You walk out and you're right in the beach too!!! The AC unit seems very old and noisy, it woke me up each time it was going off/on with a bang!

The gym was extremely small and unusable and the partial sea view room we booked and paid for had no view whatsoever.

The suite we were given made our trip so much more enjoyable and we loved being in our room with its gorgeous sea view & every little detail was accounted for. Right down to dry shampoo in the bathroom with gorgeous robes and slippers. The whole experience was so luxurious. The staff were wonderful from the very first person at the valet, reception & the lovely gentleman who took our luggage to the room, the lovely turn down service staff in the evening to the housekeepers in the morning everyone was just wonderful & so professional! Location is superb and when you look back from the beach the hotel stands out a mile with its quirky colours. We stayed in 5 different hotels throughout out USA trip & this wee by far the best. Nothing to fault 10/10, superb.

There’s nowhere better in Santa Monica to stay but we also stayed in West Hollywood and had a nicer suite with a city view for about a third of the room rate.

- Banas (10/5): - Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, z pięknym widokiem na plażę. Pokoje są niewielkie, ale bardzo stylowe i dobrze wyposażone – niczego nie brakowało. Restauracja w hotelu serwuje naprawdę smaczne jedzenie, a parking z obsługą działa sprawnie. Jedynym minusem jest winda, na którą czasem trzeba długo czekać, choć zawsze można skorzystać ze schodów.

- Patricia (10/5): - The cocktails and meals were delicious, I had breakfast lunch and dinner. Hotel beautiful and really fun to even just walk through. But the staff really shined, I felt welcomed and like I could ask for anything and it would happen right then. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back my next time in town!
- Lee (7/5): - Location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gorgeous style and decor. Poor functionally of basic things in the room: A bedside light that did not work, Leaky shower. For this price point, we expected full functionality of basic room amenities like electricity and water.

- Felipe (10/5): More than wonderful - Fabulous hotel. Beautifully decorated. Feels like i time traveled back to the 40s having a business/romantic weekend with my husband. Just such a classy place all around - from the service to the decor to the amazing food at the restaurant. Will definitely return.

The room was big and the beds were comfortable The hotel is kinda fancy but would require some renovation. We got an upgrade (not for free) but we are still wondering if it was worth, since the room was nice but nothing special. Pricey
- Kurtis (9/5): Old school charm in Santa Monica - The Georgian is an incredibly unique property drawing from its history which dates back to 1933. From the moment you walk up to the property, you notice that it is painted like no other hotel on the street. Full art deco design is stunning. Preston greeted us on the street to grab our bags to take them to our room. He is so friendly & helpful. He provided recommendations for dinner & drinks and continued to be such a positive person throughout our stay until the day we left. Both Sirena & The Georgian Room are stellar dining experiences. Will definitely go back. The bed could be a bit more comfy for sitting & reading. The chairs for the table are good for cards or working at your computer, but to truly relax in the room, the bed isn't as comfortable for that. Great for sleeping, however.

- Jason (6/5): - The room had great ambiance. It was very aesthetic and clean. One room was ready at 4 when we checked in, but the other wasn't ready until after 530. The person who did our check in was trying to upcharge us to a room with an ocean view. We said we weren't interested. Then, when the second room was ready, he called us to see if we wanted a city view for an additional $. We got our bill from the hotel after we left, and we got charged $3 for the kind campaign. We never agreed to that. Nice hotel but felt pressured for $.

- Miyuki (8/5): - I thought that $80 for overnight parking was quite expensive, and I was surprised by the $39 charge for amenities. I didn’t realize that the glass of wine offered upon arrival was complimentary, nor did I know about the gym and other facilities available to guests. Unfortunately, I recently had eye surgery, so I couldn’t take advantage of any of those amenities anyway. I suppose that’s just the price you pay for staying near the ocean in Santa Monica. However, I would still recommend this place. 👀If you stay in an odd-numbered room, it can be very noisy since the dumpsters are located right outside the window. Be sure to request a room on the opposite side for a quieter experience.

- Ömer (8/5): Very good - The location and breakfast of the hotel were satisfactory. The quality of the breakfast served in the hotel restaurant was excellent. I have previously stayed at the hotel with my car, and the parking rate was quite exorbitant. However, there is a parking facility located in close proximity to the hotel.
