• Veronika (7/5): Boli sme celkovo spokojní. Hlavne majiteľ nás ubytoval skôr, čo si neskutočne vážime. Lokalita úžasná.Jedine čo sa nám n - Lokalita úžasná, tichá ulica. Pamiatky všade na pešo. Trošku viac čistoty tam chýbalo. Chýbal tam popolník, keďže sme fajčiari..a aj napriek tomu popolník nebol k dispozícii.

Het extra grote 2 persoons bed was helemaal top. We werden super vriendelijk ontvangen door Moe niets was teveel en voor vragen kan je altijd bij hem terecht. Echt een super locatie midden in de oude stad. Niets!

• Shlomit (6/5): אחלה רומא - המיקום! החדר נקי יחסית, מיטה גדולה ונוחה עם מרפסת גדולה מאוד. החדר משופץ, כמו בבית מלון. אין מטבח באמת. בעל הדירה תמיד זמין. השירותים!! גבוהים מאוד באופן לא סביר, הרגליים לא מגיעות לרצפה. היו שיפוצים ממול שהטרידו אותנו מאוד בבקרים ובעל הדירה לא שיתף אותנו במידע הזה. מגבות, הוגבלנו במספר מגבות לשהייה והמון אינטרקציה מיותרת עם בעל הדירה. המיטה לא מסודרת עם שמיכה, אלא רק ציפית, תצטרכו לערוך את המיטה בכל ערב.

• Carlos (10/5): The perfect spot in the middle of everything, safe and quiet. - Perfect location, there was no need for transportation, walked to coliseum, Vatican, Spanish steps, rooftop restaurants, etc… Everything was 10 to 35 minutes walk, while sightseeing architecture and enjoying views. Moe in charge of the property was on top making sure we went to the right places and guided us to make our stay unforgettable, even let us barrow his Umbrella when it rained in our way to the perfect breakfast spot he recommended 4 minutes away. Thank you now for all your help. It rained hard and elevator stopped working.

• WoonJu (10/5): 한국인이 원하는 모든요소 갖춘 숙소. - 로마 피렌체 밀라노 다니면서 여러 숙소 다 가봤는데, 여기밖에 생각안 나요. 완벽함... 진짜 침대 제일 좋아요. 여기는 무조건 체크인할 때 집주인이 직접 와서 안내 해줍니다. 오후2시 이후부터는 그 비용을 내니 참고 하시고, 그대신 그 안내는 최고에요. 진짜 자기가 여기 숙소가 제일 최고라고 보장한다는 말했는데, 진짜 맞는 말이에요. 여기 진짜 추천 드립니다. 엘레베이터도 있어서 캐리어가 무거워도 금방 픽업 됬어요. 여기 청소하시는분이 맨날와서 오전10시에 수건이랑 침대 다 청소해주고, 진짜 나머지 물건 안 건드세요. 완전 편함bb 그리고 밖에 테라스쪽 엄청 관리하신게 보이는게, 거미줄도 없고 벌레를 본적이 없었습니다. 진짜 깨끗해요. 여기 문 열 때 참고사항은 오른쪽으로 3번 돌리고 마지막 끝까지 돌린 상태에서 여셔야해요. 참고.

Персонал привітний і готовий допомогти у любих питаннях! Чистота апартаментів (вікна та підлога брудні) Особливо була брудна тераса та столик на терасі, ніби там ніколи не прибирали. Протягом перебування прибирали теж не надто якісно. Вода в душі прогрівалася дуже повільно, потрібно було чекати близько 15 хв щоб з крану пішла тепла вода:(
• Grzegorz (10/5): Przepiękne miejsce i apartament! - To był nasz pierwszy pobyt w Rzymie i szukałem komfortowego apartamentu z tarasem w centrum miasta. Naprawdę ten apartament jest niesamowity. Zabytkowa kamienica, przepiękny taras, świetnie działająca klimatyzacja przy 35*. Duże podwójne łóżko z bardzo komfortowym wygodnym materacem. Wszędzie blisko. Dla żony fontanna di trevi - 3 minuty, dla mnie Koloseum etc. - 15 minut, stacja metra 4 minuty, piazza Navona - 10 minut. I mógłbym tak wymieniać większość atrakcji do 30 minut na piechotę:). Można w ciągu kilku dni naprawdę poczuć to piękne historyczne miasto. Właściciel Nael to bardzo profesjonalna, uprzejma, empatyczna osoba. I co najważniejsze Nael jest bardzo bardzo pomocny w każdej sytuacji. Bardzo dziękujemy Ci za gościnę! Do zobaczenia!:) Pobyt był za krótki:(

• Mccain (10/5): Excellent location, will definitely stay again! - Great location close to Trevi and great food. Ample space for my husband & I, along with a microwave and mini fridge, plus sofa. The outside balcony was such a great retreat after a long day of touring! Housekeeping was timely and the host was very responsive. An elevator was accessible, however going down was easier via stairs. The bathroom toilet is raised, which is not ideal for us shorter folks.

• Mary (8/5): Very good - The location is fabulous. Close to everything....major sites, shopping and several very good restaurants right across the street. The terrace was awesome! We didn't expect it to be so large and comfortable. Nael was awesome. He kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and was there upon arrival to show us the accommodations, as well as offering many terrific suggestions. The ads for the apartment were a little misleading. The photos/property description made it sound like there were several units being rented out. Instead of being advertised as a single apartment, the description made it appear like it was a small guest house/hotel w multiple rooms. Not a huge deal but a little misleading. Overall, the apartment was clean. The bedroom and bathroom were well furnished and updated. The "kitchen " area. could use a bigger fridge and an update w more functional cabinetry and furnishings. It was a little awkward to use. Lastly, they need to have flashlights/emergency lighting installed as the power went out. Being on the 4th floor w no lights and no elevator makes it very dangerous to manage the stairs, especially in such an old historic building, if there was an emergency.
• Malette (10/5): Fantastic space, great location! - Location was fantastic! Near Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon. The terrace was great to sit out on at night or in the morning. Nael, our host, was great! He gave us a lot of great information about Rome. Also, having an elevator was another plus for this location. Also, very nice ristorante at the entrance. Highly recommend going to. The shower was a little small, but the rest of the space was great.
• Grant (9/5): Very happy to have stayed here and would recommend it to others. - Our host Nael was delightful and gave us plenty of handy tips and suggested lots of yummy places to eat. We tried 3 of his suggestions and were not disappointed. The place is centrally located and within minutes walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and Coluseum to name a couple. Hard to make a comment here but if I have to get picky, there isn't a lot of kitchenette space and the sink is a long way from where it's needed. Really wasn't a problem though.

The property manager was so helpful with recommendations for wine and dinner. An added bonus is that the room is cleaned every day of our stay.

He was extreamly friendly and polite Place itself was great, location was very close to everything, either by foot or by bus or by metro. Bed was very comfortable, couch was very comfy too. • Jody (8/5): very good value for Rome. If you’re very picky about details, this would not be your stay. Overall, we would stay there - The location was very very good. Very large room nice balcony. Air conditioning was very good. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were nice. The staff was very responsive and super helpful. The bathroom looks like it has been recently redone, but the showerhead drips and squirts in the wrong direction. The light was out over the bathroom sink the whole time and wasn’t fixed. Apparently he had to order lightbulb. The sink handle wasn’t like down tight and would move around. It seems like the bathroom was maybe a do it yourself and needs a little bit more work.

• Karen (10/5): This was a great place in a great location for a fair price. - The terrace was amazing. It was big and sunny. The bed was comfortable and the room was big and tastefully decorated. It had an espresso maker stocked with packets. The property had a microwave and fridge which we used for leftovers that we ate on the terrace. The elevator was great to have as we were on the 4th floor. The place was close to everything Trevi Fountain, the Spanish steps and yet the street it is on is quiet. The restaurant across the street is very good. The host gave us suggestions for restaurants which was very helpful. The place was great and the host was hospitable and responsive. • Vivianamcn (9/5): quiet apartment with big private balcony - Very good location, we were travelling by taxi, which is very well organized in Rome (both taxies and private taxies via UBER service). We were looking for place which is quiet and has balcony, not so easy to find and was perfect. Perfect welcome, hot shower, lift in the house to the 4th floor, windows to the yard, good bed with feather pillows (plus for us), cleaning every day nice, but not necessary in our case, we could leave luggege in laudry shop 50 meters away (5 euro).

Fantastic people to deal with; great communication skills. Very quiet. Only that the sheets were too small for the size of the bed. Very comfy bed though!

• Nemanja (8/5): Perfect location and perfect host! - I want to thank the guy who welcomed us and showed us around. He was super helpful, responding to messages on short notice. The balcony was big, spacious, and private. The apartment was cleaned daily. But the biggest highlight was the location. Di Trevi was 5 minutes walk, Spanish steps maybe 10, Panteon 15 minutes, Castel and Vatican 20-30 minute walk. And yet it was quite, hidden, just perfect! It did not affect us much but as a suggestion - the walls could be refreshed, and the shower needs some time to warm/hot. Heating was the issue on the first day - it didn't work. But we managed to find our way with the control panel and by ventilating the radiators the second day, so I guess it would've been resolved if we had called right away.

• Stephen (8/5): Comfortable & well looked after if needed anything. - Location good for Trevi fountain area , 30-40 minutes to Colosseum / Vatican areas . Room clean , cleaner visits daily , tv , coffee/ tea available . Has a great roof top balcony which is lovely to chill out on. There’s a fridge so a nice chilled bottle of wine is great to unwind there with. There’s also a microwave if choose to do own breakfast etc. Miles was easily contactable & excellent in helping us- couldn’t fault his support. There was little not to like really. Perhaps if I had anything negative to say, was that it felt a little minimalistic in decor. There was no hot water at night so be advised to shower am, probably as it’s on the top floor of an old building. The bed was comfortable, air con was sufficient in cooler autumn weather but might not be effective In very hot weather. I’d recommend this property otherwise, we were comfortable & felt safe.

Room big and bed comfortable! Highly recommend this place! Thanks so much for having us! Only minor thing was shower pressure - but that's common in Italy.

Even though we were supposed to have clean towels every day, and obviously we were dropping on the floor the used ones, we found out that they were placing back the used ones. The garbage bins were placed in the entrance corridor just before the elevator, and the smell was awful and disgusting. Lastly a bigger fridge could work as the one in place is too small.
• Mel (10/5): A slice of your own Little Italy! Beautiful rooftop terrace to wine and dine watching the sunset. - We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The terrace and view is stunning and rare for the city of Rome. Very central and close to many nearby attractions. Trevi Fountain is a stone's throw away! The main room is very large, although kitchenette and bathroom are small - you don't need much as you will be out traveling and eating locally all day. Nothing, we loved it!

• Lisa (9/5): Great Apartment in a fantastic location - - perfect location, could walk everywhere - fantastic terrace - large apartment with bedroom and separate living/small kitchenette area. Fabulous high ceilings in the bedroom. - bathroom was small but perfectly functional - fantastic welcome from host Nael and brilliant communication via WhatsApp throughout. Will 100% be recommending this apartment I would have to try REALLY hard to find something I didn't like. The only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. The elevator is tiny (but lucky to have one in Rome!) On day 2 of our stay the towels we were given were a little dirty (but had we have mentioned this to the host I'm sure it would have been rectified)

• Susan (9/5): Loved our stay - Location was fantastic, so close to everything but in a quieter street away from the crowds. Nael provided excellent information before our arrival and during our stay, always available with a quick answer if we had any questions . We stayed in the quad room which had everything we needed for our stay. The outside terrace was a great spot to relax after a busy day sight seeing. Highly recommended Low shower pressure, but we found that everywhere we stayed in Italy 😉
• Andrena (8/5): The location is what sells this room/apartment. If it wasn’t for this I would not book again but it’s so close to so - I like the location. The bed was comfortable and the communication was excellent. The shower was poor. The outside was uncomfortable and had a lot of birds poop. I also think the facility to make a light lunch or breakfast was poor esp if we had kids with us. No wardrobe either so clothes were hung in hall way.
