- Lu (8/5): - 飯店位置適中去哪裡都方便。 13號地鐵線就在飯店的 對面。 維拉行政套房住起來很舒服。 下午可以在那裡喝個簡單的下午茶 。可惜的是沒有提供早餐。 一樓吃早餐的 咖啡廳 經常找不到位子。 幾乎都要跟陌生人合併著使用。 早餐真的不怎樣。 餐點樣數很多， 不過都不怎麼精緻。 如果 維拉 行政套房 不提供較為精緻簡單的早餐， 就失去行政套房的意義。

- EVGENY (7/5): - Несмотря на возраст отеля, вопросов к чистоте не возникло (кроме окон, они даже в видовом номере на башню были грязные). Чистые и удобные кровати. Замечательный завтрак. Отель не в пешей доступности от центра, но за 20 минут на метро добраться просто. Из аэропортов (обоих) тоже добраться не сложно. В отеле недорогой трансфер. Прямо у отеля много местных кафе, в 5 минутах ходьбы - торговая улица с Uniqlo, Adidas, H&M, NB. Есть онсен с джакузи. Отель достаточно возрастной - построен в 1990 году. Учитывайте при выборе. Это сказывается на мелочах - телефоны, оконная и иная фурнитура, состояние мебели и ее вид. Имеет смысл брать только видовые номера. Проблемы с вентиляцией - она древняя, и не реагирует на вводные, живет своей жизнью. Бассейн не для детей - спортивный, но маленький и со странной атмосферой (аж двое спасателей сидят на вышках в огромном помещении с маленьким бассейном). - Parisa (5/5): Choose another hotel if you want luxary. - Housekeeping staff did great job! The dated room was cleaned nicely, all amenities filled everyday, they were smiling and friendly, also at the reception you could grab what you needed extra. Daily water provided. Very decent thick slippers. Very comfortable beds. Although hotel fully booked it was kind of quiet (floor 26) unless people slamming doors. Incredible view from the restaurant on the highest floor. Breakfast very good if you like Chinese food. The western options are not bad either but limited. The buffet is filled until the last moment. You don’t have to wait long for anything. Exchange machine available. Download Alipay , add your credit card, this way no need to exchange money. Hotel very close to metro (line13 close, line 1 further) and bus. Didi (uber) very affordable. Metro and bus super cheap. Hotel is near some attractions but if you want to be more in the Bund area hotel is 3 km from there so rather far. Hotel is near many shopping malls (brands) . We could do later checkout. Friendly doormen. Complimentary water and tea at the reception. Hotel has been for sure 5 star but 20 years ago. Now it’s 3 stars for most rooms… keep that in mind.Staff: all of them, and I mean all of the ladies and gentlemen at the reception were very unfriendly and even rude if you asked a question, if it became 2 questions they just wanted to run away. The staff between 2/05 and 6/05. The only and really only a bit nicer one was the one doing our check in, young guy with glasses and that’s it! Same counts for breakfast staff, as it was a very busy period they were all rude and on edge all the time, the last day of our stay they were a bit more relaxed but still don’t expect even a little smile! If I only saw the staff of this hotel I would have said that all Chinese are rude but good that people in the city were fun and nice everywhere. The swimming pool was very uninviting, felt like a public swimming pool with the 3 lifeguards sitting on highchairs looking over the 1 or 2 people who were swimming. Very strange set up but maybe obligated by law, anyways, very uncomfortable! The pool area could use a cosy makeover, not a kind of pool place to have a relaxed 5 star feeling. The hot-tub at ladies did not work. The dry sauna was very much dated and the wood coming off. Steam room ok. Lockers and slippers and 1 towel provided. Being a swimming cab. If you don’t have they have some to borrow. We arrived at 7am, no room was available as the hotel was full booked the day before but they did not provide any information about staying at lounge for example. They just said go wait there or go to shops! At 7 am??!! Later we saw that there were several places we could sit more comfortably.
- MING (10/5): Excellent - This is a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located 5 star hotel close to the commercial strip of Huaihai Road. The staff were welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. I look forward to staying here again on my next trip

- Tarane (8/5): Good location, good standard hotel - Room was fine, ac wasn't up to par and it was quite warm in the room which was the main issue. Hotel is large and standard for region. Has a good currency exchange machine in the lobby which is very helpful. Location is good, short walk from IAMP mall and many cafes, shops and restauants + Metro. AC did not cool enough (central air wasn't on for that time of year). Does make a difference as room gets quite warm, but it is a preference.
- Azam (9/5): A very comfortable albeit short stay in Shanghai. Good location with easy access to the metro. - I stayed in the executive villa and found it very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located across from exit 3 of metro at Huaihai Middle Road Station on line 13 so very easy to get to. Had to change my original room assignment as it was next to the lifts and the noise of the lifts was too loud. The hotel staff was very helpful in changing the room. The lobby bar/restaurant was closed by 10 pm so the only option for a meal was room service or local restaurants.

An automatic cleaning bidet at the toilet. Shower water pressure was average. Bed covers were too heavy.

- hong li (9/5): 繁华都市中的好住处。 - 30多年前本人因工作的关系常去此酒店。当时有新颖与现代化的感觉。然后，上海的酒店业发展的如雨后春笋。此次，我特意来了个故地重游，感觉不错！大部分的工作人员居然还说着上海话，这在其它五星级酒店是极为罕见的，令我这个生活在异国的上海人倍感亲切。 早餐应多加些上海的特色：如生煎馒头，小笼包子等。

- Thomas (6/5): Gute Lage aber Verbesserungsfähig! - Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe einer Einkaufstrasse und nur 30m von einer Metro Station entfernt! Die Zimmerreinigungskraft ist sehr sehr freundlich und sorgt für alles. Im Vergleich zu 5 Sterne in Peking (Legendale Hotel) hat das Hotel keine 5 Sterne verdient! (Zimmer viel kleiner, viel weniger Luxus, Bad sehr klein,) eher ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Service der Hotelmitarbeiter am Eingang und Empfang ist nicht gut. Einmal hat uns der Page direkt vor unserer Tür die Tür zugemacht anstatt aufzuhalten (und wir waren mit einem Rollstuhl unterwegs) Auch beim Frühstück waren die Servicemitarbeiter eher blind! Frühstück ist beim nachkaufen sehr teuer ca 23€ pro Person!

- LINGYUN (6/5): Just so so - The location is great The check in is 2pm, however I was forced to wait for another hour as they are short of staffs and unable to clean the room; the hotel only promised to deliver a free fruit bowl for compensation and the delivery is around 10pm in the night. I also asked to borrow scissors for my new clothes tags, this was delayed for 7 hours and after I requested 3 times.
- 562ricka (8/5): Good base to explore Shanghai - Large, well-appointed hotel in a fantastic neighborhood, within walking distance of the French Quarter. Metro station and many dining and shopping options on your doorstep. Amazing revolving restaurant on the 48th floor. The rooms are spacious by city standards, clean, and well-equipped, although some areas could benefit from a bit of maintenance and care. The breakfast buffet is good, and the staff are consistently friendly and welcoming. If you’re staying on a higher floor, you’re in for some amazing views, which really add to the experience. Overall, this hotel offers very good value for money.

- Tina (7/5): Super Lage, höchste Zimmerkategorie sehr zufrieden - Das Hotel ist in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel ist aber eine grosse Einkaufspassage. Direkt um das Hotel befinden sich zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und kleine Shops. Die Gegend hat uns super gefallen. Perfekt für abendliche Spaziergänge. Wir hatten die höchste Zimmerkategorie gebucht und waren mit dem Zimmer sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist super nett. Frühstück war gut. Es gab viel Auswahl und viel frisches Obst, Kaffee ist gut und selbst Brot und Aufschnitt gab es für die Deutschen unter uns. Das Hotel an sich ist aber stark im die Jahre gekommen, was man an vielen Stellen sieht, die renovierungsbedürftig sind. Selbst bei unserer Suite war ein Loch in der Decke der Dusche. Der Spa-Bereich war für mich ein Albtraum, da es super dreckig und unhygienisch war: Onsen voller Hautschuppen (altes Wasser), durchsichtige Decke voller toter Fliegen, Duschen völlig vergilbt, Sauna kaputt. Ich war nach 3 Minuten wieder raus.

- Betty (9/5): Super grote kamer met super zicht - We hadden een grote kamer met super mooi zicht. Fijn dat er ramen over heel de kamer zijn, jammer dat ze niet een beetje open konden. Als je uit het metrostation stapt (lijn 13.- exit 3) moet je gewoon maar de weg oversteken en wandel je het hotel met een indrukwekkende, reuze grote hal binnen. Helaas is metrolijn 13 minder interessant, je moet meestal overstappen. Über is spotgoedkoop in Shanghai. Restaurants en kleine voedingswinkels in de buurt evenals chique winkels. Dagelijks onderhoud, als je dit wenst. De meeste receptionisten spreken geen Engels. Verouderde bouw maar zeker nog goed in orde. Wij waren heel tevreden met onze drie nachten hier. Verouderde bouw maar toch goed onderhouden. Tapijten vloer, zoals vele hotels in de VS.

- Roberto Carlos Sarmiento Galán (10/5): Increíble y Lujoso Hotel. - Increíble hotel, lujoso y con muy buen servicio y simpatía. Nos encantó y volveremos a alojarnos en el Hotel Jin Jiang Tower, al igual que en otros de su cadena. El desayuno está muy bien, merece la pena contratar alojamiento con desayuno. Está al lado de centros comerciales y con la parada de metro de la linea 13 en frente y cercano también otras lineas. Por WeChat puedes hacerte socio de la cadena Jin Jiang Tower. Nos gustó todo.
