I think she works in guest services but I have no idea because she was EVERYWHERE! She was definitely giving Manager energy and she should be one! She is super friendly and helped me coordinate a group of 18 people in 9 different rooms. We had two elder family members in wheelchairs and Carla took care of us. She pointed me to the best restaurants, excursions, room surprises for the guest of honor, and so much more. She personally walked me over to Ms. Ruth who helped us book spa appointments. Carla was so hands-on, it was unbelievable! She set aside a personal space for us to set up a private beach party for my son's 35th birthday. I cannot thank her enough for her hooking us up and making this a memorable experience for the entire family! Ms. Brenda at the spa is a Godsend! She found and released knots that I didn't even know I had. She is amazing! The food was tasty and much better than other all inclusive places I've stayed in the past. The bartenders and wait staff are all amazing! Cesar and the guys at the Italian restaurant were so accommodating and kept us laughing. We picked the perfect place to stay that was full authentic Mexican charm.

- homeboymiguel (10/5): Great time at the Fiesta Americana Condesa - My wife and I stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa in late April for a week. The resort was kept very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious for 2 people, and had a balcony. The food at the many restaurants and buffet was outstanding. The fish tacos and ceviche at La Cevicheria overlooking the ocean, was our daily lunch time meal, and we are still craving this delicious food almost a month later. Being an all-inclusive resort, we were very satisfied with the food quality at this resort. But what impressed us the most about Fiesta Americana Condesa was their great staff members. Everyone we met working at the resort displayed warmth, sincere care and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great vacation. The folks at this resort are wonderful. Special shout outs go to the following Fiesta Americana Condesa team members who made our stay at this resort special and should be recognized for providing exceptional service... Hotel com construção antiga, porém modernizado e pelo que podemos ver com manutenção em dia. Não vimos nada fora do lugar ou estragado. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos. Ficamos a maior parte na área infantil e fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Thomas, Eligio e Angel. A cevicheria era maravilhosa, com vários pratos de camarão. O restaurante Bay de Sea servia churrasco, eu como gaúcha fiquei muito surpreendida, passavam no espeto, picanha, vazio e até o abacaxi com canela. A cafeteria muito boa também. Referente a bebida, notamos muita qualidade nos rótulos utilizados. O quarto era amplo e muito confortável. Não abasteciam diariamente o frigobar, tomávamos mais água e sempre só tinha refrigerante, mas sempre que víamos a pessoa da reposição solicitávamos e éramos atendidos. Outro contratempo que tivemos foi na loja, no praticamente ali no último dia que fomos, até para comprar algumas coisas de lembranças, minha filha de 4 anos pegou um brinquedinho de água e a funcionária Maria chegou para nós e foi bem rude, só pode pegar se for comprar. Em nenhum momento falamos que não iriamos levar, até pq temos consciência que o produto pode estragar, mas não era o caso. Tirando isso tivemos uma boa estadia.

They ensured we had anything we needed at any time, especially helping us to get a doctor and hot water and anything needed when my daughter got sick. I want to shout out a couple people and that’s Fabian at the concierge he was so helpful. Felix at the pool bar was so fun. Jose at the steakhouse made me feel so welcome as a solo traveler and his service was top notch as you often get ignored a lot when you travel alone. The only downsides is the solicitation for their club but after you say no a few times it does stop and the gym could use some help as I think the heaviest weights were 20 kilos but to me this is very minor. I fully intend on taking some friends as soon as possible. Overall it was a great stay and I’m sure I gained 5lbs.

And for those with kids. An amazing kids club. My daughter is 5 years old and she had the most amazing time she said. Kids club is included. But we used their babysitting service to be able to leave the property. If im back in cancun I would definitely come back.

- Udall (10/5): A Fiesta Americana but Mexican Style - My wife and I just returned from our stay at this hotel, along with other family members. I have to say their reception and service was second to none, simply the best. I wish I could name every waiter and waitress, but let me just say they were all so humble, caring, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great pool overlooking the ocean and the beach is steps from the pool. Great beach area. We upgraded to a suite with an ocean view (5th Floor) and the view was absolutely stunning. For those that love privacy, the shower and restroom door are made out of stain glass so you can see silhouettes and it may be a problem for some. The suite itself was very spacious and it had everything we needed, including complementary toiletries. Regarding the restaurants, the Mexican and Italian restaurants, which we tried, were good, but most of the great items on the menu were not part of the all inclusive. We had to pay for them. The all you can eat Buffett was good and it was open all day long. The cevicheria by the pool was great: mixed ceviche, aguachiles, fish and shrimp tacos, all great and tasty dishes. The main bar in the lobby had something going on every night, from a DJ to live mariachi singers and dancing. That was lots of fun. Overall, it was a great first time at this resort.
- Madddoggg (10/5): Paradise, Perfect Pools & the BEST Staff in Cancun! - We had an absolutely amazing time at the Grand Fiesta Americana Condesa Resort! The property is beautiful and makes you feel like you’re in a tropical getaway as soon as you get out of your airport shuttle. We upgraded our rooms when we booked to an ocean front fiesta club room with a balcony, and the view was beautiful at every time of the day! Our rooms were spacious with comfy beds and the AC was always perfect, which was nice. The pools were amazing! The water was always the perfect temperature, and the sun hit the pool at all hours of the day. MIGUEL was our main bartender at the pool during our stay, and he was so attentive. At one point, my boyfriend and I were across the way from the pool bar, and Miguel saw our drinks were empty and as we were swimming up, he just had them ready to go. Miguel definitely made sure we had a great time at the pool. Speaking of GREAT times at the pool, this hotel has excellent entertainment by the pool thanks to NESTO, DIANA, MIGUEL, JAIR & MELISSA! This is the dream team for the pool. We had so much fun playing their games and even just talking with them while doing activities by the pool! I even won a bottle of tequila for movie trivia! The food was good. The Italian restaurant had to be our favorite. We just wished there was a couple more options for us to choose from, but all in all, every spot we ate at was great. The pizza by the pool was just 10/10. The beach itself is breathtaking. The water was such a bright blue. It was a little rough with some seaweed when we went but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the waves! We did get asked to do the presentation to become members, and Joshua and Lillian made the process not stressful at all. They were both super pleasant and didn’t make us feel bad for saying no. If we had the money, we probably would’ve signed up lol. They even gave us an excursion voucher and a day bed by the ocean for participating, which was nice. The best part of our stay was definitely the amazing group at the lobby bar! Enrique, Rodolfo, Eduardo, and Giancarlo turned every night into a party. If you’re looking for shot ideas, don’t hesitate to ask them! They were always so happy to see us and chat with us, getting to know us all. The lobby bar always had a great atmosphere, whether it was live music or the DJ playing awesome tunes. We’ve stayed at another Grand Fiesta property, and their lobby bar closed around 9:30-10pm, which was a bit of a letdown, but this place is open until 1am! Make sure to ask Rodolfo for a Johnny Bravo shot and Enrique for a chocolate martini. You won’t be disappointed. I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the staff who made this trip so great RODOLFO, ENRIQUE, EDUARDO, GIANCARLO, MIGUEL, NESTO, DIANA, MIGUEL, JAIR, and MELISSA! Because of you all, we’re planning to come back and hopefully soon!

The rooms are a bit dated but ok and clean. My kids really enjoyed the kids club. All activities were fun and engaging for them. The staff at the kids were amazing (Johana and Itzel). All 3 pools were great, well maintained and clean. The pool staff were very attentive (Tomas). There were a lot of beach chairs available. The food selection wasn’t great, not a lot of restaurants to choose from. The Italian restaurant was the best. The food quality at best was average.

It was her first time to Cancún and she thought everyone was so kind and worked so hard for us. We loved Enrique. Always greeted us with a smile and warm hospitality. He was so attentive and made sure there was always a chilled drink in our hands. The food was so flavorful and fresh. We booked a beautiful sunset cruise through Aquaworld and it was so much fun. Our room was kept clean for us and we had no worry in the world for 3 days. We can’t wait to be back!

Location is great if you are looking to go off the resort. Kid friendly but not too much so an adult couple can’t relax. Few pool activities. Live music at the lobby bar starts at 10:30. We will return with our 3 year old soon. They have a separate kids pool which is nice. The lunch restaurants open at different times, and kinda late in my opinion. 12-1PM. We were waking up at 6-7AM and after breakfast we wanted to hit the pool or beach. So it would’ve been nice to have something, but the buffet is open so we could go back in there, just something to note. Drinks are good but I never got a good buzz. They could use more alcohol.

The San Telmo restaurant, the food was excellent, we chose it to celebrate my son’s birthday, they knew it was his birthday, they wrote down his name, then nothing? Another guest was wished happy birthday, in our presence but not my son? It left a sour taste, particularly as it is the only restaurant that requires one to pay a supplement. They didn’t forget to charge the supplement.

Everyone was friendly and attentive. It made our whole experience stand out from previous vacations. The resort is clean and has a very open, welcoming feel to it. The pothos vines hanging down from the walls with all of the water features in the middle of the "towers" added to the tropical vibes of the resort. The food was great. I had read some reviews saying how bad the food was, and honestly I was a little worried, but the food was delicious. My kids absolutely loved the market (buffet) and all of the food options. Brasa by the Sea had yummy meats and the Cevicheria by the pools was delicious. It was apparent the staff's efforts to make everyone enjoy their time at the resort. The Lobby Bar had fun evenings with live music, dancing and karaoke. Overall, a great experience. It's hard to write something negative, because it's not as if I didn't "like" it. It could use some improvements is more accurate. The kids club room gets VERY hot and can get uncomfortable. That would be my only recommendation, perhaps some improved AC in that area.

- Kazuki (9/5): - ホテルの雰囲気は良く、設備等もメンテされており、古さを感じませんでした。 セマナ・サンタ期間で、オーシャンフロントの部屋を希望したため、けっこうな料金となりましたが、食事の味はどこのレストランも美味しく、全体的に満足な滞在でした。 フロントのスタッフの方もフレンドリーで、親切な提案をしてくれたり、ホスピタリティーを感じました。 波風が強く、藻も若干発生していたため、海には行きませんでしたが、プールでも十分に楽しむことが出来ました。 子供用プールにはすべり台が多くあり、子どもがとても楽しそうに遊んでいました。 ただ、8歳～10歳くらいの男の子が、小さい子供もいるプールで硬いボールを投げて遊んでいたので、ボールが飛んできて子どもに当たらないよう、特に気を使いました。 プールサイドのチェアは、すぐに埋まってしまうので、朝一で確保する必要あり。 レストランは、2つのビュッフェレストラン（THE MARKETとBRASA BY THE SEA）、イタリアンのROSATO、海沿いのCEVICHERIAを利用。 ROSATOはデザートも美味しく、CEVICHERIAはCEVICHEはもちろんですが、SOPA de MARISCOSやTACO DE CAMARONどれも美味しくて2回行きました。オススメです。 部屋も快適で何も問題ありませんでした。シャワーヘッドは固定されており動かせませんが、水圧や温度感も問題なし。 ルームサービスも時間通りの料理が配達され、お皿は部屋の前に戻しましたが、回収もスムーズ。 カンクンではいつもオーシャンフロントの部屋に泊まるのですが、朝日や夕日など景色が綺麗で良かったです。 子どもを預けて遊ばせることが出来るキッズスペースなども利用しましたが、大人だけでゆっくりするのに良いサービスだと思いました。 カンクン空港までのタクシー料金をフロントに確認したところ、たしか600ペソだと言われましたが、UBERの方が安かったので、UBERで帰りました。 ばっちり日焼けしましたが、リフレッシュできました。 フリーWi-Fiがなかなか入らず、なんとか入っても弱い。

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und direkt am Strand des türkisfarbenen Meers. Von vielen Liegen aus hat man direkten Blick darauf, das fanden wir einfach nur schön! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Leider gibt es keine Tür zum Badezimmer, nur eine für die Toilette. Da wir zu viert in einem Raum waren, sind dann immer alle aufgewacht wenn sich ein Frühaufsteher sich fertig gemacht hat. Die Doppelbetten waren relativ schmal.

- lauragC8270UR (10/5): Fantastic Family Spring Break - Our stay was fantastic. We booked through Costco and had a gorgeous Ocean Front Room. Check-in was a breeze, with so much help and personal attention from Paola. Jonathan helped us book a side excursion to Isla de Mujeres and it was fantastic. Our kids loved the warm pools and especially ordering Shirley Temples from the swim up bar. All of the food options were delicious, healthy, and abundant. We are missing the fresh ceviche and made-to-order omelets! I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Pro-tips, get up early and reserve beach chairs with towels in the morning. Unfortunately, most people claim their chairs and keep them all day. It might be nice if this was against hotel policy so they could be more first-come, first-serve. But it seems like this is the system, so we learned quickly to roll with it. When booking our side excursion, we were offered a discount on our side adventure and 2 days of cabana use if we sat in on a time-share meeting. This wasn't something they pressured us about, but my husband gave a half hour of his time, and I'll say we enjoyed our 2 days of cabana life very much. Easy 20 minute trip from the airport to the resort and everything there was just lovely.

Buffet breakfast was amazing; Italian restaurant was good; Taco spot was very good ; did not go to the Steakhouse as that was extra. Want to highlight the Mexican restaurant which was our favorite where the food was exceptional - and my husband’s and his parents are Mexican. Shout out to Andres at El Mexicano restaurant who made our dinner so memorable. Pizza by the pool was also amazing! The cons which resulted in only 4 stars vs 5 stars: Entertainment was lacking and live music happened at 10:30 pm which was way too late for us early birds. You also have to be an early bird in order to claim beach chairs with shade. Another con was the wait times at the pool side restaurants. I stood in line for an hour for pizza with similar wait times for hamburgers. They had only 1 person making the food. No bali beds on the beach and there were only 3 that could be rented out as the rest were for members. Lastly, no beach volleyball because the net was taken down.

The staff was always so friendly and willing to help. The breakfast bar was good, but the Brazilian Steakhouse and Italian restaurant were our favorites for dinner. The pizza and burger poolside bars were a hit with our toddler (and we loved it, too)! We did not go to the beach as much as we would have liked due to the lack of shade and umbrellas on the beach. The lunch buffet could have had more options. There should have been more staff on duty for poolside orders because the poor servers were running around like crazy.

The compounds are small, walkable. Our room was subpar and did not meet expectations. I purchased an ocean front and we got to be in the third floor which is more like ocean view instead of we have things blocking the ocean view. I had requested a high floor but did not get one. Room is on the smaller side compared to other AI resorts I’ve stayed at. So far the buffet was a 2/5.
- netio78 (8/5): Great value, service, and food options - Great location. Walking distance to AquaWorld and 25 minute drive from the airport. Atmosphere is very good. High ceilings and nice decor, indoor and outdoor areas, very green. There is a smoking section right outside their main lobby bar and the smoke drifts indoors which is annoying for a non-smoker. Rooms receive my lowest rating. There is no privacy in the bathroom, So, you have to change in the shower or in the toilet room and there are no places to hang your clothes. It is fine if you travel as a couple. However, not when traveling as a family. You can also hear the noise from the room next door. If you are unlucky, you'll have people being loud late at night. The Spa experience was amazing! From check-in with Santiago, Alan the attendant, and of course Suleimi the massage therapist. Highly recommend getting Spa services! The food at the buffet was great! many options and when traveling with preteens there will be something delicious for everyone. It is easy to over eat!! The beach was really nice. The water is clear and white sand. There was some seaweed, but nothing to prevent going for a swim. You do have to get up early to get a good spot because chairs with shade are limited. All the staff are very friendly!

Im Nachhinein wäre uns ein Zimmer mit Meerblick lieber gewesen, aber das war unsere Entscheidung. Die All-inclusive-Verpflegung ist gut, vor allem das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet. Das Steakrestaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Qualität in allen Restaurants, die wir ausprobiert haben, war sehr gut. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals in allen Bereichen ist bemerkenswert und für ein all-inclusive Hotel nicht selbstverständlich. Die Bar im Pool wird von Gästen belagert, die nahezu ununterbrochen Cocktails trinken. Das war vor der Zeit des all-inclusive etwas zivilisierter. Die Hotelleitung versucht auf verschiedenen Wegen, Gäste zur Direktbuchung und zu einem Investment zu bewegen.
- L376MPjennifers (6/5): Not the Same Family-Friendly Resort We Remember - We recently stayed at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun after leaving another resort due to a reservation issue, and unfortunately, this experience was very different from when we stayed here three years ago. Back then, this felt like a great family-friendly resort. This time, it really didn’t. There are a lot of families staying here, but surprisingly, there’s very little for kids—especially those between about 7 and 17 years old—to do. Most of the evening activities are either strictly 18+ or limited to the daycare for much younger kids. For example, karaoke night was labeled adults-only, and families who showed up were basically turned away. The silent disco was another disappointment—families were lined up, but kids with the under-18 wristbands weren’t allowed to participate at all. I’ve been to multiple all-inclusive resorts, and this is the first time I’ve seen families actively excluded from activities like this. There also weren’t any real shows or entertainment options that the whole family could enjoy together at night, which made evenings pretty dull for anyone traveling with older kids. Food was hit or miss. The Italian restaurant was good, but the Mexican restaurant was disappointing. The lunch buffet was below average as well. They’ve added a steakhouse that requires an extra charge, which feels out of place at an all-inclusive—and judging by how empty it was, most guests feel the same way. Overall, this resort no longer feels like a true family-friendly destination. If you’re traveling with kids, especially older ones, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Our stay was amazing and one of the best family vacations we have had! The staff was top notch, and the food was excellent. The room, pool and beach were clean and felt very safe. The entertainment team was a blast. I highly recommend salsa night by the pool as it is fun for the whole family. The dinning was top notch. There is one restaurant, San Telmo, on site that requires a reservation as it is more formal. My husband was really wanting fresh churros which we could not find at any of the other restaurants. On Saturday, when we booked our reservation for the upcoming Tuesday night, we asked the hostess if they had churros on the menu for dessert, but they did not. She insisted the chef would have them for us when we returned. Sure enough, after dinner that night, fresh, warm churros arrived at our table! This was service that truly went above and beyond and was a reflection of our entire stay. I would highly recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa to anyone wanting a fun, relaxing beach vacation.
- hrseber (10/5): Exceptional Family Experience – Gluten-Free Friendly and Outstanding Staff - We had an incredible family vacation at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, and what truly made it special was the people. Traveling with a child who has a gluten allergy is always stressful, especially for our 12-year-old who tends to feel anxious about what she’ll be able to eat. From the moment we arrived, the entire team went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, safe, and included. There were so many gluten-free options available throughout our stay—pancakes, waffles, bread, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, burger buns, desserts, and more. It completely changed the experience for her and for us as parents. A special thank you to Eladio and Jose, who took exceptional care of us all week—Jose especially became our go-to at the Market and made every meal easy and enjoyable. We also want to recognize Diana from pool activities, Anna from the kids club, Ramon at the seafood restaurant, Rodolfo at the swim-up bar, Miguel, Veronica and Noe from the spa, Christian and Henry at breakfast, Melissa from activities, Notero and Melissa from the guacamole contest, and Enrique, Mayan, and Manuel the chef for an amazing dinner experience. Every single person we interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. This trip meant a lot to our family, and because of this team, it exceeded expectations in every way. We will absolutely be back.

- X715VBsarahh (8/5): Wedding and resort review (bride) - We stayed at this resort for our wedding and overall had a really great experience. I also want to mention upfront that we specifically looked for reviews from brides before booking and didn’t find many, so I’m hoping this helps. I will say, it may seem like I focus on negatives throughout this review, but that’s only because those are easier to point out. Overall, we were very impressed. If something isn’t mentioned, assume it was great. The resort was affordable for our guests, the food was consistently good and hot, no one got sick, and it was very kid friendly without feeling overrun by kids. We would absolutely recommend staying here. --- Food & Drinks The food was one of the highlights. Even the buffet was very good, which isn’t always the case at all inclusives. We loved the fish tacos on the beach and ate them almost daily. The sushi was excellent, and even simple things like the poolside cheeseburgers were surprisingly good. Poolside service was great and we loved that they would bring food directly to you. Room service was also excellent and usually arrived within about 30 minutes, which was especially helpful traveling with a toddler. Drinks were easy to get and service was fast, but many seemed to use artificial juices instead of fresh ingredients. Not bad, just noticeable. --- Restaurants & Reservations This was one of our biggest frustrations. There is no real reservation system, so if you don’t go right when restaurants open, you will likely wait a long time. This wasn’t just an issue for large groups. Even groups of four or more often had long waits, sometimes two to three hours. It was honestly a big bummer to book an all inclusive and then have such a hard time getting into the restaurants or being able to try multiple options. It made planning evenings difficult and limited what we were able to experience. We would have been happy with some kind of reservation system. Even something simple, like a short grace period where if you don’t show up within 10 minutes your table is released, would make a big difference. --- Rooms & Housekeeping Rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent and very attentive to our schedule. Even if we left later in the day, they would still come through and refresh the room. One small thing for me personally was the marble flooring. I’m not a huge fan because it tends to feel dirty no matter how clean it is, like you’re always picking things up on your feet. Our room did provide slippers, which I loved, and I’m not sure if all rooms include those, but I hope they do. We had an oceanfront family suite and the view was beautiful, but we honestly didn’t get to enjoy it. If we opened the blinds, the room would get unbearably hot and the AC could not keep up, so we ended up keeping them closed most of the time. It was a big bummer to have an oceanfront view and feel like we were in a dark room instead. I’m not sure if this is an issue in all rooms, but it definitely was in ours. The jacuzzi was also very slow to fill and never got warm, so we didn’t end up using it. --- Service Service across the resort was great. Staff were attentive, friendly, and constantly working. We never struggled to get drinks or food, and overall were very impressed with the level of service. --- Pool, Beach & Entertainment The pool was great, always a good temperature, and had a fun but not overwhelming atmosphere. It was a good balance of family friendly without feeling like a kids resort. The beach did have some seaweed, which is expected, but the water was still beautiful. Entertainment was a good mix and there were definitely fun activities and shows, but the biggest issue for us was the volume. I like loud music and high energy environments, so that wasn’t the problem, it was just consistently too loud. At the pool, the sound seemed to be directed outward toward the daybeds and surrounding areas rather than toward the people actually participating. When I was in the pool trying to participate in activities, it was hard to hear what was being said on the microphone. But if I was trying to relax or nap nearby, it felt extremely loud and hard to escape. It just seemed like the volume and direction could be adjusted slightly so participants could hear better without overwhelming everyone else. The same thing applied to the lobby bar at night. The shows and entertainment were good, but it was so loud that it was difficult to even have a conversation. I found myself constantly having to talk over the music and even lost my voice at times because of it. It felt like it could have been turned down just a bit and still kept the same energy without overpowering everything. I did appreciate that they played more recognizable music and popular hits, which I enjoyed much more than the typical repetitive or background style music you hear at some resorts. --- Kids Club & Amenities The Kids Club was very clean and well organized, and it looked like the kids there were genuinely having a great time. One thing I really appreciated was that we were able to go in with our daughter and play with her without having to leave her there. She is only 17 months old, so we weren’t quite ready for that yet, but it was a great way to check it out. Just make sure to bring socks, as they are required to go in. Being able to go in and play during open hours was a really great perk. It also gave me the chance to see how the staff interacted with the kids, and they seemed like excellent caregivers. They were attentive, engaged, and made sure the kids were following rules and using manners, which I really liked. If we came back when our daughter is a little older, I would absolutely feel comfortable leaving her there for a few hours. --- Small Frustrations A few smaller things stood out. The towel system allowed unlimited towels, which led to many chairs being “claimed” but not used. You also cannot take food or drinks out of certain areas, which we understand, but there weren’t good alternatives like plastic options, which would have been helpful at times. --- Wedding Experience (Bride’s Perspective, Overall Resort Review - Very Detailed) This is the part I personally struggled to find when researching this resort, so I want to be as helpful and honest as possible. We had our wedding here with 107 guests, and the actual wedding day was absolutely beautiful and everything we wanted. I would absolutely recommend a destination wedding here. However, the planning process leading up to it was very frustrating, mainly due to communication. Our wedding planner was Cecilia. She did a video call with us early on, which was helpful, but after that, communication was very inconsistent. Emails would often go unanswered for weeks or even months, even when we were within the required decision timeline outlined in the contract. This made planning extremely stressful, especially considering the amount of money we were spending, which was comparable to what we would have paid in the U.S. A lot of my questions were very simple and basic, just things I needed in order to plan, like asking for a photo of where the ceremony would take place. There were multiple instances where I would wait months for a response. Meanwhile, the contract required us to have details finalized 30 days prior, but I could not get answers in order to even meet those deadlines. Communication did improve in February, and we started getting more consistent responses and making final decisions, but that was only about three weeks before our wedding date, which felt very last minute and added unnecessary stress to the process. When we arrived at the resort, everything improved significantly. Cecilia was very responsive in person and willing to help with anything we needed. She is very kind and clearly means well, and once we were there, she was attentive and helpful throughout the process. One important thing to know is that if you can show her an exact picture of what you want, she will execute it very well. In my experience, she did a great job recreating anything I visually showed her. However, there were a few details that I did not have pictured and just verbalized to her that I would like them added. Since they were not shown in the example photos, they were not used at all, left in the packaging, and handed back to me. I would have really appreciated a little clarification in those moments, especially after bringing those items all the way to Mexico. Another moment that caused some stress was shortly before the ceremony when the person handling the music did not yet have the ceremony songs I had previously sent. I ended up quickly sending them and going over everything with him right before the ceremony. He did a great job and everything turned out perfectly, but that was definitely a panic moment that could have been avoided with better coordination ahead of time. Another major disappointment was the gazebo. This was a big reason we chose this resort, but it was torn down and rebuilt without clear communication that it would not be available. I actually found out through outside sources rather than directly from the resort. When we arrived, it was nearly finished, but we were still not allowed to use it, which was really frustrating. We were also originally presented with incentives based on the number of rooms booked. We had 107 guests staying at the resort for our wedding, which brought a significant amount of business. However, because many guests did not book through our travel agent, those perks were not honored and we did not receive any benefits. That was a big disappointment. For the rehearsal dinner, I did appreciate that they offer this option and were able to accommodate a large group. We had 33 people and it sounded like they could have accommodated even more if needed. I do understand an additional charge since we were taking up a large portion of the restaurant. However, we paid $25 per person and were served items that were already included on the regular restaurant menu. For that additional cost, I would have expected at least one upgraded item. Vendors through the resort were also very expensive, and this is something I wish I had understood better beforehand. We chose to go with mostly in house vendors because we thought it would be easier and would avoid the outside vendor fee. However, the vendors significantly increase their pricing based on the resort you are staying at. Looking back, I do not think we saved any money going this route and likely would have saved a lot by booking outside vendors. Now for the actual wedding day, everything was truly beautiful. The ceremony setup was simple and elegant. The white chairs included in the package were perfect and there is no need to upgrade them. We added baby’s breath at the end of each aisle, which was gorgeous and added just enough detail. I chose the hexagon arch, which I loved because it felt a little larger than the other options. They also repurposed the florals from the arch and used them at our head table for the reception, which I really appreciated. The ceremony location itself was beautiful, and I was very happy with where we ended up having it. The sound system worked really well and everyone could hear clearly. The aisle that is included in the package was also great and not something I would recommend upgrading. Cocktail hour was in the Sun Garden, and the reception was on the Sky Terrace, which was a great setup. The reception space felt private and separate from the rest of the resort, which we loved. There were a few random people nearby at times, but overall it felt like our own space. The cocktail hour was one of my favorite parts. We had a violinist included in our package, and he played classic love songs which created such a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. They had drinks ready to serve, which made sense with a large group, but I do wish we could have chosen those ahead of time as a fun “his and hers” option. For appetizers, we chose shrimp tempura, caprese skewers, and roast beef sliders. The shrimp tempura was amazing and I would highly recommend it. The caprese skewers were also great and simple. The sliders were just okay, but a safe option for more basic preferences. The reception setup was beautiful. We did not upgrade chairs, tablecloths, or centerpieces, and I would not recommend doing so. The white chairs and white linens were perfect. We used the centerpieces included in the package, glass cylinders with candles and baby’s breath, and it looked elegant and complete without needing anything extra. The dance floor and string lights were provided through the DJ and were very expensive, but they did look great and added a lot to the overall atmosphere. The food at the wedding was incredible. We chose the Caribbean menu and it was easily the best meal we had during our entire stay. Everything was hot, there were plenty of options, and we received so many compliments from guests. There was also a full dessert table that we were not expecting, which was a great surprise and added even more to the experience. We also added an extra hour to the reception, and I would highly recommend doing that. It would have felt rushed without it, and the extra time made a big difference. We also went with Luke Photo Live as a resort vendor, and I really liked working with him. He was one of the more affordable vendor options and did a great job. I’ve only added a few photos for now since we don’t have everything back yet, but hopefully this gives a good idea of what to expect. Overall, the wedding itself was truly amazing and the best day. There is a lot of negative mentioned here because those are easier to point out, but there were so many positives as well. Cecilia was very attentive once we arrived and did a great job bringing everything together. I just think there are a few areas that could be improved to make the planning experience much better. If you are willing to be patient during the planning process and advocate for what you want, the end result is absolutely worth it.

Always on-time with your next drinks. Eladio at the morning buffet is always attentive and making sure everything is running smoothly. Ashley in the lounge bar was always happy to serve. The food is excellent for an all-inclusive resort, the pizzas on the pool and the snack bar are great. The cevicheria spot is also an amazing option, fresh seafood. The mexican restaurant offers true and genuine mexican dishes. We ate there twice in a row. The property is a bit dated BUT well maintained. Hotel employees influence greatly in the overall positive experience. Beach was clean and so were the pools. A big Soriana supermarket is a quick 5 minute bus ride down the street if you need more diapers as we did :( Resort is small enough to walk back-and-forth to your room from the beach and to the restaurants throughout the property, which we loved being with a 2-yr old. Overall I would highly recommend this resort if you are coming with kids!

On the positive side, the team was truly excellent—everyone we interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The service is definitely a strong point of this property. However, there were several issues that impacted our stay. There is ongoing construction throughout the hotel, which takes away from the overall experience. The pool, in particular, had multiple broken tiles that could easily be a safety hazard, especially for kids. Another concern was a persistent sewer-like smell in parts of the hotel, which was hard to ignore. The food was just average, and the restaurant setup was a bit confusing—some menu items are included in the all-inclusive package, while others require additional payment, which doesn’t quite align with expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Overall, while the staff was fantastic, the facility and overall experience didn’t meet expectations. Unfortunately, the chances of us returning are slim.
