοφόρα και άκουγες σειρήνες.

- Hemant (10/5): - I had an incredible experience at Amazing Plaza, located right in the heart of Rome! 🏙️ The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the staff were super dedicated and supportive, available 24/7. 👏 I stayed here with my wife and two kids, and we loved the balcony apartment with a stunning view. The daily cleaning service was a big plus, something you don't often find in other apartments. 😊 Overall, Amazing Plaza has everything you need for a perfect stay. Big shout-out to Sofia, who was super supportive and helpful! 💕 10/10 would recommend!

- Andre Luiz (10/5): Maravilhosa. - Espaço, climatização, cozinha equipada, camas confortáveis. O barulho, mas na localização não tem como exigir mais, as janelas já são anti-ruídos e não há como remediar, entendo perfeitamente e não atrapalhou em nada.
- kemo (10/5): Both the apartment and staff were amazing, cleaned to perfection and great location. - This was our second stay here, in the same apartment, which overlooked the street from the balcony. We chose it not only for the prime location, but for the cleanliness of the apartment, which had great facilities and amazing staff. We had the most relaxing stay and would not hesitate to book the same again, if we are lucky enough to return to Rome. There was nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF REQUESTING THE AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE OFFERED BY THE HOTEL, BECAUSE THEY LEFT US WAITING THERE FOR ONE HOUR WITH CHILDREN AND THEN TOLD US THEY WERE SORRY BUT THE DRIVER COULD NOT COME AND THAT WE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER TAXI OURSELVES. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR A HOTEL. The furniture was quite old, the toilet wasn’t completely clean, and the shower was uncomfortable.

- Dalia Kullock (9/5): - muy muy amables la recepcionista de nombre Elisa es super excelante ,ayuda en todo , la pieza muy cómoda la pieza amplia , te la limpian todos los días ponen cápsulas de café no muy buenas 🤗 pero te Dan sin problema , leche ponen menos .pero es porque no era horario que la recepción estaba cerrada y pasa a ser como un Airbnb. la ubicación genial está en reparación la plaza así que no tenes la vista no conviene llevar con balcones por el ruido y tampoco verán la plaza en este momento. Todo muy bien ,un poco de humedad en el techo cerca del aire acondicionado pero realmente poco,, me hubiese gustado una tostadora de pan y capsulas de cafe un poco de mejor nivel,hay horarios que podes hablar solo por WhatsApp porque cierran el mostrados a las 20:00 hasta las 08:00 del día entrante y no hay quien te atienda en ese momento aunque te dicen que lo que necesites pidas por WhatsApp asi que no hay realmente problema ninguno , esta bien ubicado solo para caminar el tren esta a más de 12 minutos así que mejor ,igual todo es tan lindo que hay mil lugares que ver y disfrutar así que a caminar ,solo el vaticano esta lejos de resto a caminar y disfrutar, enseguida tenes un sin fin de lugares por ver y conocer.

Odakarın temizliğini de özellikle takdir etmek isterim. La posizione della struttura e, soprattutto, la gentilezza del personale sono state eccellenti. Durante il nostro soggiorno, la nostra camera è stata come una vera casa. Ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa, potevamo contattare facilmente lo staff, e le nostre richieste sono state gestite con rapidità e grande attenzione. Vorrei anche complimentarmi per la pulizia delle camere. The location of the property and especially the attentiveness of the staff were excellent. During our stay, our room truly felt like home. Whenever we needed something, we could easily contact the staff, and our requests were handled quickly and with great care. I would also like to express my appreciation for the cleanliness of the rooms. Beğenilmeyecek bir tarafı yoktu. Tutto è stato perfetto, non c’era nulla di cui lamentarsi. - Francis (10/5): Amazing indeed! - The location of the apartments was fantastic, so well situated to be able to get around and see all the sights and lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep too. The apartment was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were super helpful and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend staying here. The only thing I would say is that one bedroom and bed was quite a lot bigger than the other meaning that with 4 friends travelling together two of us had a lot more space.

- Pam (9/5): Fantasic stay from start to finish. We would go back! - I cannot fault the property and the team at Amazing Suites. They were responsive as soon as we booked and could help with anything. They organised our taxi to and from the property. They looked after our bags after checking out. Someone was on reception 24/7. The property is in a fantastic location to see Rome and get in and out of the city. There are loads of fantastic places to eat nearby and a gelato shop next door, open day and night. The bed was comfortable and the balcony a bonus. The whole apartment was perfect for our needs. The apartment was a little chilly but that could be that we were not working the air con properly. Otherwise everything was perfect.

- Kate (9/5): Perfect stay in central location - We had an amazing staystay here. With a central location we were able to walk everywhere, even with kids. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so lovely and always helpful Broken leg on the couch but staff attended to it straight away. Check-in instructions could have been clearer - transfer was organised for us to drop us at the property but needed to go around the corner to a hotel as we were there before 8AM.

Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. Overall, a wonderful experience thanks to the helpful staff and the charming atmosphere.
