In the cheapest room there is no facilities such as a kettle.

• Brandon (3/5): Location was great, but rooms were too small and beds were not what I expected. - Breakfast was good. Just make sure the cups are clean before drinking the juice. They are served in mason type jars and all around the grooves on the glass had mold. Rooms are really small. Beds were not really beds. They were 2 mattresses on the ground pushed together to make a queen. I don’t even think you would consider them mattresses, they were like futon mattresses. If you like soft style beds, you won’t like these.

On weekend, there's also Old Quarter Night Market where you can watch local street performance. In the morning you can have breakfast at hotel restaurant on top floor with the view, or stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and try local breakfast. The hotel staff Daniel and Henry were kind and helpful. We can keep our luggage while we leaving to SaPa for 2 nights. We booked suite room with view to the street in front of hotel.

• Godvaisa (10/5): Definitely a place to stay - The location is really good near the famous lake easy to get around anywhere you want to go, right next to the night street market just around the corner, circle k just across the street if you need anything, ATM as well. Very excellent location, the staff are very helpful provide great help also provide adapter if you need to charge your phone. Massage place was also really good value for money as well the lady is very professional and ask you how intense you want your massage to be and ask you if you are doing Okey through the process really professional so you don't get scammed or offered any extras during the service In all the rooms were clean, however there is no wardrobe to put all your stuff had to keep all my clothes in the luggage. As well the plugs for their hairdryer equipment didn't really work you have to hold it with your hand to make sure it is on, I don't know about the other rooms, but in the one I was staying this was the case. Still very happy with stay.

• Brian (10/5): A Gem by on the Old Quarter of Hanoi - The location was fabulous right by the Old Quarter and a block away from Ho Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfasts were very good with many options and the roof breakfast area had wonderful views and was very comfortable. There was a small elevator which was good because the stairs were very very steep. The staff were very helpful with places to eat and arranging transportation. They also kept our luggage overnight for free while we were touring Halong Bay.. the room was also very quiet. The room, though clean, was a bit worn looking in the bathroom and there was very little room for our luggage

• Michele (2/5): A well placed hotel but a very disappointing room. - Good position. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and the breakfast was good and quick. My room was very small and I didn’t have room to unpack my bags ( luckily it was just me in the room) The room smelt of damp and there were large damp patches on the wall. There was a window that looked onto another window very close by. The room was very dark and the electrics weren’t great. The bathroom wasn’t particularly clean either- damp/ mould around the shower.

Also, the hotel's location is excellent—very convenient and within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter. However, I was disappointed with the communication between Booking.com and the hotel. Even though I selected 'Twin Bedroom' in the app, the staff at check-in told me the system didn't show this preference and that I should have specified it separately. Since the booking system already clearly stated 'Twin Bedroom,' I believe the synchronization between your system and the app needs to be improved

Nice and quiet for sleeping, but slight noise from the lift. Close to everything. Decent range of food for breakfast which was included with our stay. The windows look into the other buildings. No actual view. The bathrooms are small.

Wind arranged our airport transfer to the hotel with no issues and was always reachable via Whatsapp. We were upgraded to a deluxe room for free, to avoid the road noise. Staff were accommodating at breakfast which made it a pleasant experience. The hotel is very small, and the room is tiny for two people + luggage. Perfect for on the go travel, though!

• Abdulrahman (7/5): Amazing staff at the reception, great breakfast and excellent location. - The location was great, the staff are extremely pleasant and go out of their ways to assist. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. The room was very tight and the sheets are not so clean, I found some hair inside and it seems they do not change sheets and comfort after each guest because mine had many wrinkles.

• Lisandro (10/5): Excelente!!! - Excelente hospedaje!!! Lo recomiendo sin dudas. La ubicación es muy buena, el personal muy atento a todo y las habitaciones súper cómodas. La cama es para destacar, muy buena. El desayuno completo y con muy buenas opciones, con la posibilidad de escoger más de una. Muy recomendable!!!!
• Jean-Luc (8/5): Super séjour au cœur du vieil Hanoï - La localisation à deux pas du lac Hoan Kiem et des petites rues du vieil Hanoï. La gentillesse du personnel. La qualité du petit déjeuner inclus. Les chambres standard sont trop petites.
• Mina (8/5): - it's great value for money, you know exactly what you are paying for, the staff are very friendly and communicative. i asked to change my room as it was only accessible by stairs and they were very communicative about it. everything was always clean. of course, the room is small means it's functional. it's only to sleep at. overall, it's a clean place to sleep at. and always ask for a room in the middle to avoid the noise. there's nothing that i didn't like Keep in mind you get what you pay for only thing is when paying for the hotel they charged extra 3% on top of the price of the room
• Luis (4/5): Overpriced. Not worth it - Location was good and staff were friendly Wayyyyy too overpriced. I was expecting something way nicer. We also booked a double bed room (1 bed) and it ended up being 2 twins pushed together which left a really uncomfortable crack in the middle of the bed.

• Patricia Mae (10/5): - Really great location, right in the middle of old quarter's activities. The staff were accomodating and friendly. I would definitely come back when I come visit Vietnam again! Highly recommended!
• Line (9/5): - Hôtel très bien situé, au cœur de Hanoï. La chambre était propre et très calme. Très bon petit déjeuner au dernier étage avec vue. Chambre un peu étroite avec lit difficile d'accès pour personnes âgées.

• MIREN ITSASO (7/5): Para 1 noche de paso - Ubicación, desayuno y personal muy buenos. Pero habitación enana y se oye todo. La habitación era pequeñísima, sin sitio para dejar las maletas de 2 personas .. está más dejada que en las fotos de Booking. Y sobretodo que se oye TODO, estuvimos en el piso 2 (la recepción es piso 1) y por la noche se oía todas las conversaciones de recepción (hasta cuando hablan por teléfono) y la de todas las personas que suben a sus habitaciones etc... La semana anterior estuvimos en otro alojamiento en misma zona por mismo precio mejor..

• F (7/5): Praktisch, zentral, tolls und hilfsbereites Personal. Auf das Frühstück würde ich mich nicht verlassen und für seitschlä - Personal und Lage waren super. Zimmergrösse praktisch und ausreichend. Frühstück nicht so unser Fall gewesen. Obst und herzhaftes wohl auf selben Schneidebrett zubereitet. Der Spa Bereich ist super ungemütlich und im normalen Hotelflur untergebracht. Hartes Bett, Achtung :)
• Carine (7/5): - Customer service is good, our room was at the end of the hallway on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but thankfully the bellboy kindly helped carry our bags. Staff are friendly and nice throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. The room was unfortunately quite noisy — not due to street traffic (which is understandable in the city), but from what seemed to be a compressor or machine right outside our window. It was a constant mechanical noise that made it hard to relax. Also, we left a washed cup on the coffee bar, and when we returned, it was covered in ants. It would be great if pest control could be looked into a bit more thoroughly. The location was convenient, but these issues definitely affected our stay.
