- Jessica (9/5): Would recommend to anybody! - Perfect central location to the sights and proximity to the train/bus station. Perfect room for 4 people, very comfortable, fantastic hot tub for nice relaxation after walking 20,000 steps! Amazing breakfast with great variety! They even have a free happy hour on a certain day and time 😄 The only thing we didn't like is the mosquitoes that were coming in from a high window which we couldn't close. However, we forgot to ask reception to assist us with closing. I'm sure they would have helped!

La habitacion, comoda. de buen tamaño, luminosa y acorde al precio. El baño amplio, limpio y muy ordenado. Café y agua de cortesia en la habitacion. Se recomienda, sobre todo por la ubicacion, céntrica y muy cercana a estacion de trenes. Ideal para evitar traslados al llegar. En general y a modo de comentario, mas que de crítica. se recomienda un poco mas de variedad en el desayuno, que a pesar de ser de muy buena calidad, tal vez, se puede mejorar considerando algo mas de frutas y otros detalles. Pero solo para satisfacer a pasajeros mas exigentes.
- Bruno (10/5): Excelente acomodação perto da Sta Maria Novella - Ótima localização, pertinho da estação principal de Florença (Santa Maria Novella). O hotel é muito bonito, o café da mnhã é suuuuper completo e gostoso, o melhor que já tomei na Europa! O quarto era gigante e com uma enorme jacuzzi que infelizmente não consegui usar por falta de tempo. Definitivamente voltaria! Gostei de tudo, nada a reclamar.

You will feel welcome, safe and looked after. - Friendly, welcoming staff who gave us good tips for local restaurants and thd best icecream shops. The hotel is so well placed that you can easily pop back in the day if you need to pick something up or, as in our case, change your clothes because of a downpour. A good breakfasr with nice pastries and cappucinos on request. Generous free cocktails (proper ones!).3 x a week. Watch out for the negronis. They're strong! Nothing.

The interior is chic yet very cozy. The hotel is in a great location - all the main attractions and the train station are nearby. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Nothing, everything was great.

Tem elevador. Quarto limpo e com itens de higiene. Ambiente silencioso. Café da manhã maravilhoso e de cortesia oferecem um happy hour com bebidas e snacks liberados. Pouca iluminação no quarto. Banheiro reformado e com box pequeno.
- John (6/5): Close to train, nice staff, average hotel - 5 minute walk from the train station, staff were welcoming and always nice. Free drink on certain nights for happy hour. Room was smaller than perceived from advertised photos, also a lot of mosquitoes in the room (mid may) and marks on the walls where previous guests had squashed them where not wiped away. Breakfast was ok, staff will make you an espresso on request but the hot food options were not very desirable.

The location is 5 minutes walking from the train station, 8 minutes walking from the Florence Dumo . Super clean, very nice and professional staff , Sara , Irene and the lady who prepares breakfast (sorry forgot her name) , talking about breakfast, was so good and perfect variety . The rooms super clean and got everything you need . If I ever go back to Florence, this hotel will be definitely my spot .

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super, alles sehr gut erreichbar. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine bessere Sitzmöglicheit im Zimmer wäre schön, aber nicht zwingend notwendig.

- Alison (9/5): Comfortable stay in an excellent location - The room was small but comfortable for one person and there was a wide choice of food at breakfast. The position of the hotel is excellent - a three minute walk from the station and tram stop - and it felt very safe walking around late at night and early in the morning to get the first tram (5am) back to the airport. There was a very unpleasant smell in the elevator when I first arrived in the evening and although the smell had gone in the morning, it reappeared by the evening the next day.

They start serving breakfast early which is great for any plans. I had a single bed room, which was small (normal in the center) but very comfortable, I had a good sleep the time I was there. Also, I arrived almost one hour earlier to what I had told them and the rooms were already ready. No complains

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from a beautiful church, and square with excellent restaurants. Also a short walk to the Duomo, the Uffizi Art Gallery etc.
