The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was a little too loud.

Staff in lounge were excellent.

Unfortunately the Premier club commenced renovations the day before we arrived but was more than adequately covered by the Executive club room. Staff were great with their service and attention to detail. If going to Singapore again will definitely book this hotel.

The gym was brilliant for a hotel and had everything needed for a good workout. Our room was also big, spacious, and very clean, making it really comfortable to relax in after a busy day. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, a fantastic stay.

• Philip (9/5): Myself and the kids loved the Hotel and all it had to offer. The staff were so friendly and helpful - The rooms were very comfortable, clean and had all the facilities I needed. The buffet breakfast was super, plenty of choice and good food. Location couldn't be better, very central. Very little, some minor maintenance niggles...other than that everything was good. Reading light above the bed didn't work and the stopper in the bathroom basin didn't keep the water in. Minor stuff.

Air conditioning was smelly (musty) but hotel staff addressed this immediately. Room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Found a pen on the floor and the spring out of a (different) pen on the carpet. Long dark hairs on the shower floor

• siobhan (8/5): Great hotel, central location, helpful staff, would absolutely stay again. - Breakfast was not included in our booking, though we did try it one morning and it was very good, amazing choice, great staff, would recommend the breakfast. Our room was cleaned each day and we were given fresh towels, the bedding was luxurious. Our room was a good size. The swimming pool closed very early, 8 pm. It is so warm there a swim at 11.30pm would have been fantastic. I found the bed too firm, however beds are a very personal choice, my family member loved them.
• Jens (9/5): Excellent Central Singapore Hotel - Excellent hotel right next to the Chimes downtown. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel has a very good breakfast, the pool is very nice, and the rooms a very clean and compfortable. I stayed in the Carlton many times and would always return. some rooms need remodelling. This is underway but will take some time.
• TOMOKO (4/5): - 空調機のファンの音がうるさく眠れない 空調機を運転するとファンの樹脂が擦れている様に なキュルキュル音がうるさく、点検を依頼したが直らず部屋を替えると言われたが、長時間待たされこちらからフロントに何度も催促してやっと対応してくてたが、謝罪の言葉もなく低層階の部屋にされた 変更後の部屋はキュルキュル音はせず空調機の故障はないが、ファンがオンする度に風切り音が非常にうるさい 星なしクラスの安宿のような不快な宿泊だった

The workers are very nice too helpful and close to everything and I tell you, SingaporeAir is nice clean and people are nice.
